El alojamiento es súper cómodo, espacioso y muy bien equipada. Definitivamente volvería en otra ocasión. Su personal fue super atento, amable y bien dispuesto.

Lo único malo es algo que está fuera de sus manos. Y fue el sargazo de la playa.

The location is great, the pool clean, beautiful and comfortable. Staff wonderful, especially Miladys, always solves any kind of issue with pleasantness and calm way; then Ricky and Ivan, great too. Nice beach, soft send, nice view.

Only the fact that it’s not emphasized what do you really pay. Keep in mind its price, plus taxes and charges (fixed), plus electricity (how much you spent, which is fairly calculated). So, three things, staying plus taxes plus electricity. Actually this is usual for Punta Cana, I realized. Grass should be cleaned more from the sea, but then it’s even in the most expensive resorts, too…

La piscina y que las instalaciones a pesar de notarse qué el lugar ya tiene sus años estaban descuentemente cuidadas, y lo mejor es la amabilidad de todo el personal de Costa Atlántica.

No me gustó para nada la ubicación y el acceso al hotel ya que están ubicados en una calle que sin salida, la,cual está abarrotes de hoteles y negocios unos al lado de otros con una calle de un solo carril donde se estacionan los vehículos a cada lado de la calle y lo peor es que no hay cera para que los,peatones puedan caminar. Esa situación ocasiona tapones terribles porque si entra un vehículo grande y tu quieres salir en tu vehículo no, puedes pues de inmediato se congestiona el tránsito y se arma tremendo caos. Además imagínense tener una emergencia medica y no poder salir porque la callecita esta entaponada y no hay una salida alternativa. Otra cosa fue la playa es fea y hay mucho sargazo el cual se acumula rápidamente a orilla de la playa y genera un mal olor espantoso. Por otro lado se ve que esa zona de bavaro donde esta el costa Atlántica ha sido super explotada y el crecimiento de los hoteles de esa zona muy mal planificado. Los comerciantes los dueños de locales de ahí (bares,restaurantes, hoteles) deberían unirse para organizar y mejorar esa zona.

De accommodatie was heerlijk ruim. We verbleven in een benedenwoning, wat ideaal was met de kinderen: ze konden vanuit de woning zo het zwembad in springen! Daarnaast was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De douche had helaas wat beter schoongemaakt mogen worden. Ook was er sprake van wat achterstallig onderhoud, waardoor er op enkele plekken schimmel zichtbaar was.

I’m honestly not sure what to write here. If we hadn’t been offered an alternative apartment, I would have given zero stars across the board. The fact that apartments advertised as being of the same standard can differ so dramatically is completely unfair. The first apartment was absolutely horrible. Everything was old, tired, and worn out – even the kitchen utensils. When I saw them, I genuinely didn’t want to use them. The knives were old, the cutting boards were yellowed and clearly past their best. The second bedroom was particularly disappointing. The only window, which was already very small, had a privacy film stuck over it, making the room feel incredibly dark and depressing. There wasn’t a single shelf or drawer, and the lighting was awful. When we complained about the condition of the apartment, we were told that they were all like that. However, because there was a gas leak in the kitchen, we were moved to another apartment on the other side of the property. We were genuinely shocked by the difference. The second apartment was vastly superior in every way. It was clear that the other place was refurbished, with newer kitchen, nice bright living room, big flat screen and bedrooms in much nicer condition, while the previous one was old. If these apartments are supposed to be the same standard, then this is simply not fair. Guests should not have to rely on luck to receive decent accommodation that they pay the same money for. The reception staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, the rest of the staff, including the security team, were absolutely wonderful: friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the property.

The apartment was magnificent. Was comfortable and had an awesome view. The staff was outstanding and truly showed how much they cared for you to have a great stay.

The beach was disgusting and smelled. This is not how i would enjoy a vacation again. Cant drink on the beach due to the smell and it goes for a long way. This is the only reason i will not stay there again.

The morning shift security guard was the best. The staff was really helpful with anything we needed. The overall place was clean. The decor was exceptional. The apartment was nice and spacious. The location was in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets.

Some of the towels were dirty. The bed sheets had a few stains. A few days we woke up to no water until around 8am. The couch needs to be changed.

Great location right on the beach. The apartment was huge and would easily accommodate a family stay.

With the additional tax, cleaning fees, electricity charge and terrible DOP conversion rate the property use we ended up paying nearly 50% more than the Booking.com rate.

