Strategic location, near town just behind Ha**** Hotel & family room are spacious with 2 rooms with a affordable price offered.

The lighting in the lobby area and throughout the corridors leading to the rooms is inadequate and too dim.

The location is very good, close to many eateries.

The room is quite small and not sound proof. Can hear the next door.

I like that the room is value for money, especially when you're travelling as a family with young children. The room service top up is generous. The parking space is adequate.

The carpark service lifts tend to be non-functioning from time to time...which can cause inconvenience for guests that drives. Some of the elevator buttons are also not working, which can be inconvenient. The room service indicator light is not working as well for Room 548. I had to inform room service. I requested for a blanket cover change on 1 occasion. It didn't happen. The room-service menu had spelling errors (but that's just a pet peeve). I was charged 50rm/adult for a breakfast in Hatten Hotel, which is higher that what's quoted in the room package. I was informed that breakfast is served there. Correct me if I'm wrong. I encountered a lizard while showering. Not bothered at that time but it raised hygiene issues.

Good location Used to stay @ Hatten This is a very good alternative Very affordable Shopping is so continent next to Mahkota Parade, Dataran, Market that sells a lots of goodies & souvenir. Go there on weekend get to enjoy the night market near/at Taming Sari Tower . The staff are very friendly and approachable. InshaAllah will return.

Accessible to a lot of amenities. Shopping Mall, tourist spots, food shop and even hospital.

Hotel room a bit outdated especially toilet.

Location was good as nearby everything that needed to get or eat. Space was good, and staff was supportive. The AC was cool and was just right as the bus stop was below

The facilities are getting worn out. The bathroom fixtures are falling apart. The area behind the sofa are dirty and need to be replaced. The wifi login was haphazard and irritating ... needing to login every day or few hours was really tiresome.

Everywhere was so near convenience

It was dirty, moldy and dusty.

很靠近mahkota医院，走路5分钟可以到那种近。在这个难找停车位的地点，有停车位也很重要，且住客只需付RM5，就可以一天内无数次进出停车场。

早餐选择不多，虽然都有电子炉在下面，食物却是冷的，连咖喱鸡都是冷的。 房间内的设备很旧了，不是墙皮脱落就是浴室的墙上有水渍。 停车场的电梯距离lobby要经过一段完全没有开门的几间店铺，感觉有点阴森。

Wifi in room is bad, affected the TV also. The shower gel and shampoo bottles are too small. Hotel should look into plastic waste reduction.

Run down. In need of refurbishment. Mouldy and musty bathroom. Light fittings that don’t work. Remote controls don’t work (technician had to fix them). No good cable channels on tv. Hotel breakfast so-so.

A bit confusing to enter

Cosy and homely stay. Really good value for the cost of stay👍👍. Staff and security officer was also very accommodating. Excellent rain shower🥰🥰

The location very near with the city, just walk by mahkota medical centre, and mahkota parade. Then can poceed to menara taming sari.

The front office staff should consistently greet guests with a warm smile during check-in to create a welcoming first impression. If there are any issues involving foreign guests at the front desk, they should be handled professionally, efficiently, and with good judgment to avoid causing long delays for other guests waiting in line. Providing friendly, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. and Please provide a clear parking direction to the guest during at counter, since its have a different entrance parking, with drop-off area (for check in purpose)

Best location. Clean room although dated. Good value for money. Noise level zero. Simple breakfast. Different from before COVID where the breakfast was great. So many varieties and nyonya kuehs.

Limited breakfast options. By 8:30 AM, many items were already empty and never replenished, despite breakfast serving until 10:30 AM

Nice deco, however, should have maintained better since I was here 9 years ago

Stayed at 6th floor and there is a constant knocking noise which disturbs the sleep but staff can’t do anything as the hotel is fully booked

The bed was comfy.

Can be cleaner. My parents room did not have any towels and they had to call the concierge twice. Breakfast was meh. Not much choices. And the distance from car park to reception is too far. Y'all need a better and smoother flow. E.g check in at the drop off area, instead of all the way at level 3. And it does not make sense that we can part at level 4-6 but we can't asses the rooms from those levels.

Little issue with shower drainage clogged, but immediate response by staff and cleared it off.

limited selection for buffet breakfast. We checked in on weekends but no option for hi tea buffet due to low occupancy. The hot shower was very tricky, even the coldest setting was hot. maybe there was a technical issue with the shower but acceptable because we love our stay. will come back again.

A great budget hotel that's of walking distance to the main center of Melaka. The rooms are very nice with clean bathrooms and the free breakfast is a nice bonus. The only thing holding it back is that the area it is in doesn't have great options for coffee or a bite to eat, so you need to walk to the main hub of the city.

Dusty room. I sneezed a lot whilst in the room. Aircond was set to 16°C but still not cold enough. Did not get a room same floor with gym as per requested. Room was without toilet roll and little face tissue. TV no signal. Should consider a ventilation mechanism for the fridge in the cabinet to vent out heat that is coming from the back of the fridge. The cabinet was really warm when we checked in.

Overall the servive is good & staff is very helpfull.Nice breakfast & near to all attraction.

Its not that i dont like it can be improve. The breakfast. There's no nyonya kueh or nyonya vibes n varieties of food. Main dishes are the nasi lemak, lontong and laksa. Food topping up was slow n i need to inform the staff to top up. So the service shud be promptly energise..thank u
