The staff was incredibly helpful. They set up drivers, restaurant reservations and helped with other logistics. We felt well taken care of! The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Excellent location. Close to Metro.

This is not really a four star property. No bar or restaurant. Was difficult to get extra blankets and pillows (eventually we did). Very bizarre way of getting in and out of the building which might make some people (especially single women) uncomfortable. I appreciate the hotel can’t really do anything about this, but still something to consider. Breakfast was OK with lots of sweet things!

This was a very specific issue for us, the kettle and the bidet was broken when we got to the property. However this was very quickly resolved. They also provided an option but no ironing board.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist zwar unscheinbar gelegen, man erreicht jedoch zahlreiche Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt zu Fuß. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Unser geräumiges Maisonette-Zimmer war gemütlich, das Bett sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Besonders schön waren außerdem die Kunstwerke und die besondere Atmosphäre des Hotels. Das Frühstück bot eine gute Auswahl und war ein angenehmer Start in den Tag.

Das Badezimmer war recht klein und hatte nur wenig Ablagefläche. Für einen Wochenendaufenthalt war das jedoch in Ordnung.

Mooie kamer en lekker bed. Heerlijk ontbijt in hele mooie zaal! Uitstekende ligging met goede restaurants (wel zoeken op tripadvisor, zijn lang niet allemaal goed). Een aantal personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk!!

De lift naar onze verdieping deed het niet, 1 personeelslid deed vreselijk zijn best dat te repareren, anderen ontkende het gewoon (vreemd). In de kamer het raam niet open doen, alleen stof, bouwafval, stijgers en geen uitzicht dus, jammer! Schimmel in de badkamer, niet nodig….

Absolutely nothing. We loved it.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond their normal duties to help us. One lady took videos of how to get into the hotel after midnight when we arrived which made it so easy to get to our rooms. They scheduled drivers for us when requested and were always so friendly. I recommend this hotel very highly. We will definitely stay there again if we get back to Naples!!! I give this hotel a 5 plus star rating!!!

Breakfast was excellent for food and artistic ambiance.

The room felt slightly claustrophobic because of scaffolding outside the window and closing off the balcony. Access via courtyard not very attractive.

It was a central location and was an ideal base for our stay. Breakfast room was stunning!!!

Unique palazzo in the heart of the centro storico. We got an upgrade to a mezzanine suite with a spacious bathroom and very comfortable king size bed. Esther on reception was lovely and really helpful. Great breakfast too. We will definitely return.

The staff here are fab, so friendly & helpful. The hotel is in a great location, a Main Street but close by to all the beautiful side streets & alleyways that have cute shops & local bars & restaurants.

Unfortunately, my mom and I stayed for only one night, because the accommodation exceeded our expectations. We arrived around 10–11 in the morning and our room was already ready, and we even got an upgrade. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. We felt like we were at home, only with someone taking even better care of us. 😊 The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring Naples on foot. A special thank you to our host Ana, who was incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Getting there from the airport by public transport can be inconvenient, especially with luggage, as there is quite a bit of walking and the streets are uneven. You also have to pass through an area that can feel uncomfortable. I recommend taking a taxi/Uber if possible.

Exceptional value for money, fantastic staff that couldn’t be more helpful and personal. Our room was just fantastic and the bed the comfiest I’ve slept in. If your a couple looking for a central location to tour the city - this is the one to choose.

Ci è stato offerto un upgrade allo stesso prezzo. La camera era ampia e dotata di un ottimo impianto di climatizzazione. Molto silenziosa e ben arredata. Il bagno molto grande e dotato di ampia doccia walkin. Pulizia impeccabile

Je recommande cet hôtel. Un grand merci aux deux monsieur de la réception qui étaient présents le soir à 23h lors de mon arrivée ils sont vraiment très serviables

L’hôtel est très calme et idéalement situé. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disponible et attentionné, avec une mention particulière pour Ana, qui a été vraiment adorable et très professionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon, varié et agréable.

My overall impression of this hotel is mixed. Its location is excellent, allowing guests to explore almost all of Naples’ main attractions on foot. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming and helpful. Cleanliness is of a very high standard, and the Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable. However, there are also some problematic aspects, including the outdated facilities, the limited breakfast selection and the inconvenient access to the property, which I explain in greater detail in the negative points below.

