Newly Built 1BR Apartment with Balcony next to Railway Station & Downtown

Proximité de l'appartement avec l'université et le centre ville, confort et clarté des informations d'accès.

Ce n'est pas pratique de devoir aller chercher les clés dans un restaurant relativement éloigné avec la valise et la fatigue du trajet, même si le monsieur qui parlait français et qui travaillait dans le restaurant était particulièrement sympathique. Le fond des toilettes était sale.

Mooie rustige inrichting, luxe en centraal gelegen.

Ei mitään valitettavaa

Huoneisto on kaupungin keskustassa, nykyaikaisessa ja hiljaisessa kerrostalossa. Oh ja mh ovat siistit, ja toimivasti sekä väljästi sisustettu. Huoneistossa on hyvät vuoteet.

Tästä kohteesta en löydä asioita, joista en pitänyt.

Sijainti, asunnon kunto

Astiasto huonosti pesty, liesituulettimen käyttö vaikeaa.

Hyvä sijainti.

Skumppalasit ja vispilä puuttuivat, viinilasejakin taisi olla vain 2 tai 3.

Erinomainen asunto hyvällä paikalla. Mukavasti tilaa ja kiva terassi. Asunto oli mukavan valoisa ja hyvin tilaa neljälle.

Avaimen nouto oli sujuvaa. Asunto siisti ja viihtyisä, vastasi odotuksia, jopa ylitti ne. Astiasto oli kiitettävä. Kiva, että kahvi ja suodatinpussit löytyi. Asiakaspalvelu toimi hyvin, viesteihin vastattiin nopeasti.

Sängyt ihan liian pehmeät, mutta nukuttua saimme joka tapauksessa. 🙂

Very central apartment, just behind the central station, in a quiet neighborhood, also great for families. The house is equipped with everything you need (dishes, linens, towels, etc ...). It is a clean and welcoming environment. Excellent solution to divide the bedroom from the kitchen / living room. The presence of a washing machine and dishwasher is very convenient and the terrace is also beautiful, perfect for short and medium stays.

An aspect to improve is the procedure for collecting keys, which at the moment must be collected somewhere else entirely. What is needed to change are the curtains in both the bedroom and the bathroom, since it is possible from outside to actually see inside the bathroom. And, please, add a hand shower next to the toilet.
