Perfect location close to the old town so could walk everywhere. The accommodation was excellent, comfortable spacious rooms and bathrooms, every detail taken care of. An indoor pool was an added bonus and the meals / breakfast you could buy at propert was delicious. Highly recommend

The bed and pillows were super comfy and the shower was awesome with lots of hot water. There was always someone in the front lobby if you needed help or just acting as security.

There wasn’t anywhere to set my suitcase, so I constantly had to be bending over to get stuff as it was in the floor. After five days of that, my back was quite sore.

Es war sauber und in einer ruhigen Lage und dennoch sehr gut gelegen. Mein Zimmer war super und die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett.

Das Schwimmbad, die gute Lage zu Altstadt, es war alles vorhanden. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Beratung. Sehr hilfsbereite Besitzer. Alles gut organisiert. Wir empfehlen gerne weiter.

Having to have the room key to keep the power on. Some of the alley ways leading to the hotel were not in the best condition.

The room looked like the photos. I would stay again. The staff was very kind. The location is perfect. Walkable to everything. They cleaned my room which I wasn't expecting and provided a new towel and water bottles.

Great little homestay in a perfect location to enjoy the old town whilst having a more peaceful vibe Staff were always welcoming and helpful and room was spotlessly clean. Indoor swimming pool was lovely to cool off in with pool towels provided. Altogether a really enjoyable stay and would definitely choose again on visiting Hoi An.

Địa điểm ngay gần phố cổ Hội An, bạn có thể đi bộ 5p là ra đến chùa Cầu, phòng rất sạch sẽ và thoáng mát, bạn chủ homestay sắp xếp cho mẹ mình tầng 1, rất phù hợp cho người có tuổi, không phải leo cầu thang. Homestay có cả bể bơi, một địa điểm rất tuyệt với để ở khi đến Hội An.

Good location. Close to the old quarter. All within walking distance. But far enough from the hustle and bustel of the town. Friendly staff. Got good a recommendation for breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Hoi An is a lovely town.

They offered tours and transportation at a very reasonable rate. Rooms were excellent and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance from every thing. Staff was excellent.

Un très beau homestay, notre chambre spacieuse et bien decorée/aménagée, la grande salle de bain, une belle terrasse pour prendre son thé. La struttura ci ha proposto prima del soggiorno un transfer dall’aeroporto di Da Nang all’homestay, che abbiamo aspettato invano per circa 30 min, dopo di che abbiamo optato per un Grab. Tuttavia, per l’inconveniente non dipeso da loro, ci hanno offerto gratuitamente il transfer per il ritorno 😊

Great place to stay..we stayed for one night and we loved it. Very peaceful and quiet place. The room was spacious and clean. Book the room with the balcony perfect for chilling at night

We enjoyed our stay here. It is located close to the old town, about 5-10 minutes walk. Our room was accessed through a well-decorated veranda, which we had dinner on one of the nights. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The pool was well maintained. The laundry service was excellent - you just bring your clothes and they'll handle the rest. Our clothes came back clean and folded. The receptionist was very nice and arranged our rides to and from Da Nang for 300k. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. Overall, a fantastic place for its price.

It was really beautiful! It's a good place to explore hoi an. At the same time, it is quiet.

The fridge and air conditioning work well the huge enclosed shower was lovely in a big bathroom. The pool was very nice as well and had great lounge chairs. We booked a tour though the receptionist and even pedal bikes one day. Also daily housekeeping.

Our room had a smell. It was musty smell that lingered and without the windows open was quite awful. It even stayed in the towels which was nice to have the pool towels to use to supplement.

The size of the room was incredible. The location was close to the old time yet very quiet

The bathroom was not very clean. The bed was not made, bathroom was not cleaned and towels were not changed on the second day

I had a very comfortable 4 day stay in a very nice room with a balcony. A haven of peace in a very busy town which is suffering from excessive tourism. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool.

The homestay price per night is great value. The location is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. AC and fans are lifesavers. Great laundry service.

Needed to carry our luggages up and down the stairs but that's understandable. There are typically no elevators in Homestays. Overall, still a great stay.

Schon die Anreise wurde von der Unterkunft gut organisiert Die Abholung vom Flughafen hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir haben unser Zimmer vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit beziehen dürfen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bad auch. Die Terrasse vor dem Zimmer mit der Sitzgruppe war auch schön. Von der Unterkunft aus war alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Lage war sehr gut und das Personal war wirklich nett.

Unser erstes Zimmer hatte kein Fenster (Zimmertyp Superior Doppelzimmer) und hatte viel Schimmel an den Wänden und es hat sehr stark nach Schimmel gestunken. Man gab uns ein neues und besseres Zimmer, aber auch das hat muffig gerochen.

Wir hatten zuerst ein Familien-Zimmer im unteren Stock, das einen netten Balkon hatte und sehr groß war, aber muffig roch. Die oberen Zimmer mit großer Gemeinschaftsterrasse sind dagegen sehr schön mit vielen Pflanzen und tollem Blick auf Palmen und viel Grün. Es ist ruhig und nicht weit zum Walkingbereich von Hoi An.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, aber versuchte auch regelmäßig uns eine Tour, ein private Car etc. zu verkaufen. Sonst war alles bestens.

The host was super friendly and carring. She gave us valueable tips for our stay in Hoi An and really took her time for that. She helped us with booking a bus and allowed us to store our luggage and come back to the Homestay until our further transfer at any time. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

It's near the old city. There's a cafe and a pho shop a few steps from the place. It is very clean and really feels like a homestay.

Kind of scary at night. Especially after 11pm as the place is within the housing area and there are dogs that roam around. Roads are well lit thou.

Great location in Hoi An Old quarter, just in the alley away from noise. We had a room with access to the balcony which was nice! Overall a great place to stay in Hoi An.

The cleaning could be done a bit better, corners were dirty, dust on the hairdryer and shower was a bit limewashed. But nothing too bad, would still recommend staying here! For some reason you can only pay with cash, which we were not made aware of.

Гостиница находиться в очень уютном дворике в центе события 3 минуты и одновременно в Нутри от шума дорог , рядом нет ни каких караоке и тишина . Хорошая кровать постель ванная с душем большая . У меня был номер с балконом это сказка я там даже загорала по утрам . Хозяева очень милые люди гости тоже без нареканий уборка каждый день .