The apartment was spacious comfortable, and beautiful so was the ocean view.

We loved the fact that the apartment was on the ground floor and on the beach with the swimming pool right outside our balcony. On the balcony there was plenty of seating with coffee table and garden settee plus another table/chairs. Inside there was a large sitting area with dining table and wifi throughout plus Netflix on the tv. In the kitchen there was a complimentary sugar, 2 small packs of filter coffee,kitchen roll, paper serviettes, sponge and fairy liquid. There was a large water dispenser and 6 bottles of small water bottles in the fridge which was a lovely surprise. In the kitchen there was most things to make a meal plus microwave and large fridge.The property was as described/photos. There was aircom throughout and fans in the bedroom. The bathrooms had small bars of soap and were clean with plenty of hot water which was salty. The bedrooms had very large comfortable beds with plenty of pillows.

The biggest issue was the payment for the apartment when we arrived. It clearly states on booking.com that we would have to pay in US dollers and the sterling value was to show what it would be in our home currency. We were ready to pay and then told this would be converted into DOP. The converted rate was really poor. In terms of what we paid it added another £40 in sterling terms. We finally had to get booking.com involved to resolve the issue. We could have done with some extra bathroom towels but you had to pay extra. We didn't cook anything and only made toast, tea and coffee. The pots and pans looked well used and there was no bread/cutting board,no tea towels or salt/pepper. The plastic dish drainer looked very dirty so we didn't use it. The bathrooms were clean but there was black mold around the window sill and in one bathroom, the shower head couldn't be moved up or down so it got quite wet in the bathroom😔

Todo es excelente! Las instalaciones son increíbles , el Departamento completo com absolutamente no tengo una sola queja realmente. La Señorita Omaira es muy amable , todos los del alojamiento fueron súper amables . El señor Iván de seguridad es muy servicial y súper simpático. Realmente nos vamos con mucha pena , porque quisiéramos quedarnos más tiempo!!!

Our stay at Costa Atlantic was excellent. We stayed in Unit AH‑103, a ground‑floor, two‑bedroom condo conveniently located poolside and just steps from the beach. The unit was spacious and well equipped, featuring a full kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, dining area, comfortable living room, laundry room, and a large deck. Transportation was seamless, as Costa Atlantic arranged a private airport transfer for us both on arrival and departure. For an additional $10, they also accommodated a stop at Jumbo so we could stock up on groceries for the week, which was extremely convenient. A few helpful items to bring include an ice cube tray, dishcloths, and face cloths. While the walk to the beach is short, we found it handy to bring a cooler bag to carry 6–8 beers along for the day. Also tons of great places to each on the beach or in the community! Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return.

Condos are big, spacious and right on the beach. There is a security guard keeping an eye on the beach and that no one enters the private area.

We arrived exactly on the check-in time, but still had to wait over an hour before we got into our room, because for some reason in wasn’t ready. Some of the furniture and utilities in the condos were worn down. Our door didn’t seem secure.

The Plumbing is very old and rusty , dishwasher wasn't work , fridge wasn't work , the water in the shower didn't drain ,A/C in one of bedroom wasn't work the faucets are leaking and the water has smelly and salt . The master bedroom toilet didn't flush. Apartment need renovation.

Godzina zameldowania to 16:00, a pokój otrzymaliśmy przed 18:00. Personel przy zameldowaniu informował, że będzie gotowe w ciągu 20 minut - po wielu pytaniach przedłużali czas i przekazywali błędne informacje. Obsługa klienta przestała odpisywać. Przy większych opadach ulica dojazdowa była zalana. Kanalizacja nie była wstanie odprowadzać wody efektem były fekalia na ulicach przez które nie dało się przejść suchą stopą.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich wende mich an Sie bezüglich meiner Buchung, da die tatsächlich erbrachte Leistung in mehreren wesentlichen Punkten erheblich von der gebuchten und bezahlten Leistung abgewichen ist. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick sowie einer Größe von ca. 207 m² gebucht und entsprechend bezahlt. Vor Ort wurde mir jedoch ein Zimmer mit einer deutlich geringeren Größe (ca. 120 m²) ohne Meerblick zugewiesen. Diese Abweichung stellt aus meiner Sicht eine klare Nichterfüllung der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistung dar. Ich habe den Mangel mehrfach während meines Aufenthalts beim Hotelpersonal gemeldet und um eine Lösung gebeten. Leider konnte trotz wiederholter Versuche keine zufriedenstellende Einigung erzielt werden. Zusätzlich wurden mir Kosten (z. B. für Strom) berechnet, die aus meiner Sicht nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden und so nicht Bestandteil der ursprünglichen Buchung waren. Insgesamt entspricht die erhaltene Leistung nicht dem, was gebucht und bezahlt wurde. Ich fordere daher eine angemessene Rückerstattung, mindestens in Höhe der Differenz zwischen der gebuchten und der tatsächlich erhaltenen Leistung. Ich habe entsprechende Nachweise (Fotos, Buchungsbestätigung etc.) dokumentiert und stelle diese bei Bedarf gerne zur Verfügung. In vielen Bewertungen steht, dass es dort stinkt, viel Müll herumliegt etc. Das können wir nicht sagen. Was man allerdings wirklich bemängeln muss, ist das die Klimaanlage sämtliche Düfte aus den umliegenden Zimmern herum trägt. Hat dein Nachbargarnelen angebraten? Hast du den Duft sofort bei dir. Die Lage war ganz toll. Direkt am Strand. Sämtliche Restaurants in Fußnähe. Den Pool fanden wir auch ganz toll.

