The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient near the metro, and very charming with plenty of bookstores and places to eat or have a drink. Dante House is very clean and well maintained, the room was nice and very spacious. We loved it.

About the only thing we didn't love was breakfast: coffee was so-so and while there were things to eat, nothing was particularly appetizing. But this is a really minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

The staff was wonderful, especially Teressa.. she provided honest advice and gave amazing suggestions for food and travel. The room was clean, comfortable, perfect for a family of 4 to relax after the hot days out and the location was perfect to visit most of the main spots in Naples.. can’t recommend this enough.

The Dante House was amazing and the gals at the front desk were always so helpful. They had a tasty continental breakfast and had fantastic coffee. The decor and colors throughout were warm and inviting. Our room was quaint and perfect for our family of four with the kids overhead in the loft. It was a bit small, but for a two night stay, it worked just fine for us. The location was perfect and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was a bit small and having a coffee maker available in the room would have been excellent (but definitely not a deal breaker!).

De kamer was lekker ruim en goed voor een paar dagen in Napels. Vriendelijk personeel en je krijgt ook goed advies over de activiteiten in en rondom de locatie

De kamers zijn erg gehorig en ik vind het jammer dat er geen kitchenette aanwezig was in de gedeelde keuken.

Un accueil chaleureux, un hôtel très agréable, parfaitement situé pour profiter de Naples à pieds, à deux pas de restaurants forts sympathiques et du centre historique. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, nous avons profité d'une multitude de petites attentions très agréables comme: un très bon café et des biscuits disponibles à volonté, des conseils pour visiter ou se déplacer. Un très grand merci pour votre accueil !

We enjoyed comfortable room, welcoming staff and small treats. The hotel is located in the heart of city and within a walking distance from a number of sightseeing objects. The AC worked perfectly. No sounds from the square bothered us.

Only after booking confirmation we were informed that the hotel doesn't actually have parking (info in booking page is misleading). Luckily, they recommended one close to the hotel, but it costed us additional 45 euros for a night.

Fantastic locale and even better staff. Many, many nice touches, (treats, drinks, coffee) available 24/7. Lovely welcome and great advice about area. So happy we returned later the same week AND have every intention of coming back at the earliest opportunity.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentral und doch ein paar Meter weg vom grossen Trubel. Die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellter👌 10/10!!! Sehr schön klimatisiert. Super sauber. Feines Frühstück, kaum ein Besseres gehabt auf 3 Wochen Süd-Italien Roadtrip. (PS: endlich nicht nur Süssspeisen, sondern auch Eierspeisen und Salziges😂🤩)

die Lage ist perfekt - mitten in der Stadtmitte, draußen ist es lebendig, drinnen im Hof ruhig, und die U-Bahn-Station ist direkt am Piazza Dante. Unser Zimmer hatte 2 Etagen und drei Betten. Besonders schön war das Frühstück am Fenster mit Blick auf den Platz. Kaffee und Kekse gab es den ganzen Tag über kostenlos. Klare Empfehlung!

We loved our loft room that opened up to the square. And breakfast was fantastic!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, schönes Apartment und gute, zentrale Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The property was in a great location with a lot of restaurants and shops surrounding it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and they kept tea, coffee, and other drinks available 24/7 (some for free and some for purchase). They also had some snacks that were out 24/7 for guests. Our daughter accidentally left her AirPods there which we realized when we got to the airport. We messaged them, they found them right away, and helped arrange for them to be shipped back to us. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Struttura in un palazzo tipico con il portone enorme ed il portiere all'entrata. nella centrale Piazza Dante., fatti due passi ti trovi davanti la Metropolitana. Per raggiungere i luoghi di maggior attrazione è perfetto...dimenticatevi l'auto!!! Personale attento ed accogliente tutte nessuna esclusa( le ragazze della reception, della colazione e delle pulizie ). Ambiente pulito e profumato. Camera molto comoda per 5 persone. Colazione valida con la possibilità di chiedere al personsle presente spremute, cappoccino, ciocolata calda, tisane ecc. Fatte sul momento, pur avendo a disposizione, tutto il giorno e senza sovrapprezzo ,macchina del caffè con relative cialde , succhi di frutta e biscotti. Possibilità di prenotare escursioni e visite guidate.

