Le personnel était souriant et sympathique. Les allées en mode village étaient agréables pour déambuler. Lors de notre check out on a eu du retard, ils voulaient nous facturer 35€ supplémentaires mais au final ils se sont rétractés car sûrement ils ne voulaient pas envenimer la relation client qui était déjà détériorée ( à voir pourquoi ci dessous). Aussi, le petit déjeuner bien qu'il était tardif pour nous qui voulions partir tôt en excursion, était quand même revigorant le matin.

Malgré tout on ne recommande pas cet établissement. Nous avions payé pour un appartement VIP avec vue sur mer en front de mer. Lors du check in , on nous demande des frais supplementaires pour l'électricité. Ok pas de problème, on paie. L'appartement sent le renfermé, a des gros cafards, mobilier désuet, les salles de bain sont fonctionnels mais anciens avec une forte odeur, pas possibilité d'aérer efficacement et nuisance sonore avec les commerces à côté. On ne se plaint pas car, on est contents d'être au bord de la mer en vacances. A notre retour de quelques courses, 1ere coupure d'électricité : pas de clim, pas de possibilité de recharger les téléphones, pas de lumière. La manager nous change d'appartement. Le nouvel appartement n'a ni cuisine, est loin de la mer, est plus petit mais au moins il y avait l'électricité. La manager s'excuse nous dit qu'on peut décider demain matin si on reste dans celui là ou dans le 1er qui est en front de mer. Nouvelle coupure d'électricité et d'eau cette même nuit dans le 2e appartement. Pas de possibilité de se doucher après une longue journée éreintante. On rappelle la manager mais elle ne répond pas. On appelle booking qui ne peut(ou ne veut) rien faire. Déçus, on décide de garder le 2e appart vu que la manager nous avait donné le choix. Comme le 2e appart n'a ni cuisine, ni vue sur mer, est plus petit que celui pour lequel on a payé, on demande une revalorisation au prix réel du 2e le lendemain. La manager refuse. Pas de possibilité de négocier, nous fait comprendre que c'était notre choix alors même qu'elle nous avait dit de choisir entre les deux tout en sachant que les deux n'avaient pas le même prix. Elle ne nous rembourse même pas les frais supplémentaires de l'électricité pour la 1ere nuit.

La vista al mar, el espacio, el baño, la habitación pero sobre todo la atención de Rosa (la administradora) es muy amable, atenta me hizo sentir en casa

Very close to the beach.

Initially, the toilet kept running, and the TV has no connection. However, when I reported the problem, they came right away to fix both issues. The actual unit was not worth the amount I paid. Dorm size refrigerator, bathroom was very outdated with a stringy shower curtain, bedroom also outdated but very big bed. The two sofas or whatever you want to call them was basically a piece of corvered foam. Sliding door [main entry) small flimsy lock. Very long walk for the free breakfast.

Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am Strand traumhaft. Ebenfalls das Frühstück mit Blick auf das mehr sehr empfehlenswert. Ebenfalls Rezeption top.

Stranderlebnis war aufgrund der Algen nicht optimal.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, la réactivité du personnel était exceptionnelle, dès que nous avions un problème, il était résolu à la minute. L’accueil est chaleureux, Rosa et Laura qui étaient à l’accueil ont été très agréable et à l’écoute! Jesus était également très gentil nous avons apprécier sa serviabilité. Ariel et Ruben qui étaient à la charge de la sécurité ont été génial! Des personnes très gentilles et souriantes. Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité tout le long du séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%

Wir sind spät abends angekommen. Der Taxitransfer hat super gut geklappt. Der Fahrer war sehr nett, obwohl er lange warten musste. In der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Leute waren super zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden hier jederzeit immer wieder unterkommen wollen.

Le positionnement avec accès direct à la plage

The staff were very kind and helpful. And the location was excellent.

The lack of air conditioning in the living, kitchen and bathroom areas. The fact that you had to use a key to lock the slider while inside, a serious fire hazard. The property is very old and outdated. I was most disappointed that the resort recommended a car service that overcharged my significantly and changed the price for a roundtrip ride while I was in the vehicle. I felt like I was being robbed with no choice but to pay the demand. I have traveled around the world and never had this experience. I will not return to the Dominican Republic.

El lugar es precioso, da justo a la playa y Rosa en recepción nos brindó la mejor atención que tuvimos en toda nuestra estadía en Dominicana. Amable como nadie.

We stayed at Los Corales for my dad’s 70th birthday, and I have to say a huge thank you to Rosa, who is by far one of the most amazing people I’ve met recently. Rosa upgraded us to a beautiful VIP villa for my father’s birthday, and honestly, it was the best surprise ever. It made us incredibly happy, and my parents were absolutely thrilled. We spent the day by the sea, enjoying the stunning view and creating memories we’ll cherish forever. Rosa and the entire team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. From answering all our questions to helping us organize excursions and anything else we needed, they were always there with a smile and ready to help. Los Corales is such a lovely place to stay. We truly fell in love with it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta Cana. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the hospitality is exceptional. Rosa, thank you again for everything you’ve done for us. You made our holiday unforgettable and made my parents so happy. There are simply no words to express how grateful we are. Everything! We arrived to Los Corales Village after we got scammed the first night in Punta Cana (the hotel we booked did not exist) Jesus and Rosa the hotel manager helped us early in the morning and upgraded us to a beautiful villa with breakfast. The whole athmosphere of the resort took our breath away, beautiful garden, well maintained buildings with security 24/7 located at the beach and if you want quieter relaxation an amazing pool. . Its a paradise you shouldnt miss.