Später erst haben wir gesehen, dass ein All Inclusive vier Sterne Resort nur 1000 € mehr gekostet hätte. Die Apartmentanlage ist schön, aber nicht billig! Alles muss man drumherum an Essen kaufen, und das ist alles wirklich sehr teuer. Die Einrichtung wurde für Amerikaner gemacht. Es hat auch nichts mit dem deutschen Standard am Sauberkeit zu tun. Es ist oberflächlich dreckig! Mich hat es sehr gestört, Spülmittel oder ein abtrocknen Handtuch. So musste ich alles in einem Touristen Ort kaufen.

El apartamento estaba perfecto. Súper amplio. 3 habitaciones con baño en todas ellas. Decorado con mucho gusto. Muy cómodo y con vistas al mar. Excelente alojamiento. Piscina muy agradable.

Las calles de acceso son pequeñas y con la lluvia se inundan lo que impide salir del hotel caminando cuando hay acumulación de agua por las tormentas. También cuando llueve el agua se la ducha tiene un muy mal olor, lo que nos impidió ducharnos el último día. La electricidad se paga aparte , hay que tener cuidado con los aires acondicionados.

No nos gustó como nos trató recepcionista no era muy amable, precio decía que tenemos descuento Genius al final pague igual sin descuento, además hay que pagar luz adicional, por mascota adincional,luego no funciono aire en la sala cuando vinimos nos prometieron descuento luego no paso nada, y la tasa del dolar es más alta que la tasa en país general..al final del precio que decía booking había que pagar 300 dólares más y más luz y mascota así que si te vas allá cuenta con 500 a 600 dolares más fuera del precio. En cocina les faltaba escurridor de platos, no tenían ni jabón de fregar nada hay que comprar si vas allá y los sartenes no se podían usar eran muy muy desgastados.. No volvería allá porque me sentía tratada por recepcionista muy mal como si fuera que el bis hace favor de quedarnos allá porque hasta nos dijo que tenemos dos opciones o nos quedamos o nos vamos... así no se tratan clientes..

Estar frente a la playa es lo mejor, la vista perfecta y alojamiento tal cual las fotos bello y cómodo. El acceso a la playa es directo y las tumbonas y sombrillas perfectas. Tiene vigilancia todo el día.

La calle que da acceso al alojamiento está rota, se inunda y es una sola vía. caminando no lo recomiendo. En el alojamiento lo único malo es que el agua es salada.

I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Everything !!!! We would definitely go back there and stay. our place was huge , we highly recommend this place. Nice size pool and one minute walk to the ocean.

It was my second time here and it was wonderful. The day that i had to make the check out i took a day tour to isla saona and i forgot and left everything inside. Passports luggage’s money. The staff collected everything for me and waited for me to collect them.

The place was absolutely amazing and huge !!! Loved the fact that we had three bathrooms , a balcony overlooking the pool and being able to see the ocean from where we stayed. Loved the place !!! we would definitely go back there in a heartbeat . everyone was so friendly. The one security guard had a smile on his face every time we saw him and the people at the reception desk were awesome.

Das Apartment war sehr groß und sehr komplett ausgestattet. Auch ist der Strand sehr schön und es waren immer genug Liegen vorhanden.

