Front desk staff was helpful and location is good with plenty of restaurants and shops around

The apartment is dated, the toilets were not working properly with one of them constantly running water, the plug on the wall in the upstairs bedroom didn’t work and the service in the onsite restaurant was atrocious. We couldn’t use the beach as there were loads of algae that wasn’t being picked up and smelled really bad, it’s not the hotels fault but consider that if you are planning to travel in August as it was a massive downside for us not being able to use the beach. Also consider that the cost of electricity is not included, we used the air con at night only as otherwise it was impossible to sleep and it was around 50 USD for 3 nights

Many things were broken and need repair, no hot water and nothing done to fix when it was reported, had to take the picture down off of the bedroom wall because the water from the air conditioner kept leaking and splashing on my head while trying to sleep. Apt G-302

El apartamento, muy bien equipado y espacioso. La sensación fue como estar en casa. La piscina espectacular y el estado de las instalaciones muy bueno. Un recinto cerrado y muy agradable. Fuera, muy cerca, hay además una casa de cambio de divisas y una pequeña tienda de comestibles. El hotel incluye acceso a playa.

El restaurante junto a la piscina da buena y variada comida pero, en mi opinión, algunas de las personas que allí trabajan hablan a veces demasiado alto. Se las escuchaba desde lejos. En ocasiones también ponían música demasiado alta tardando además en servir lo pedido al menos en una ocasión. Y no siempre disponían de cambio al hacer los pagos. Si cuidasen estos detalles sería perfecto. De todas formas estuve cinco días. Quizá fue algo puntual y no acostumbrado.

Les points positifs sont la piscine, qui était vraiment sympa, ainsi que le calme de la résidence. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier sécurisé et proche de plusieurs bons restaurants. La climatisation fonctionnait très bien, ce qui était vraiment agréable avec la chaleur.

Une expérience très décevante. Il y avait des cafards à perte de vue : chaque jour, nous en avons écrasé une dizaine. Un soir, alors que ma copine prenait sa douche, un énorme cafard est apparu dans la salle de bains. Après cela, nous avons décidé d’écourter notre séjour et de terminer nos vacances dans un autre hébergement. La plage située juste en face de l'hôtel est impraticable en raison des énormes tas d'algues, ce qui rend la baignade impossible. En revanche, en marchant seulement 10 à 15 minutes, vous trouverez de très belles plages propres où il est tout à fait possible de se baigner. L’appartement était également très sale. Les lavabos n’étaient pas correctement nettoyés, les linges étaient davantage jaunes ou brunâtres que blancs, les coussins étaient tachés et le mobilier était très ancien et mal entretenu. Nous ne nous sommes absolument pas sentis en vacances dans cet appartement. Le logement aurait besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur, d’un traitement contre les cafards et d’une rénovation complète. NOUS NE RECOMMENDONS PAS CET HÉBERGEMENT

The location is ok and there is a good beach club next to the complex. The onsite restaurant is also good for money.

Several issues with the apartment. Broken toilet, shower, sink and tv. We lost water two nights in a row as they switched it off. Woke up one morning to a flooded room because of the AC. Unable to use ensuite the whole duration as toilet was leaking and broken and shower not draining. They charged an extortionate amount for the electricity - $350 dollars! The apartment was falling apart and not very clean. Needs a refurbishment.

The location, the amenities, the pool, and the staff. Also the grounds keeping and landscaping was well maintained.

The ongoing construction in the surrounding area can hinder the aesthetics

I didn't like it at all, the property is not registered to be rented as a short rental. Damaged drawers, no soap, main door that doesn't work, insecurity.

Este lugar es realmente excelente para viajar solo, en pareja o en familia. Se siente como si tuvieras tu propio apartamento en RD. No solo el apartamento y su limpieza, sino la limpieza en general de las instalaciones fue excelente. La piscina es grande y el acceso a la playa es perfecto. Esta a solo minutos a pie de tiendas, droguerias y muy buenos restaurantes.

La maya vial esta muy deteriorada por lo que si no llueve hay mucha tierra y si llueve hay mucho barro, pero todo eso afuera de las instalaciones.

They did not want to offer me the room I paid for and tried to charge me for a different one , completely different from any of the pictures online , dirty, dark and small.

We were waiting almost two hours to check in (7-8:30 pm) as they misplaced our key. We also didn’t get any information that reception will be closed at that time or our room number. Security guard didn’t want to give us any information either. Eventually we came in to the room and realised it’s dirty and lots of stuff are damaged. We started checking everything as we find out about deposit €100 cash in case we damage anything so we wanted to be sure they won’t blame us for anything. I almost cut my feet on a broken tiles in a bathroom that was covered by the bath mat(which they called safety mat) and the toilet was leaking(we sent the video but management response was that they didn’t find any leak even though there is a stain on a tiles made by that leak.We also found mouse droppings in a kitchen lots of ants and bugs around the room. We found a hole in AC unit, blinds were broken and some wooden panels on the ceiling were broken. We contacted hotel reception immediately and asked for an assistance to help us. We got a reply that someone will come in next day to check. When they came at9am they offered as cleaning but obviously broken stuff which are dangerous won’t be fixed so we asked for a different room or a refund . After consultation they said we can ask for a refund through the booking.com website and leave. Since then I’m trying to get my money back as now hotel is saying that neither me or booking send them a request to cancel that stay/ get refund. I Have all the photos how the room looked and also all the confirmation from booking when they requested refund. Hotel have also lots of hidden cost which they want you to pay by cash. Sadly they ruined some part of our holiday so definitely I would say avoid this place at any cost. We also notified ministry of tourism and local authorities so if anyone else have similar experience please send me an email and we can have bigger case.