Die Wohnung war sauber bei der Ankunft und wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Unkomplizierter Check-Out auch wenn es später war, weil unser Flug erst am Abend war. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich. Die ganze Anlage wurde von Securitis 24/7 überwacht.

Teilweise war die Musik von den Partybooten und von den umliegenden Bars sehr laut. Da sich alle mit der Lautstärke überbieten wollten. Entspannung am Strand war deshalb eher schwierig.

WiFi was sketchy.-Unable to use it. Location was behind some construction but a beautiful place. Beach was in seagrass season. Vendors on beach can be pushy.

Everything! The location is beautiful, right on the beach , surrounded by nature and beautiful birds sounds and everyone who works there is very kind and hospitable. Rosa welcomed me with great treatment and made my stay so beautiful, thank you for your kindness! I would love to come back !

Los Corales Beach Village was, for us, the perfect stay in the Dominican Republic. The room was clean, we had a very comfortable king-sized bed and large bathroom. The access to the beach is unmatched (the Sea View rooms are beach front), and the area around it has great restaurants and good access to supermarkets, souvenir shops etc. Not all-inclusive, but breakfast was fab. Great for people who want to relax on the beach during the day and go out to experience different restaurants / taste profiles in the evening.

The bathroom is a bit older and would do great with a makeover.

i liked the location near the swimingpool, walking 5 minutes from the beach. the chairs on the beach and the people that brought food to the tables by the the beach.

The beach has too many boats activity nearby.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette place avec le personnel administratif Mme Rosa, M. Jésus et Mlle Laura. Le personnel de l'entretien ménager. À l'occurrence Julia. Et le personnel de la sécurité en particulier Ariel. Nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel de Los Corales Beach Village de Punta Cana pour son accueil et nous comptons revenir prochainement et nous recommandons vivement cette place à toute personne qui aimerait passer un séjour à Punta Cana.

La présence des moustiques, mais ils n'avaient pas accès aux chambres à coucher.

The hotel is perfect! We loved everything! The authentic villas, warm swimming pool, access to the beach, beatiful and calm garden, staff and breakfast! We were really lucky that this hotel had free rooms and Rosa (at the reception) helped us to enjoy our stay in Punta Cana! We are grateful and definitely want to come back.

Creo que deben tener más cuidado con la limpieza de los baños y además un huésped que estaba en otra villa casi me mata del susto cuando a las 3am quería que lo dejara entrar en mi habitación

Lugar es excelente, frente la playa cerca de restaurante, la señora rosa a la llegada fue muy amable nos hospedo la felicito por su atencion.

El personal del dia un señor cuando fuimos a la entrega de la habitación fue grosero, irrepetuoso por un cargo que dice el que teniamos por la hora de salida que debieron notificar la hora exacta de salida, señor hanlo mal, trato mal, se expreso de manera agresiva

We’ve been moved into a newer accommodation and it was nice. The “hotel” is right on the beach with nice facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The first accommodation was old, smelly and noisy. That’s it. Paid a lot of money for one week and was about to walk away. It can be noisy if near the bar/beach. One of the pool has seen better days, not really curated but could do with some refresh. The smell of mould is all around. The pictures on the website can be misleading as they have more than one complex. The area is great but be prepared to walk in dust and dark if you need to go shopping.

Great location…close to town, lots of restaurants, not far from the beach

My friend and I were tricked into a suite we didn’t want. When I booked the hotel suite it said in the ad that it had beach front view. Being close to the beach and having a beach view are 2 of the most important things when I travel and book a room. For a few months before we arrived in the Dominican Republic I asked the staff in charge of booking the rooms if I had a sea view? They told me yes or ignored the question. I made it clear in my communication on Booking.com and WhatsApp with the staff that this is what I wanted. When we arrived they gave us a big suite on ground level, which was dark from all the trees around it and it had no sea view!!! When I complained instead of fixing the problem and giving us what we asked for…Rosa one of the staff told us we had no choice but to choose between 2 suites…the original suite and this other one which was not great either. She gave us another room with a partial view of the sea from the left side of the balcony, but I still wasn’t satisfied. Rosa said, “I want to make you happy” and in the same breath blamed me for the mistake. She said that a beach front view doesn’t necessarily mean you get a view of the beach and the sea. I told her that English is my first language and that “sea view” and “beach front view” mean the same thing. They both imply the same thing. I told her that this was misleading to the guest and they should change the wording in their ads. After all that I felt like the staff were never that warm with us…they treated us like the “complaining” guests. Whenever we asked the staff for services like fix our lock on our door, give us a coffee maker that worked, etc, etc …we had to ask many times over and over before anything was done, sometimes going to the office ourselves before anything was done wasting our precious vacation time. The new suite they gave us needed a lot of work too…paint was chipping, closet door was falling off the wall, etc…it needed a make over.

