Reviewed Sep 19, 2026El personal era muy amable, Emma ha sido un amor en todo momento y nos ha ayudado mucho, siempre con una sonrisa. Nos cogimos con ellos el tour en barco por Lan Ha bay y estuvo muy bien. La cama es cómoda y la ubicación está bien.
La limpieza de la habitación. No estaba súper sucia, pero las paredes estaban amarillas y tenían como marcas de bichitos y las sábanas estaban también un poco amarillentas.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Obsługa hotelu jest naprawdę świetna! Szczególnie pani Emma jest bardzo miła i pomocna! W pokojach jest czysto. Codziennie są wymieniane ręczniki i jest donoszona woda. Hotel udostępnia ręczniki na plażę oraz nakrycie głowy. Jest dostępny taras na dachu. Jest klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja jest okej. Miasteczko jest dość małe, można śmiało wszędzie dotrzeć na pieszo.
Śniadanie mogłoby być lepsze.

Con Linda abbiamo avuto una comunicazione impeccabile e grazie a lei abbiamo prenotato una bellissima gita in barca nella magnifica Lan Ha Bay e il transfer verso l'aeroporto di Hai Phon la mattina per prendere un volo in tempo. Insomma, una serie di servizi eccezionali che ci hanno permesso di godere al massimo del nostro soggiorno sull'isola di Cat Ba! L'hotel inoltre si trova in una posizione ottima! Al centro di cat Ba Town e vicinissima alle spiagge e ai luoghi di interesse. Grazie Linda e Emma ❤️

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant sachant que nous étions 5. L accueil est appréciable. Linda nous a aidé pour la location d’un taxi. les chambres sont climatisées contrairement à la salle du petit déjeuner.
Par contre, ce homestay est limité en personnel. Ce n est pas un hôtel, en tout cas, c est loin de la définition d un hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très basique et le coin douche mérite d être rénovée.

Clairement, nous n’avons pas les mêmes standards de propreté. C'est vivable, pas insalubre, mais pas dans nos critères. Manque aussi du double vitrage. Hôtel vieillissant mal.

Si consiglia di avere più cura della hall e il servizio noleggio scooter dovrebbe avere più attenzione sui motorini in quanto il nostro era molto vecchio e con un sotto sella con un odore nauseate.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und tolle Hinweise zu möglichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir hätten auch ein Moped vom Hotel mieten können. Wäscheservice ist auch sehr gut.
Im Bad dürfte mal mit Chlorreiniger geputzt werden.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and communicative both before and throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.
Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations for several reasons. The reception area and the shared bathroom on the ground floor were extremely dirty - not the ideal first impression. The breakfast was disappointing, with very little variety. Most of the food was Asian dishes that were often cold, with only cold pancakes and white bread as alternative options. During our two-night stay, the power went out six times, which was very disruptive. The bathroom also had several maintenance issues: the door would not stay closed unless it was locked, and a leaking pipe behind the bathroom left one corner of the floor constantly wet. The hotel also advertised a restaurant and bar on the sixth floor, but both were closed for the entire duration of our stay without prior notice. In addition, the hotel promoted a cooking class and even asked whether we were interested, but later informed us that it was not available during our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, frequent power outages, disappointing breakfast, and unavailable advertised facilities made our experience far below what was expected.

1. KS thu phí gửi ô tô (100k/đêm) trong khi phần giới thiệu nói miễn phí gửi xe, và giải thích đó là miễn phí gửi xe máy. Thế có khách sạn nào thu phí gửi xe máy của khách ư? Mình phải trao đổi 1 lúc với quản lý thì mới không mất phí gửi xe. 100k không đáng là gì cả, nhưng mình biết không phải ks nào ở Cát Bà cũng có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô miễn phí cho khách, nên khi đặt phòng mình chọn tiêu chí này lên đầu vì nhà mình đi xe nhà, ở dài ngày. 2. Phòng bé, nội thất sơ sài, vòi nước tắm thì yếu trong khi vòi lavabo thì xả mạnh dễ bắn vào người nếu không để ý, bồn cầu xuống cấp. 3. Nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp. Đồ ăn sáng không ngon miệng, sơ sài. Có nhiều lựa chọn khác tốt hơn ở Cát Bà, hãy check lại với ks về quyền lợi miễn phí đỗ ô tô nếu bạn cần.

The restrooms near dining room was not presentable ( sanitary) The photos on your website do not represent the hotels current state.

The room was not clean and the furnishing had long seen better days. There was mold in the bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly and we found a large cockroach there The window blinds were broken as was the bedside lamp. The hotel was very noisy and we were near the stairwell with a badly fitted door so could here everything. It was cheap but have stayed at similar accommodation without these issues.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Chefin und Rezeptionistin waren sehr freundlich. Lage war gut auch wenn etwas am Berg. Aussicht war gut wenn auch nicht ganz wie auf dem Bild, da dort Gebäude gebaut werden. Dusche funktionierte gut. Geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Teuerer Transport am Abend nach 18 Uhr auf die Insel. Vom Hotel organisierter VIP Transport war schlussendlich ein schäbiger Minibus der ununterbrochen piepste, obwohl ich das ausdrücklich kein Minibus wollte.
