Tiny Garden House Cat Ba

L’établissement est bien situé, il faut certes marcher 10 minutes pour arriver au centre ville avec une grosse montée/descente mais en comparaison d’autres établissement de cat ba vous obligent de prendre un taxi pour aller en ville, la climatisation fonctionne bien et l’hôte est réactif. De plus la terrasse et sa vue sur les montagnes est un plus appréciable.

Emplacement excellent, près du centre et des restaurants. L'hôte est très gentil et réactif. Il m'a aidé à réserver le bus du lendemain. Je recommande ce logement.

Il faudrait des rideaux épais pour la lumière.

Vraiment déçue au vu de la note globale, j’ai du mal à comprendre. Pas d’indication de la part de l’hôte avant notre arrivée alors que c’est une arrivée autonome, même pas de panneau indiquant le logement sur place, l’hôte me demande de venir payer à son autre hôtel, odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain, aucune isolation donc beaucoup de bruit et de lumière

Very nice comfortable room and a quiet location.

Very poor communication, no instructions on how to check in and out or find the property, which was challenging as there's no signage and very residential. We never met anyone, and when it came to paying, we were told to leave the money in the room, which only worked as we had exact change.

Super netter Host, Unterkunft in toller Lage und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Terrasse.

Das Badezimmer ist recht rudimentär. Es ist ziemlich sauber in der Unterkunft, aber an schwer erreichbaren Stellen sammelt sich Staub.

Bien situé et Hieu qui gère le lieu était super. Il nous a aidé à réserver tous ce dont nous avions besoin.

very comfortable beds, wonderful host and location

The room was spacious and very nicely decorated, which is why I had picked it. I was even upgraded to another room cause I needed a fridge. It was the cleanest room so far in Vietnam! The balcony and the fact that I had it all to myself. It had the sun on the balcony from very early, thats really nice. Owner arranged a bike at a good price.

Unfortunately it was really noisy. 2 construction sites close ( wasnt too bad though). the gym next door put out full blast bass music everyday from 17 to 22 pm (and sometimes in the morning too) which the thin windows could not block out. And at night the neighbors dogs which were out in the alley right in front kept waking me up. Bring earplugs or other noise protection! Of course that is not the hotels fault. The bathroom had a bit of a smell, but only sometimes.

La habitación mas grande que hemos tenido en Vietnam! Con todo lo necesario y una cama enorme! Tenia aire acondicionado y un balconcito comprtido ideal para estar fuera por la noche. El anfitrión habla un inglés perfecto y nos ayudo muchisimo a organizar nuestros dias en Cat Ba, fue muy amable! Sin duda repetiriamos.

The house is a small, quaint little place, just right for everything you need. It’s in a quiet, clean neighbourhood, well connected to the rest of the city. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Easy access to local transport. Great banh mi spots nearby, along with street food, cafes - everything you could want. Go for a walk or a run and you’ll stumble upon some amazing scenery. Ask Hieu for recommendations and he’ll sort your life out. We had one of the best times in Cát Bà and all because of Hieu! Trust in Hieu!

Not much to dislike. But some thoughts: the bathroom door in the first room could use a handle on the inside, and the shower could be fixed. If I have to be picky, the short walk up from the road can feel a bit tiring when you’re already exhausted. The roofing makes some noise in the wind. But none of these are deal breakers.

Không gian ấm cúng, cảm giác như về nhà. Phòng được chăm chút rất kỹ từ các vật dụng cần thiết đến đồ trang trí. Host tận tâm, nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại cho kỳ nghỉ sau.

La camera è carina e spaziosa, il posto tranquillo, non è esattamente in centro ma ci si può arrivare a piedi in pochi minuti percorrendo una ripida stradina. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e host davvero super disponibile. Abbiamo passato una notte qui, arrivando a Cat Ba nel tardo pomeriggio e con l'idea di organizzare un tour per la baia di Lon Ha di uno o due giorni. Hieu, l'host, parla inglese fluentemente ed è stato di grande aiuto, proponendoci un tour che a posteriori si è rivelato in linea - se non meglio- rispetto alle nostre aspettative e richieste.

Chị chủ nhiệt tình, chỗ ở có rất nhiều cây, phù hợp đi nhóm bạn với nhau, hai phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi cơ bản, mình đi lúc chị chủ đang muốn tu sửa thêm nên có vài thứ trong phòng đặt chưa hợp lý lắm có chỗ rửa chân bên ngoài phòng khi đi từ biển về. Lối vào hơi dốc xíu

Owner is really friendly. Helped me book a tour and my bus to Hanoi for a good price. Great price for a very private room. Has everything you need & a really big, comfortable bed. I slept really well here. Good location, in a quiet area but close to lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

Incredibly comfortable. Out of town enough to be free of the noise and dust, but it's an easy (if steep) walk.

Very friendly owner! He helped us with booking a cruise around Cat Ba and bus to Hanoi. The place was nice, spacious and a good location.

Unfortunately there was no kitchen equipment (at least a small fridge would help a lot), sometimes internet was not the best and not a nice view from the balcony.

Special thanks to the homestay owner, he helped us with everything in Cat Ba, booking tours, renting a scooter and advising some good spots. We did not have to arrange anything ourselves.. He was super interested in our experiences and sweet. We would definitely recommend this cute home stay. Also the location is not in the middle of the city centre, which is nice for a bit of peace. Very good place and placement. Local atmosphere in the naborhood. Away from the busy streets downtown but not far away. Most comfortable bed in Cat Ba!

The room is spacious with a large, comfortable bed and seating area inside and outside, which was nice). Situated in a local residential area, it is away from the noise of the center but a walk away from all the restaurants, shops and Ben Beo port. The owner lives right next door and is always available if there are any questions either in person or via WhatsApp. He arranged a motorbike for us and also can arrange tours. He speaks perfect English. We had a comfortable stay.

The curtains do not block out the street lights at night but we didn't have any problem sleeping.

The location and decor are excellent.

The bed is very comfortable and room is large. It is away from the busier part of town but not hard to walk there. The optional breakfast was nice. They also helped with laundry and a scooter rental.

The bathroom had some odor from the drain, but I kept the bathroom door closed so this didn't bother me.

Tiny House offers a memorable experience in terms of food and location. The menu is quite extensive, but ensures freshness and I was not disappointed. The staff is also attentive and accommodating, always ready to meet the customers' needs. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is very convenient. Situated in the center. This allows travelers to save time on transportation and easily explore interesting destinations in the Cat Ba area.
