Clean, quiet, great location, the staff were friendly, plenty of water & towels provided

Ideal location. Everything is so clean and maintained so well: the bed, the bedsheets, the bathroom. Just incredible! Grandma even booked a car for me to da nang airport at a competitive price

L'emplacement, à la fois au calme et tres proche du night market, dans un quartier d'habitation et pas uniquement touristique. La gentillesse de notre hôtesse, le linge propre et plié impeccablement. La chambre familiale composée de deux chambres communicantes avec chacune leur salle de bain, tres pratique. La piscine interieure pour se rafraîchir.

Le lit était un peu dur à mon goût (très personnel).

Chủ villa - Mr Huy thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Mẹ của Huy là người trực tiếp trực ban và giặt quần áo thuê, cho thuê xe máy. Bà thân thiện, hay cho đồ ăn cho trẻ con. Phòng cách âm cực tốt, ko nghe thấy bất cứ âm thanh nào bên ngoài. Phòng rộng, decor sạch, đẹp. Ban công thoáng rộng, bố con nhà nó hay rủ nhau ra ăn mì. Bể bơi tầng 1 nhỏ xinh, nước hơi lạnh nên cần làm quen một lát rồi mới bơi. Ở ven phố cổ, đi bộ 300 mét đến phố cổ.

This is my 5th time returning to Hoi An and staying at Kemi. The room is clean and quiet, and the host is very friendly and helpful.

This was the absolute best place i stayed in all of my 3 weeks in Vietnam! Such a beautiful home. The nicest people who go out of their way to ensure your comfort and happiness! I was so sad to leave and will absolutely stay here again my next visit to Hoi An! Their laundry service is top notch too! Overall it felt like I was staying at grandma’s home.. so cozy and welcoming!

It was all perfect! I wish I could stay much longer with them!

Huy was very kind and helpful, the rooms were spacious, the location was great, and the price was very affordable!

We loved everything about this property. So close to the night market and the beautiful scenery of Hoi an. The Family room was fantastic, so clean and comfortable. The family who owns this we’re very kind and beautiful, my family and I felt so safe and relaxed it was like meeting a new family we will definitely return. The Grandmother was so beautiful we called her mumma she was so infectious. All I can say is if your heading here with children this is definitely the place to stay and I can’t express this enough.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, they also have a small but nice pool. The hotel is in a very good spot close to all the main attractions and the night market but away from all the noise. We had to wake up very early both mornings so we didn't try the breakfast but the lady was so sweet and accommodating with us and the last day she even gave us something to take with us to eat on our way to the airport. They also have a laundry service.

We booked two communicating bedrooms but only one of them had an actual window.

Close to the center but also quiet. Nice host.

we have been to vietnam and hoi an at least 10 times but haven't stayed in the old town area in quite a few years. the location is fantastic. the attention to detail in the room was wonderful. great design touches eg original legs and tops of furniture were removed and replaced with more aesthetically pleasing pieces. they added a door to the shelf unit to conceal the fridge and it is vented to allow the fridge to stay cooler. balcony doors and windows were of european quality (makes a huge difference for keeping the cool air in/hot air out - in the middle of the day, we left the room with the ac turned off and when we returned over 4 hours later, the room still felt cool!). there are chairs on the small balcony and a ledge attached to the railing so you have somewhere to put your cup/phone/whatever. reading lights next to the beds. good sized bathroom. lots of outlets. i could go on and on! we arrived before checkin time and the room was not ready, so we left for a few hours. when we got back, they had already placed our luggage in the room so we didn't have to lug it up the stairs. assistance with our luggage when we checked out. we were very happy in this room (twin) and so happy we chose to stay at kemi house. very nice and helpful family. bicycle issue was quickly remedied. bonus: hi restaurant, which we visit every time we are in hoi an, is very close, very cheap, and very delicious. thank you so much and see you again soon!

while it was great to have the indoor pool (which means the water was nice and cool!) upon getting out there wasn't anywhere to sit comfortably (and certainly nowhere to lie/lounge around) so you have to stand and drip a bit before going back up to your room. that being said, we would definitely stay here again.

Good value for money

There was no mention of 3 flights of stairs with 2 x 20 kg bags and NO Lift...no one to help us to take our bags up or down....we're not pleased at all...bathroom was dirty seems like someone stayed there minutes before our arrival.

Property is as described and as per photos. A lovely family run place to stay. The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, inside pool was great to escape the hot sun for a few hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A small, well run, family owned budget guesthouse in a fantastic location 5 minutes walk from the heart of the old town and a few minutes from the night market and river. Friendly owners who helped with advice on places to eat, provided free bicycles and organised a transfer to Da Nang for us. Mother also offered a very reasonable and efficient laundry service. The property also has a small plunge / swimming pool on the ground floor just behind the reception area - a little bit of an oddity - we didn't use it but it looked clean and I can imagine when its really hot it could be refreshing.

We had booked a triple room and ended up with 2 doubles with an adjoining door between rooms. This was perfect but I think because of this we were at the back of the building with a view onto the rear of other houses and shops which were rather noisy (especially at 6 am when they woke up)! Not a major problem as the rooms were clean and comfortable and we did not spend much time in then except to sleep, but a room at the front over looking the small square would have been nicer so make sure you request these.

Very helpful family, easy to communicate, they helped us book cooking tours and transport and recommended tailors and places to eat. Rooms were well maintained. Location was perfect and quiet at night, away from the busy night markets. Would stay again

The location was great. It was down a narrow street just a short walk from the night market, numerous restaurants, and the Ancient Town. It was very quiet, and my room had a small balcony overlooking the surrounding rooftops. The decor was lovely and the bed was nice and firm. There was boiling water always available in the ground-floor foyer, along with an indoor swimming pool. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no cable TV, only access to streaming services if you have subscriptions. Breakfast was not offered, but there were great options nearby. An in-room safe would be a good addition.

I had a lovely stay here in Hoi An. Huy and his mother were very nice and responsive to any questions. I had a beautiful room on the third floor with a small balcony overlooking a park. The location was just far enough away from the crowds that it was quiet. The pool was cold but refreshing on those hot days in Hoi An. Would highly recommend!

Location was prefect . All walking distance , definitely will stay here again. They have laundry, motorbike & bicycles rental also. Opposite have 5 star resort and bar, it doesn’t effect the noise at all.

Was pretty suprised by how great this place was. The room had a comfy bed and the shower was wonderful. The host were helpful with suggestions for Hoi An. And it's so centrally located. It's just a short walk into the Hoi An night market, the Japanese Bridge. Will 100% be staying there again when I come back.

Really nice modern homestay we liked it so much we have booked another week. We like the high pressure shower roomy bathroom comfortable bed and the quiet yet central location and we would definitely stay again. The host family are very nice.

Lovely homestay and lovely family. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was beautiful, the staff were very nice and helpful, and the bikes and swimming pool were a big extra that we enjoyed in our stay. Will definitely come back :)

What an amazing place to stay! Rooms are really comfortable and the place is extremely clean. AC worked great. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Huy who is always helping me with everything I need. Location is really good. You can walk everywhere, but also they have free bikes for you to use. Definitely a place I recommend.

The son and the mother owning the guest house are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. The villa is in a less crowded area but super close to the bridge.

Everything, simply everything ! The house, location, facilities plus man behind the show ... Hue ! He is super supportive and helpful. We arrived in the property around 3 o'clock in the morning and he was still there for us to settle us in. When we arrived in the house, we all were very hungry and everything was closed. But he took me out with his bike and found a cart and managed some food for us ! I don’t know how to thank him. But above all .... it's Mrs. Thu ... Hue's mother. She is a darling ! I haven’t met such adorable person in my life. In short, you can stay at Kemi's house only just to meet this 2 persons ! This will be a Lifetime experience. I guarantee.

This was my second time bringing a group of friends/family to Kemi. It continues to be an outstanding option for a short trip to Hoi An. It’s clean and the pool is a great break from the mid-day heat. We ordered the breakfast this time, and it was plenty of delicious food with a beautiful presentation. You can’t beat the location - a block from the night market, but somehow a quiet spot.

The hot water was not working all the time and the balcony view in the pictures can be deceptive. We got a balcony room but the view was just another hotels balcony less than 1m away

My 3rd visit to Hoi An and this time we stayed here. Very cosy home stay with almost a personalised service. Facility is less than a year old. Huy is extremely helpful with suggestions and even transport arrangements. Best is location which is 5 min from the heart of old town. They have laundry service for outsiders as well (good value)

- Card payment will be great and more convenient. - Do bring more cash to Hoi An as most trades are in cash in general. - If you wish for a nice balcony, do ask for front facing units.

The location of this place is awesome - right on the main island. Close to the markets. And they had free bikes that we took all around town and even all the way to the beach.

Kemi House was a great option for our party of 8. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very attentive. Huy helped us book transportation and activities, and gave us some useful local tips. He even met us at the airport to deliver something I had left at the hotel! The pool was refreshing in the heat. The location is great - on a quiet block just a short walk from the night market. There is laundry service next door, and plenty of food, spa, and shopping options nearby.

The location obviously, it’s just beside the night market lane so you can do the shopping in night market and walk back to the property. Hardly 2 mins walk

We had a wonderful stay here! Room is lovely and spacious, the decor was lovely, comfortable beds. Kettle in room, and big shower!! The laundry service was great! Super clean!! Location just right for market and walk in the old city we loved it so much we have just booked again to come back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was feeling sick and he helped me buy foods under a rainy evening. He was providing advices over WhatsApp which was really helpful.

The only bad thing about it was that the pillows were quite uncomfortable. Credit card was not accepted, which was a little inconvenient.

Slick and new facilities, really friendly and helpful staff, great location, really big.room and bed, room is pretty soundproof, nice view.

Rooms don't get cleaned in between, you should ask for new towels, there are no vegetarian breakfast options (although I didn't ask for it, if I did they would probably accomodate it).

Love to stay here. Family room is very nice, quite, convinience with separate space. This hotel is new, clean and very near night market (100m) and old town (350m). Staffs are very kind and nice, helpfull, fast and honestly. My parents are old and difficult to sleep but they can sleep well here. Highly recommend. We are really happy to stay here. Fantastic stay here. The family are lovely and very helpful, they helped us out many times. Location is great. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean. Plus the bonus of a nice pool. We’ll definitely be back when we return