Unica pecca il terrazzino poco curato .ed i cuscini troppo bassi. Avrei gradito un cuscino leggermente più alto o uno in più in stanza.

La zona è comodissima, a 1 minuto a piedi dalla metropolitana e in prossimità delle principali aree del centro. Struttura pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio; colazione ottima e varia, sia dolce che salata, servita in una saletta comune con vista su piazza Dante. Il personale è cortese, accogliente, disponibile, molto attento. Da consigliare.

We found the accommodation perfectly positioned to visit Naples sites. The are is busy and vibrant has everything you need. The ladies who looked after us we found so helpful, local knowledge and advice is so important visiting such a place and it didn’t disappoint. The accommodation it’s amazing bags of charm and character with all you need.

Everything! The staff, the location and the hotel is beautiful, once you get inside. Looks were very deceiving from the outside. Lots of bars and restaurants right outside the door. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Çok merkezi,odalar geniş ve ferah,çalışanlar çok ilgili. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Biz aile olarak gelmiştik ve memnun kaldık. Bir daha geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayı tercih ederiz.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet einen Schritt von der Altstadt, Frûhstück ausgezeichnet und Hotel wunderschön! Personal sehr freundlich.

Personeel was top en de kamer echt helemaal prima. Locatie was heel centraal. Met korting eten bij posca ook top.

De locatie was echt druk en de kamer gehorig. Dus je werd wel echt wakker van feestgedruis. Keuken in de kamer heel beperkt qua mogelijkheden.

The location is perfect. A lively plaza with easy access to the Metro, museum, cafes and restaurants in the old town. The staff were lovely and so helpful and we would love to go back!

Location is fantastic. Staff are super helpful. Rooms are large and clean. This is a hybrid residence - not an Airbnb n not a 4 star hotel. But, it offers quality, exceptional service and great value for money.

I can’t find anything to complain about honestly.

Welcoming staff who were always available and ready to give friendly assistance and advice. A nice open and welcoming seating area where breakfast was had. There was always coffee and a some delectable nibbles available in the dining area. Best though is location.

Lage sehr gut und zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten / Hot Spots in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Super freundliches Personal, Enrica hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben! Danke! Sehr gutes kleines feines Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig (wir hatten eines in den Innenhof). Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit wertvollen Hinweisen (z.B. Parkiermöglichkeiten oder Transfers zum Hotel)

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. L'hôtel est très bien situé à deux pas du vieux quartier de Naples, proche de la Via Toledo/Quartier Espagnol et à 25 minutes à pied du port. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, calmes, propres et correspondent aux photos du site. Le lit est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Un très grand merci à Enrica, Teresa et l'équipe pour vos conseils, pour votre amabilité, votre gentillesse et vos attentions envers nous pour que nous puissions nous sentir à l'aise.

L hôtel est typiquement napolitain, spacieux, haut de plafond. Parfait petit déjeuner, personnel au top!

nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort, le petit déjeuner. C'est très calme et très bien insonorisé.

il n'y a pas de parking mais finalement nous sommes arrivés en taxi.

Tricky to write this review as the staff were super lovely and friendly, our room was gorgeous, the breakfast was great and it’s well situated to go off and explore.

Unfortunately, although our room was gorgeous (luxury triple room), it was located above a bar that played loud music until the early hours and the square itself outside is noisy at night. Also, the entrance is a little off putting with its graffiti on the door leading into a dark courtyard.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted med utroligt venligt personale. Dejlig morgenmad, flot bygning, stille og behagelige senge.

La chambre très sombre et mal entretenue ( joint de la douche noir - coup des valises sur les peintures ) - escalier très mal placé on se prend les marches en sortant de la salle de bains

La struttura è centrale, stanza molto grande e pulita. Staff super cordiale e simpaticissimo. Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo
