Hotel bellissimo, con camere spaziose e con arredamento curato e di design. Spazi comuni di grande comfort, Colazione eccellente e staff gentilissimo e competente. Consigliatissimo!

Ottimo hotel

Un po' decentrato

A very cosy and nice little hotel a bit away from the Old town. It is still walkable to City center except that the roads dont have a walking area and is dangerous to walk with the vehicles on the rood whizzing past very closely. But its not a big problem as Grab taxi is available at a relatively cheap price. The Hotel has an industrial look that sets it apart from other places in the vicinity. Room was a bit small to my liking but was nice with the industrial theme continuing in the room for the bed and room furniture. Bed was comfortable and the AC nice and cool to guarantee a good nights sleep. Fresh towels were provided everyday and the toiletries felt nice with a good smell.

Breakfast was a bit limited and perhaps some variety could be added. The dessert station including bread pudding was a big disappointment for me... can definitely be improved. My biggest complaint however is about the breakfast buffet counter setup. All the food dishes are placed too high on a very tall counter. I could see many of the South East Asian folks and also kids struggling to reach the food. Hotel management should please take note and make the buffet food table shorter and accessible to people of all heights. The food was not refilled and many stations were empty around 9.30AM itself, though the breakfast closing time was at 10.30. But I did ask the staff for some of the dishes and was provided directly to my table.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They assisted my needs very well. The rooms was splendid The breakfast was not bad, the casserole was awesome. Bica&Co is a must visit. My visit was during the school holidays, not so packed.

Probably need more lighting in the rooms.

The AC in our first room wasn't working properly. End up we need to shift to different room after a tiring day.

El hotel tiene una decoración muy bonita, el personal es muy amable y, en general, la habitación y los espacios comunes están muy bien. Desayuno variado y bueno. Aparcamiento gratis en el hotel, y cerca del centro de Malaca.

El principal problema es que esta en obras. Están ampliando el hotel y el escándalo de las obras desde las 9 hasta las 19:00 es insoportable. Deberían haberlo avisado en el proceso de reserva. No pudimos volver al hotel para descansar en las horas de calor fuerte porque sabíamos que sería imposible aguantar el ruido de la maquinaria con las obras. No es un “simple” taladro, es una obra en toda regla y sientes que no se ha respetado tu decisión de alojarte en un hotel buscando tranquilidad, descanso y un servicio a la altura de lo que se espera. Una pena. No creo que los huéspedes que se alojen en el hotel mientras lo amplían debamos de ser los financiadores de la obra durante ese tiempo.

Shift Manager Karti arranged for me to stay one more day (no more rooms elsewhere), which was supposed to be closed for renovation. The hotel made sure I was comfortable during the extra day as the only guest.

Organização do pequeno almoço. Parte das coisas estavam numa sala e outras coisas noutra sala. ninguém nos informou disso no 1º dia. Pouca oferta e variedade. O aspeto mais negativo foi termos encontrado cabelos nos lençóis da cama na 1ª noite. Ligamos para a receção a reportar e a unica coisa que fizeram fou enviar o segurança com 2 novos lençóis para nós mudarmos (com ajuda do segurança). No dia seguinte não houve qualquer comentário nem preocupação da parte das pessoas da receção. Foi como nada se tivesse passado. Falta de serviço ao cliente. Nunca sentimos isso durante as nossas viagens pela Asia. As pessoas são sempre cuidadosas e preocupadas. mas aqui não sentimos isso. Infelizmente, pois o hotel é agradável.

Was not particularly central with no shops or restaurants nearby, the room smelled of mould, the air conditioning in the room was not cold, the gym was a tiny room with barely any equipment, breakfast was quite disappointing and you had to pay extra for a barista coffee, there were no plugs for recharging your phone close to the bed.

Pondría más fruta en el desayuno, ya que casi no hay, y ello teniendo en cuenta la gran variedad que tienen en Malasia.

nice and spacious industrial themed rooms and reception. good standard breakfast but not much variety.

towels and bed linens all felt very used, off white color. aircon wasnt cold enough, was sweating in the middle of the nightand straight after shower. the bathroom didn't felt like it had air-conditioning.

1) I hope that the wardobe setting could be catered for long dress/abaya 2) Also, perhaps more power plug to charge electronic devices more at the same time 3) The tv in the room is not functioning.

L'hotel est magnifique. La chambre deluxe est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel est adorable. Le restaurant est excellent.

The room itself was clean and the beds comfortable.

In the middle of the night there was this horrible smell emitting from the aircon. Almost as if it was not cleaned for a while. On top of that, the room was not as cool even though we dropped the temp to 18 degrees. It was not a good night.

We stay here everytime we are in Malacca. The family room is very stylish, clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful. Overall a beautifully designed hotel.

On 9 July, I celebrated my mom’s birthday at Bica & Co, Rosa Malacca Hotel. A big thank you to Mr Ali from F&B. He helped me a lot to arrange the table and food. He was very kind and cooperative. I loved the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was good and delicious. There was a small issue with a missing item, but when I called, the staff gave me full cooperation and helped solve it quickly. I really appreciate that. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you Rosa Malacca team! Highly recommend for family celebrations 💛

Great stay in a hotel with a different emphasis. Close to most major sites, and where you don't feel like walking to, Grab is very inexpensive. Very friendly and courteous staff. Was in a premium family room, which was more than spacious.

Check-in was hassle-free, and the location is excellent—within walking distance of Jonker Street, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a solid choice for a short trip.

While the overall experience was pleasant, the hotel could do more to maintain its standards. Better upkeep and improved cleanliness would make the stay feel more polished. As a returning guest, there doesn’t seem to have been much improvement since my previous visit, giving the impression that the property is relying on its reputation rather than continuing to elevate the guest experience.

Beautiful hotel with a brutalist design. Have to give 5 stars to the front office lady who was a one-woman show at the front desk in the morning, while she RSVP-ed guests for breakfast. All these done with a big genuine smile. The same girl checked us in to our family suite, and the hotel alerted us via WhatsApp that we could check in an hour early - while we were on the road – which gave my autistic son more time to decompress after a long drive. Lives up and deserves to be selected for the prestigious Michelin Guide Hotel Selection.

Excellent choice for families! The location and noise levels were perfectly fine, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. We stayed in a huge family room that was super clean. Amenities were decent too. Would definitely stay again!

Stylish Hotel, very friendly staff, good locations if you don't want to stay in the bustling Old Town.

Hotel was easy to find and parking was available onsite. Industrial chic decor of the room was quite refreshing. Room was also very spacious. Bathroom had dual wash basins which is a bonus.

Shortage of hanging hooks in the bathroom and the shower area didn't have a door which led to the bathroom floor getting wet after a shower. Hotel was also in a more isolated location. Not many shopping and dining options within walking distance

We had a pleasant stay at Rosa Malacca, though there were a few highs and lows. • The Room & Decor: The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful and highly instagrammable. Our Deluxe Twin Room was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortably firm bed. However, the pillows provided were far too flat, which unfortunately impacted our sleep quality. • The Service: We checked in around 3 PM and noticed the room was warm. We reported it 2 hours later, and the front desk promised to send a technician while we went out. When we returned after 8 PM, the room was still warm (unsure if the technician managed to check it). Fortunately, they had vacant rooms available, so the reception staff successfully changed our room for us. I do wonder what the solution would have been if the hotel was fully sold out, but we appreciated their quick action. • The Breakfast: Breakfast was the same for both mornings of our stay. It is mostly local fare, which is okay with me, and I really liked that they provided fresh watermelon juice. However, I still would have preferred some day-to-day variation in the food options. • Location & Transport: The location is a bit far to walk to major attractions like Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan, and Jonker Street. Fortunately, Grab rides are highly affordable in Malacca, making it very easy and cheap to travel everywhere from the hotel. Overall, it is a lovely hotel with great service, but could be improved with better pillows and more food variety for breakfast.

Cosy quaint hotel. Room lighting just the right brightness. Clean, spacious rooms, good water pressure, and love the toiletries. Specifically the toothpaste, which I don't find while staying in other hotels in Malaysia. This is my 2nd time staying here. But this time booked 6 rooms including Premier family room. All my guests gave this hotel the thumbs up. 👍🏻

Inactive security guards/doorman. He saw our van parked at hotel entrance, as we alighted, but did not offer to help unload our luggage. He just stand there chatting with colleague with luggage trolley in hand. No greetings or pay attention on our arrival.

Set up, decor, cleanliness and size of room. Breakfast spread is sufficient and good. No group tour staying at the hotel, making the stay quiet and more pleasant.

Location is not really within walking distance to tourist attractions. Also the roads are without sidewalks and as such walking is not good idea. My room is limited to courtyard view only and can’t see the surroundings.

The family room is spacious. The en-suite is also big and comfortable. There’s parking in the property.

Whilst a frequent visitor of Malacca City, this is my first time staying at Rosa Hotel Malacca, having been curious about the hotel based on raving reviews across various hotel booking platforms. And the experience definitely speaks for itself! Upon entering the hotel premises, we were immediately impressed by the interior design of the hotel entrance and reception. The staff who greeted us are warm and professional, the room tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials. Breakfast with local Malaysian delights is the icing on the cake! Overall we are very pleased with our stay. The only gripe is the location which is slightly (just slightly) off the beaten track but this is definitely not a deal-breaker.

Thank you for beautiful birthday decoration. We are so pleased with the hotel accommodations, it is so authentic, clean and well maintained. We love and enjoyed the buffet meals so much. The dining are is spacious, well lit and hygenic. Most importantly, we are delighted with the readiness and responsiveness of your staff. Had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the hotel atmosphere was beautiful and aesthetic. Breakfast pilihan tak banyak sangat, but everything was delicious and the dining area felt cozy and relaxing. Really appreciate their room decorating service for my wife birthday. Seriously, sangat cantik dan buat moment kami lebih special dan memorable ❤️ Parking pun sangat mudah sebab banyak space disediakan. They also have rooftop area, gym, and surau which was very convenient. Overall memang sangat puas hati dan highly recommended untuk couple atau short getaway di Melaka 👍

L'hôtel est situé loin du centre mouvementé de Malacca ce qui est parfait pour se reposer, et suffisamment prêt pour l'atteindre en voiture (environ 10min). La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse, insonorisée. La propreté est irréprochable. Je ne trouve aucun défaut à cet hotel. Les bouteilles d'eau chaque jour est très appréciable.

Made booking that was accepted by Rosa Malacca. After a period of time we received our booking had been canceled with no reason given. Disappointing and disgraceful service! I wouldn't advise booking this accommodation. You cannot rely on your booking.

The baby cot provided was not safe for baby sleep as the mattress was too soft.

El edificio está en remodelacion/construcción y no nos avisaron antes (sólo hay una notificación pegada en la entrada del ascensor), por lo que hay mucho ruido de golpes, martillo y taladros desde temprano (09 am) hasta la tarde. El desayuno occidental es muy pobre y se olvidaron de hacer limpieza en la habitación (nos dimos cuenta cuando regresamos tarde por la tarde al hotel).

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety. It would be great to include authentic Malacca local dishes, especially as the hotel hosts many international guests...this would enhance their overall experience.

Der Industrie Styl war mal etwas anderes und hat uns gut gefallen.Personal am Frühstücks Buffet war natürlich freundlich ein kleiner small talk war immer nett,man fühlte sich dadurch gut aufgehoben.

The interior of the room are very good. The amenities provided are sufficient. The room are clean and tidy. Water temp and pressure are very good.

Need to improve on the ilighting, its too dim for me. The hotel buffet are very average.
