Cumple perfectamente con nuestras expectativas, la cocina muy bien tenia todo lo necesario. Las camas cómodas. El apartamento tiene una terraza en un patio interior. En general muy contentos con todo.
Lo único es que como decían en otras reseñas si suena el suelo de madera y se escucha tambien el del piso superior, aunque es algo soportable.

El apartamento es muy oscuro. Tambien la falta de mantenimiento, las paredes están sucias. La parte de arriba es flotante, por lo q hace mucho ruido cuando caminas por la planta alta. La cerradura de la puerta de acceso no es de autobloqueo, sino q tienes q cerrar siempre con llave para cerrar...algo incómodo. La cocina muy deteriorada y sin lavavajillas....únicamente encontramos un estropajo usado.

We were just a short walk from the metro and from restaurants and popular sights.We would definitely recommend staying here.
Just something to take into consideration when booking., that there are many stairs to get up to the unit, which i didn't mind, but my elderly mother -in law was struggling.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Pros: good location and easy to get around The beds were comfy and nice to have an extra toilet in the property. The outside seating area was ok. As we stayed longer than 5 days we got some fresh towels It was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for.
Cons: the downstairs toilet seat was loose, this should’ve been checked and resolved before we arrived. The sofas were all stained and sofa cushions missing but found in the cupboard, why hadn’t the host already placed them on the sofa. There was a musty smell I guess from no real natural sunlight. Aircon only downstairs and not even a fan upstairs. Very noisy area at night and early morning.

In un bel quartiere in pochi passi sei subito al centro della vita di Porto. Appartamento carino su due piani il piano inferiore carino un poco umido, con piccolo ma utile servizio, piano superiore molto bello e luminoso con un bagno grande. Giardino privato interno carino e comodo.
La mancanza di aerazione nei bagni vista la ma mancanza delle finestre.

Only 2 rolls of toilet paper - had to buy more. No TV in the sleeping room. Shower water came too hot in the first few minutes and easily got cold too quick. Noise in the stairs was audible during the night as the bedroom is really on the otherside of the wall.

Good coffee machine - ask your host for the right type of capsules. Cleaning was done well and regularly. Comfortable beds. Very clear and quick communication with the office in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

Assez petit, cela restait suffisant tout de même, charme de l'ancien mais du coup parquet qui craque et on entend beaucoup les voisins du dessus. La clim (chaud ou froid) est mal orienté, donc difficile de rafraîchir ou réchauffer l'appartement.

La cafetera es de cápsulas exclusivas que se compran en un solo supermercado y de una clase concreta. Compramos varios tipos de cápsulas antes de acertar con la adecuada… El calentador eléctrico solo da para una ducha de 2 personas por separado muy justita.

La calle es la que está situado es una calle no apta para niños pequeños en mi opinión. Se oye todo ( la gente que baja las escaleras, la gente del piso de arriba, etc). Luego no es que no me allá gustado, si no que se nos quedó corta la cocina. Es demasiado pequeña.

L'emplacement du logement est horrible une rue avec pleins de déchets, pleins de bruit surtout la nuit, une vue sur les bâtiments d'en face en ruine ! Sur aucune photo on voit que "la chambre" est ouverte sur le salon donc aucune intimité. Nous sommes venu avec un enfant, ce quartier n'est pas du tout adapté, la rue jute à côté est occupé par des femmes travaillant la nuit..

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026We had a great stay in Porto and were very happy with this accommodation. Originally, we had booked a different apartment, but the host informed us in advance that there was an issue and offered to relocate us. The communication was clear and transparent, and we were given enough time to decide. In the end, we were relocated to an even better-located apartment at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the Dom Luís I Bridge and very close to Porto Cathedral. Public transport was extremely convenient, with the metro and the funicular nearby, and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops around. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and easy, fully online. We received all the instructions and access codes in advance, and finding the building, key box, and apartment was straightforward. Everything worked perfectly, with no issues at all. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable (one bed and one sofa bed), and it was well suited for our family of three. Temperature control was excellent, with separate thermostats for each floor, making it easy to adjust as needed. Overall comfort was really good. The kitchen was well equipped, with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, and washing machine. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Nothing essential was missing. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. We didn’t meet in person, but everything was handled efficiently online, and the host was helpful and responsive. Overall, this was a very positive experience. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers and would happily stay here again.
If I had to mention one very minor detail, some parts of the apartment felt a bit dark, so we often turned on several lights and opened the windows. However, this was not a real issue and didn’t affect our comfort.

Não foi possível nos providenciar 2 chaves nem cobertores extra mas tinha aquecedores.

El dormitorio no tenía puerta. Llegamos de noche al alojamiento y no nos habían preparado el sofá cama, y la solución dijeron que nos la daban por la mañana. Por lo que tuvimos que irnos a las 23:30 de la noche a otro hotel, y gastar más dinero. Pues, tras quejarnos, nos devolvieron solo el dinero de la primera noche y el parking, lo que no cubre el total del gasto del otro hotel. Además, en el primer momento solo proponían abonarnos el 50% de la primera noche y no el total. Tampoco nos devolvieron el dinero de la tasa turística de la primera noche, por lo que lo pagamos x2 ya que tuvimos que pagarla igual en el otro hotel. Pedimos más mantas para la noche y nos dijeron que no tenían. El cojín decorativo de la cama estaba sucio. El día que nos íbamos, teníamos en la puerta a las personas de la limpieza esperando en la puerta 20’ antes y metiendo prisa, con malas caras, porque tardamos 7 minutos (fuera de la hora de salida)en bajar todas las cosas.

la chambre pourrais avoir au moins un rideau pour séparé les deux pièces l'isolation est vraiment obsolète pas de placard pour ranger ses affaires a moins de mesuré 1m80 le coffre a clef n'a pas été pour nous très évident a ouvrir et l'utilisation du chauffage climatiseur mériterais une fiche d'utilisation

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025The visible signs of a breach-in on the main entry doors immediately raised serious security alarms. The deadbolt was disabled, as the strike plate was physically torn from the frame, leaving only the latch bolt to secure the apartment. Furthermore, a warning sign posted on the main staircase about checking street doors and reporting "weird noises" only confirmed existing safety concerns. The security failures continued upstairs: the main bedroom balcony door was permanently broken, with missing bolts that made it impossible to close during a rainy November night. Coupled with a heavily stained and repulsive couch, this environment was unsafe and uninhabitable. When contacted, the owner admitted the door had been recently forced open for a previous guest but insisted the front door was safe "according to his standards." He was "unaware" of the unclosable balcony and only offered to fix that issue no earlier than the next day. We were forced to vacate the property the same evening to find a safe place to stay. Despite this, the owner still charged us for the first night, a cleaning fee, and the city tax. Even further escalation through Booking.com did not result in a full refund. The owner’s negligence and the dangerously poor condition of this apartment make it an absolute risk.

Grzyb na suficie w kuchni, zepsuta klimatyzacja która pomimo zapewnień nie została zreperowana, bardzo głośno w apartamencie, hałas dochodził z ruchliwej ulicy,

Custou um pouco o contacto com responsavel, mas aquando estabelecido a eficacia e prontidao foram celeres.