Emplacement TOP proche magasins Une plage privée avec transats avec garde qui surveille. Pour les excursions ils viennent nous chercher devant la résidence. Résidence très très bien entretenue avec personnel très souriant.Roméo le concierge est super en plus il parle le français !

Prévoir un paiement à l arrivée de l électricité pour un studio 7,5 dollar par nuit .Il appelle ça une caution mais c est une facture car on n est pas rembourser il ne regarde pas la consommation c est un forfait. On peut payer en pesos dominicain en dollars ou en euros.

El apartamento contratado le faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza. Todo el complejo super limpio y prolijo. La.piscina impecable. La gran falla fue en el apartamento. Cortinas que no funcionaban, luces idem, etc. El personal de recepción muy bien.

Mi-a plăcut foarte mult curtea interioară și piscina. Apartamentul a fost foarte mare.

Nu mi-a plăcut nobila din lemn deoarece aceasta era stricată la margini, probabil de la apă, părând veche. Partea de plajă frumos amenajată, dar angajații nu curățau de alge plaja cum se făcea la majoritatea resorturilor.

Umístění ubytovaní, výhled, velikost bytu, vybavení. Areál je dobře udržovaný. Restaurace v rámci areálu je skvělá, lepší a levnější než restaurace v okolí, hlavně její denní lokální menu.

Postel byla velká, ale ve špatném stavu. V noci nás budila vrzáním, ale to je drobnost.

El hospedaje e instalaciones, impecables… las fotos fieles a lo que nos ofrecieron 10/10… sillas en la playa exclusivas del alojamiento … en el sector se encuentra todo: supermarket, farmacias, restaurantes, tienda de souvenirs. Vale la pena pagar lo del servicio de la luz extra. 👍🏼

Pros: great location, right on the beach, very nice swimming pool, good and clean facilities, onsite secure parking, our room had everything we needed.

Cons: although our booking was nonrefundable, I would have appreciated some flexibility with a refund as we had electricity blackout, flight cancellation and a big flood in the north of the country just a few days before our arrival. Also you need to pay for electricity separately ($7.5 per night)

Ein schönes Apartment mit einem super bequemen, grossen Doppelbett. Küchenausstattung ist ok. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Lage in 1. Meerreihe mit eigenen Liegen ist TOP. Zimmer sauber. Inventar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Personal freundlich. Beachbar gut und sehr günstig.

Der Service von Romeo war sehr sehr gut. Er hat uns Fernseher und Klimaanlage erklärt, fuhr und begleitete uns sogar beim 1.Mal zur Bank. Als die Klimaanlage abends defekt war, wurde sie am nächsten Morgen sofort repariert. Mir hat sehr gefallen, dass keine Musik in der Anlage gespielt wurde

Super lokalizacja, kurort graniczy z plażą, bardzo blisko miasteczka. Apartament 2-poziomowy, bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony, zarówno dla par jak i rodzin z dziećmi. Widok z apartamentu bezpośrednio na podwójny basen z barem z bardzo dobrymi przekąskami. Polecamy w 100%.

Localização excelente. As traseiras do alojamento dão acesso direto à praia. Boa piscina.

Uns dias antes do check-in cancelaram-me o pagamento da reserva e no dia do check-in exigiram-me o pagamento em dinheiro. Exigiram-me também o pagamento da eletricidade à parte, o que eu nunca tinha visto na vida. O quarto estava cheio de mosquitos. Leve repelente.

A acomodação é pé na praia. A piscina é bem tranquila. A visão do quarto é linda, contempla a piscina e a vista do mar! Mercados, restaurantes, frutarias, farmácia e muito comércio a 1 quadra do hotel. Passeios de bug e a praia Saona mais baratos saindo dessa região.

No momento da hospedagem, a prefeitura estava resolvendo o problema de esgoto na via de acesso ao hotel. Cheiro muito forte quando passava pela via.

Hotel lindíssimo, praia particular a poucos passos da piscina, o almoço do dia no quiosque do hotel muito bem servido a um preço ok, mercadinho e bares próximos

No hotel até me atenderam bem, mas a cidade como um todo só funciona a base de gorjeta (propina), prepare-se para ser mal atendido por padrão, a menos que você dê dinheiro. Mas comparado ao outro hotel que fiquei, o Stanza teve um bom atendimento. E todo lugar que se anda fora do hotel ou até mesmo na praia você é abordado para comprar os passeios, vendedores são muito chatos.

No hubo mucha comunicacion con el anfitrion, la oficina siempre estuvo cerrada y el lobby tiene horario de 8am a 5pm

We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. You need to make sure you have pesos as a lot of these places use that form of currency. Pool was very nice and beach was ok (a lot of seaweed).

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The staff didn't speak any English we had to use a translater to communicate, I had to request a few things that should have been in the room. Towels and bedding are not changed out unless you pay extra. So you use the same towel and sheets for the whole week. The AC in our room only had one setting and the TV had no selection of any channels. Unit H104.

La ubicación, teníamos todos los comercios cerca (supermercado, farmacia, heladería), el servicio de Uber era rápido.

La playa tenía mucho sargazo, la playa de al lado la limpiaban pero la del condominio no. Igual disfrutamos de la pileta, y fuimos a otras playas cercanas