Appartement spacieux avec de grandes chambres et une très belle terrasse, avec accès direct sur la plage, un vrai plus! Le petit coin plage de l'hôtel est calme et agréable. Personnel accueillant. Lieu sécurisé avec parking gratuit. Cuisine assez bien équipée, sauf le lave-vaisselle qui ne marchait pas. Une supérette à 5 mins à pied très bien approvisionnée et quelques restaurants aussi dans le coin.

La vue mer au rez-de-chaussée est limitée du aux dunes de sable entre la plage et l'hôtel. Cependant cela isole du vent et des gens qui passent sur la plage. Piscine froide et pas très propre, mais nous avons surtout profité de la belle plage! Attention: l'électricité est payante en fonction de votre consommation avec relevé de compteurs en début et fin de séjour.

Unterkunft & Täuschung: Trotz vorrangigem E-Mail-Verkehr mit der Verwaltung erhielten wir statt des gebuchten Apartments 201,im 1. Stock, mit vollem Meerblick,nur ein Erdgeschoss-Apartment mit Blick auf eine Gebüsch-Düne.Das Management war unkooperativ und erklärte die Fotos auf Booking.com für unverbindlich ! Sanitäre Zustände & Hygiene: Wasser-Skandal:Das Wasser stank unerträglich nach Fäkalien und war verunreinigt! Heisswasser gab es nie! Über Tage mussten wir / Gäste sich im Pool oder Meer waschen.Erst nach Drohung mit Polizei/Krankenwagen wurde Chlor beigemengt und es wurde etwas besser. Defekte: Ein Bett quietschte.Eine Toilette war zwei Wochen lang undicht;das Bad stand permanent unter Wasser. Mehrfache Verstopfungen.1x kompletter Wasserausfall.Tresor defekt.Eingangstür erhebliche Einbruchspuren. Waschmaschine nicht zu gebrauchen,da das Wasser stinkt. Anlage: Hundekot und Müll auf der Wiesen vor unserer Terrasse,wurde vom Personal ignoriert.Der Pool war unsauber. Lage & Umfeld: Zwar direkt am Strand gelegen,mit eigenen Liegestühle und Schirme,aber gleich nebenan massiver Lärm/Musik und Abgasgestank durch eine angrenzende,chaotische einheimischer Bootsvermietung.Der teils private Strandabschnitt wurde zunehmend von diesen Arbeitern belagert.Ca. 20 Boote! Die Umgebung außerhalb der Anlage ist schmutzig und verdreckt und bei Regen ist vieles überflutet,inkl.die eigene Einfahrt zur Apartment-Anlage. Management & Service: Inkompetent,unfreundlich und desinteressiert.Lediglich ein neuer Mitarbeiter namens "Pietro" war bemüht.Da wir im Voraus per Kreditkarte bezahlt hatten,saßen wir fest.Lediglich 20 % Preisnachlass wurden unter Druck erstattet. Stromkosten 60 $,sie konnten uns aber nicht abzogen wie andere,da wir beim Einzug sofort den Zählerstand abfotografierten. Bewertung als Profis: Wir waren selbst Hoteliers und entsetzt über den Zustand dieser Anlage.Ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Wir würden hier NIE wieder buchen!

Están muy cerca de perder la exclusividad si no le hacen mantenimiento, alquilé dos apartamento uno grande de 3 dormitorios y otro pequeño de 2 dormitorios, la cocina tenía muchos detalles de uso, que se arreglan con manteniento. La salida del apartamento pequeño a la piscina era un desastre, trabajos con tierra removida y tubos que se veian. Nadie se disculpó por esa incomididad.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta muy bien la villa en la que nos hospedamos, podíamos salir a la playa en cualquier momento, todos los artículos que necesitamos para cocinar, el precio con lo esperado esta muy bien, hay tiendas cerca, restaurantes y farmacia.

Los zancudos hay que llevar repelentes. La calle que se llena de agua al ingresar El pago de energía eléctrica es por aparte.

- L’alimentation de l’eau (qui aurait dû être potable ne l’est pas, l’eau est salée et sent le croupi et l’œuf pourri. - Faites également attention car à notre arrivée une caution de 245$ (208€) pour l’électricité car l’électricité est payante en plus de la location que nous avons payée 2800€ les 15 jours et à la fin de notre séjour nous avons dû payer en plus l’électricité en plus de la location (ceci n’était indiqué nulle-part) et aucun relevé de compteur d’électricité n’a été fait à notre arrivée !
