Kad untuk pintu bilik tak boleh access. 7kali tukar kad. Nak keluar bilik pun payah sebab nak masuk semula kena call staff dtang untuk buka pintu guna master kad. Duduk 4h3m, hari ke 3 petang baru maintanance repair

Must have hair dryer and rack in bathroom and must make sure all coffe/drink cup must have clean.

Lokasi yg strategic. Parking yg mudah. Staff yg baik. Harga berpatutan.

1)Bilik tiada sound proofing. Dengar bunyi pintu everytime cleaner datang buat room service every room. 2) just dpt 1 access card. Bila Minta lebih, katanya access card tak mencukupi.. aircond Di bilik lambat sejuk.

Location is good with a multi storey car park. With promotion, the room rate is acceptable.

The toilet, floor getting wet during shower as there was no shower screen to prevent the water from flowing to the toilet bowl.

Not clean, old and rotting bathroom doors, safety box and Netflix not working, curtains falling apart and windows not closing so the noise in the night was unbearable from the traffic.

The location was good for the Heritage Centre. The breakfast was good

Only can gave credit to the location. Is in the middle of the city. Shops and eatery just few minutes walking distance..

It's a old hotel just after renovation, can smell the paint.. Little bit horror bcos inside the room I feel a bit dark.i book 3 bed room. Double bed OK but the single bed is not comfy I can feel my body pain after work up, The TV don't have good channel. Food not so good.

Location near to sight seeing and Mall. Parking available onsite for free. Room sizes are good.

Hotel provided 20ml of shower gel and shampoo bottle. It is not enough for 2 people to use. Especially if we want to shower more than once a day. Reminder: Be sure to put your personal belongings in one place. I placed my dirty clothes under the sink. House keeping staff threw it away without asking us.

The bad smell of the room b4 aircon was on. It takes around 1 to 2 hours ti make the room smells ok.

I request for cancelation with full refund a month earlier and was not adress at all

I like location of the hotel. Very strategic location. Situated in the town centre. Much easier to go shopping as well as for lunch n dinner. Everything is walking distance.

Location and the firm mattress and comfortable pillows.

The floor to the unit was not mopped. My feet turned black after walking on it for less than 10min. Had to use the floor towel to mop the floor which turned dark grey! Aircon was poorly maintained. Technician came to fix it which ultimately worked. Everything about this hotel is poorly maintained and old. Other than it's location, nothing worth to reconsider for next visit.

Floor wooden panels on 3 locations is damaged n peel off, posting tripping n cut hazard. Bath room shower water pressure is extremely low.

Hotel yang bagus, bersih dan pekerja peramah.. Mudah nak keluar berjalan di dataran pahlawan..

Parking agak susah kalau hari cuti.. bila dapat parking tu rasa malas nak keluar dah.. pasal susah nak dapat parking semula

The rooms were smelly and the furnitures were all deteriorating. Walls had moulds and fungal growths . Aircond was lousy and probably not been serviced for long with bad odour . Beddings were so uncomfortable.

Very disappointing stay. Check-in was extremely slow as there was only one counter operating, and we had to wait for a very long time. The room condition was poor and everything looked old and poorly maintained. Basic amenities such as slippers and tissues were not provided. The towels were dirty and did not feel hygienic. The wash basin was also clogged, making it very inconvenient to use. Overall, the hotel experience was far below expectations and definitely not worth the price.

We booked a family room with 3pax. However, only 1 room card is given. Kept asking the staff for additional room card but the excuses given is they are out of card. Our stay became inconvenient as we had to coordinate movements constantly! One of the lift was not functioning so the wait for lift is longer.

The digital lock to the first room issued to us was not working and i have to go down to reception and request to change to a new room. The new assigned room was mouldy and i have to air it for 2 hours. the bed was not comfortable and led to backache. The next day, the house maid only make up the double bed but not the single bed??? Toilet was mouldy and no tooth brush /paste set provided...rather disappointing

I had my First breakfast with my Wife on (25/4/2026) Saturday.The menu are Soso,Its mean not bad at all.There area variety of Menu. Such as Roti Canai,Nasi Lemak, Porridge,Pau Pandan Spaghetti Baked Red Bean and So On

Overall I like the hotel

I have been staying here for numerous time and were very happy with everything. However my recent stay was very disappointing. Firstly i was not given the room that i booked, then when they gave me the room they asked for extra payment saying that it was an upgrade but i did not make the payment as it was not correct. Then the room that the gave me had a faulty tap and the bathroom had no shower curtain and the floor was such that water flowed to the whole bathroom when we showered which made it unsafe. On top of that when we asked for the room to be cleaned, it was not done until we called for housekeeping when we came back in the evening.

My executive room was bare and tattered...paint peeling off furniture and glass windows were stained. The room was big with a tiny bathroom with bare minimals. Overall...below expectations.

Arrive at hotel at 1.30pm during Hari Raya but only managed to check in at 10pm. Poor reception staff have to face many angry tenants due long delay check in because of house keeping understaffed.

When we went to our room the door have problem. We supposed to check in at 3pm, by then we wait for 20 minit outside for the staff to fix the door. That is okay, it happen again when we when out and come back from outside. 🫠 we need to go back down again for asking for help. I think is not only us facing the same problem.

rooms were not ready on time, rooms had to be changed and seemed staff were overwhelmed at the ammount of people checking in. but the staff were very patient, courteous and tried their best. maybe hotel was overbooked ?
