Reviewed Sep 20, 2023Is it not a new place but looked after extremely well and even though personnel sometimes struggles with English they are really helpful and you may discuss in a hotel public.
We booked an apartment for three people but there were only two sets of bedding 😔 and it was almost impossible to get an extra set for a child for some reason they said they didn't have it ... But next morning the room service came and we just simply took an extra set they had f on the trolley.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2022We liked the room very much! Though we had difficulty in finding the location, but that was due to grab app showed Poonsa Apartment on the same street but far from the Poonsa Duy Tan Hotel and Serviced Apartment, seeing our room evaporated the tiredness we’ve felt. Their staff are very accommodating and the cleaning service is good. The photos are exactly what we’ve expected the room would look and feel like. I loved to cook in the spacious kitchen. You can have your sauna moment right in your own bathroom. 10 thumbs up for Poonsa Duy Tan Hotel and Serviced Apartment. Great location too!
I did not have any!