The rooms would benefit from some minor renovation. They no longer feel fresh, as signs of wear are visible on the walls and especially in the bathroom. The breakfast selection is quite limited, while the lack of a 24-hour reception may leave guests feeling less secure, particularly at night. It is also worth noting that the hotel is located on the third, fourth and fifth floors of a mixed-use building that also houses private residences and businesses, rather than occupying a standalone hotel property.

The hotel is a 16th-century building, which makes your stay feel very aristocratic and charming. The ceiling in the breakfast room is impressive and you can’t stop admiring it. The location is central, close to the historic center, shops, the Spanish Quarter, funicular, Beverello port, and airport. The room was comfortable and spacious, with two areas and a balcony overlooking the street and bars, allowing you to experience the real Naples atmosphere. The breakfast was abundant and healthy, featuring plenty of seasonal fruit. Finally, the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. A big thank you to Ester and Maurizio.

La situación del hotel inmejorable para ir andando a todos los sitios y también con estación de metro y taxis muy cerca. La habitación nueva y muy amplia. El personal muy amable y servicial.

Quizás el desayuno podría ser un poco más variado aunque estuvo bien en general. El ascensor en nuestra planta se estropeó y tuvimos que subir y bajar andando los pisos aunque fueron muy eficientes y lo arreglaron la mañana siguiente.

We absolutely loved everything, there was a slight technical issue with the wifi in our room and the staff did everything to resolve this as quickly as possible, we felt welcomed and the issue was fixed quickly, I absolutely have nothing bad to say about this place

Le confort est irréprochable et on ressent une véritable attention portée aux moindres détails, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Je n’ai pas beaucoup apprécié l’entrée de l’hôtel, qui ne donne pas vraiment l’impression d’être l’entrée d’un établissement hôtelier. La signalisation pourrait être améliorée, notamment avec un panneau plus visible indiquant clairement l’hôtel. Par ailleurs, le prix du parking m’a semblé assez élevé.

Our stay was amazing, historic beautiful property, interior completely new, beautiful designer furniture, wow. It has great location, breakfast was really good, with many options and dining in such a beautiful location with old restaurated ceillings made it special. Amazing stay for a fragment of the price this kind of properties usually cost.

I booked this property for our last night so it was convenient to get to the airport. But honestly, it was because it was a great value for this really nice boutique hotel.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. We had a beautiful terrace off of it. Would’ve loved to spend some time out there if the weather has been a little bit cooler. Breakfast was really great and a nice way to end our stay. The staff was very attentive and we’re happy we’re there.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the middle of everything. We loved being able to walk everywhere for food, shopping, and exploring.

If you plan to drive, there is no where to park accept at a parking garage.

They took incredible care of us from the very first moment, attending to every request with a smile and making sure we felt comfortable, welcomed, and looked after. Because of them, the hotel truly becomes your home. The location is unbeatable: right in the centre of the city, with all the major UNESCO heritage sites within walking distance. You step outside and Naples’ history, culture, and energy are right there waiting for you .Relais della Porta doesn’t just deserve 5 stars it goes far beyond that. It’s rare to find a place where the building is rich in history & has an aesthetic charm to it, breakfast was good, , the location is perfect, and the people make you feel like family.Given the chance to come back to Naples, I wouldn’t even think twice — I’d book this same hotel again without hesitation. I’m very happy we stayed at Relais Della Porta. The hotel is unique, location is perfect, it’s right in the heart of the center, with shops and restaurants just steps away. Breakfast was impressive and the service was truly excellent! Esther, Maurizio, and John were all incredibly helpful, especially when our luggage went missing for three days. Thank you for everything! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. If you’re visiting Naples, you really don’t need to look anywhere else.

La vista dalla camera che aveva l'impalcatura dei ponteggi. Se c'è il bollitore ed il thè l'acqua dovrebbe essere gratuita in camera e non a listino.

Rooms were a good size, and were clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is fantastic, centrally located to a lot of the attractions that we wanted to see.

The entrance to the hotel is quite difficult on the weekend with entry through a very tiny heavy metal door which is hard to get luggage through. Apparently the doors are only open during the week. The lift also needs a 10c piece to work which was also not ideal on arrival. This information should be added on the booking. Breakfast was adequate, however the fruit that was served each morning was not eatable and on the verge of being rotten.

The location was very central and breakfast was good. The hotel staff is nice.

The hotel is 4 stars on booking but just 2 in real life (I discovered it after I already paid). The room was ok, but there were mold stains in the bathroom and there were a lot of noise coming from the corridor. They give you 10c coins to use the elevator, which seems a bit weird (and again especially when you expect a 4 stars hotel..).