L'emplacement très sympa sur une superbe plage et proche des restaurants bars et commerces. Le personnel de ménage très bien et sur la plage aussi. Très beau jardin.

L'accueil à notre arrivée du gérant des clefs. Nous avons du réclamer la suite junior vie mer alors que c'était ce que nous avons réservé. Avons trouvé des cheveux dans la douche à notre arrivée. Pas de bouilloire et un vieux frigo. Une piscine vétuste au fond et pas d'accès possible aux deux autres piscines malgré notre demande. Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Travaux dans les bâtiments juste à côté très gênants et démarrent tôt.

Le jardin est très beau et la proximité de la plage. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. Seul remarque est qu’il manque des moustiquaires aux fenêtres, quand on laisse ouvert les chats rentrent dans la chambre (il n’y avait pas de moustiques quand j’y étais )

La cercanía con la playa es lo mejor, solo a unos cuentos pasos ya la tienes para disfrutarla y hay locales cercanos para comer y para realizar compras, los trayectos a ello son accesibles

Se suponía que habría limpieza de forma regular y en los 5 días que estuvimos nunca lo hicieron ni cambiaron toallas y el internet es pésimo, solo funcionaba en algunos sectores pero interrumpido

Great location in a nice beach village. We stayed in a unit closest to the beach so it was steps away from the white sands, palm trees & ocean. Los Corales is also walking distance with lots of good restaurants & bars.

The room was very basic despite the size. Well enough maintained and comfortable but not well equipped. But if you’re going just for the beach, it has everything you need including a little fridge.

L'emplacement est super! C'est un lieu accessible pour les transports pour les excursions. Il y a une plage privée qui est très proche, vide et propre.

Les horaires des piscines ne sont pas contrôlés, il y a beaucoup de bruit en journée mais aussi le soir (à côté des piscines mais aussi au restaurant qu'on entend de notre appartement). Le petit déjeuner proposé est très limite. Déjà ça ne commence qu'à 8h... pour des vacanciers qui partent en excursion c'est très tard ou pour des voyageurs en jetlag mais surtout il n'y a rien de ce qui est inscrit dans le menu. Sur les 7 petits-déjeuners qu'on a fait, les avocado toast étaient disponibles seulement un jour, c'est pourtant pas la chose la plus compliqué de trouver de l'avocat en République Dominicaine...

Das Appartement liegt umgeben von einer wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage. Die Zimmer gross geräumig und sauber. Direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück konnte man beim Nebenhotel einnehmen. Es konnte zwischen div. möglichen Arten von "Menüs" ausgewählt werden. kein Buffet Am Strand kostenfreie Liegenstühle Sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem die Rezeptionistin Rosa, Kompliment an sie, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

El lugar es hermoso, las instalaciones muy limpias, el acceso directo a la playa, la disposición del personal para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Recomendado para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en Punta Cana.

El lugar para tomar el desayuno no queda en el mismo hotel y que en el apartamento falta un fregadero (lavaplatos).

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. Amazing management, MS. Rosa, she is fantastic, taking care of any issue big or small immediately and efficiently. We stayed at a small new apartment, 200m from the beach. Great location, restaurants and general stores near by. Great pool, great beach.

The only part that I felt missing was something for the kids, a little playground or something at the pool.

Instalaciones en muy buen estado, limpias y cómodas. La atención del personal en restaurante y playa fué magnífica. Nos sentimos muy a gusto, todo queda cerca y hay acceso a restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia.

Nada salió mal

Eu peguei o vista mar ! Surreal . Têm uma varanda que você fica ali sentado na mesa admirando o espetáculo do mar . Restaurantes a passos da casa . Literalmente pra mim foi um espetáculo.

Pra não dizer que não gostei eu só acho que poderia ter um micro-ondas no quarto visto que não têm fogão mas isso é só uma análise do que poderia ser melhor ainda! Fora isso é nota 10 pra tudo !

Que los precios no son los que corresponden según la página. Te terminaba cobrando aproximadamente 80 dólares más.

De locatie was echt prachtig en ons huisje lag perfect gelegen. De vrouw van de receptie was ontzettend aardig en meedenkend.

Het personeel bij het ontbijt was echt verschrikkelijk en erg uit de hoogte. Soms 30 minuten moeten wachten tot onze voucher werd opgehaald. Ook ging er veel mis met de vouchers en moesten we veel moeite doen om überhaupt ons eten te kunnen krijgen. Ook hadden we 3 keer geen water en 1 keer geen elektriciteit. Ook werden de kamers niet goed schoongemaakt. Ze kwamen om de dag en verschoonde ons bed niet eens, terwijl er overduidelijk vlekken op zaten. Pas bij een hint van ons, hadden ze dit verschoond na 3 dagen. Ook dumpte ze ons afval zakje voor ons huis en vergaten ze veel dingen schoon te maken.
