Location was easy to get to and get around JB if you had a car.

I have always stayed at R&F on JB trips. This is one of the best host I have encountered. Everything was smooth. Host messaged very promptly. No issues at all for check in and check out. Apartment very well maintain. Even the bathroom is clean. Towels provided is super fluffy! Host is very helpful and responsive regarding my refund deposit too. Will definitely be staying here again.

Location, as there are many restaurants around the area and it is very accessible. Not far from CIQ, if you drive in you can literally see the crossing from JB to SG

Well maintained and well managed. Very responsive agent. Plenty of facilities nearby and 20mins walk to CIQ door to door.

This is the worst experience I have had with any hotels , I was stranded with my family in the midnight and no one is answering my calls on the other side . The door lock is a keycode lock and we have carefully entered the correct pin since the hostess warned us that 3 failed attempts would lock it permanently. Unfortunately the code didn't worked and I tried to reach on the first 2 attempts but there was no one answering our call . I had reached the place at 12 AM and i had mentioned that to the hostess prior to our arrival. If they had provided a access card this would not be a problem at all .It was so stressful for me handling that situation with my family having old people and young kids . Its a hard learnt lesson for us . I won't recommend this property or any other property in this apartment as every other agent/owner is following the same process and they don't care about customers once they get their deposit money .

I thought the host shouldn’t be collecting extra fees and personal details from us apart from platform. We were announced that if we didn’t pay these extra fees we can’t get the password to check in but we have paid full amount of renting fees.

Location, facilities & cleaness.

Check-in info didn't come on time. We had to use drop-off address from booking.com which needs updaring. We got dropped off by taxi driver far from lobby. Imagine you have bags to carry in hot and humid weather. Traffic noise at night.

We appreciate the apartment's proximity to various amenities. The JB CIQ is merely an 8-minute walk from our residence. R&F Mall is conveniently located nearby, offering a cinema, supermarket, and restaurants. Additionally, a link bridge connects our apartment to R&F Mall. Our apartment boasts an impressive view of Singapore from the balcony. The rooms are meticulously clean, neat, and tidy. Furthermore, two 24-hour mini-marts and a 24-hour coffee shop are accessible in the basement for late-night cravings. A complimentary shuttle bus service is also provided between JB-R&F and vice versa. What more could one ask for? We will certainly return.

The only drawback of this apartment is that despite having numerous security guards, they are not adequately helpful when approached for directions. They merely smile and nod, displaying no interest in assisting. Initially, I informed the staff of my intention to rent a car, and they stated that one card could be used for the unit,car park and elevator. Each unit is allocated one parking space. However, upon arrival, the staff claimed that the parking card was unusable due to technical issues. When I consulted the security guards, they explained that the parking card was separate. Ultimately, we were forced to utilize the visitor parking, despite the staff's offer to refund, as it proved to be excessively inconvenient. Our primary concern was the safety of parking in the resident parking area.

The apartment is spacious. There were ample lighting in the house. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. I want to send my compliments to the security guards of the complex. They were polite, friendly and very helpful. The apartment is on a high floor so there were minimum noises from the traffic below, which is great.

There was a very strong scent of cooking from the previous guests and the smell didn't dissipate at all. The stench accompanied me the entire stay no matter how I aired the place. Housekeeping can be improved. The sides of the fridge were full of oil splatter from cooking. Table tops were oily and the fabric sofa was visibly stained. The sofa was very firm and comfortable actually. Need to walk quite a bit to get the access card. And we couldn't use the main nice lift lobby due to the carpark floor. We had to use a small poorly furnished lift instead. The lift is also used for the maintenance staff to move garbage in the morning, so you know.

The plug for kettle and hairdryer is not comparable for the circuit to make use of boiling the water and drying hair.

Velice pěkné ubytování, vysoký standard srovnatelný s Evropským a převyšující Malajský. Vhodné i pokud jste nároční.

Občas vypadne signál WiFi, jen jedna přístupová karta, pro větší skupinu to může být organizačně složité a omezující. Přes kaeru je i vstup do budovy, ovládání výtahu a vszup na podlaží s bazénem a fitness.

Great location. Very close to CIQ within walking distance ~10min. Speedy response to our request.

The staff that manage the unit and liaise with me was very helpful and friendly. Felt like I was communicating with a friend. Excellent guy.

Only thing I feel is lacking is some coffee and tea supplies. And also more towels would be good. Only 6 bath towels. Some face towels and small hand towels would be good. And some detergent pods for laundry . Water is provided so that is good.

All was good, except the WiFi was very slow

The communication about the direction. Advise to be more in details. Took 45 mints to search. But the apartment overall were great and will come back.

The property is amazing. We spent 2 nights as a group of 2 families. Excellent cleanliness, amazing views, great furnishings and amenities. The only sore point was that we were provided with only 1 access card. This made it difficult for us to head out for shopping, sightseeing and/or using facilities (swimming pool etc.) on our own. We were always dependent on just 1 access card for everything. Even simple activity such as parking our car was becoming a handicap for us. This needs to be reviewed by the owner/property manager and a minimum of 2 access cards need to be provided.

Good place. Clean, comfortable, good location. Next to a new mall - good places to have breakfast before starting the day.

Getting in was a little difficult. The map provided was somewhat confusing and we took a while, and a few Whatsapp messages with the manager, to find the right entrance. Perhaps they could get a proper map designer to create a better and clearer map for new arrivals. But once we were in everything was fine.

Loved the interior, location of the apartment and seamlessness of checking in

Wifi was weak, making it hard to make work calls or even load videos. Ended up having to buy my own roaming data instead.

Ms. Manager Han is very friendly and adequate to our demand or questions. And she shw us a better way to enjoy JB an SG. The view from the property is excellent. Restaurants and markets are near and easily accessible. Nice to use text time, too.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is very nice, clean to the extent of being immaculate, high quality fittings throughout, washing machine, cooking facilities. The apartment complex is amazing, super gym, upper level enclosed walking area and a large pool. Well situated for access to local attractions and shops, including a a supermarket in the mall below. Great place to stay!

The room quite clean and bed comfortable. Easy to check in & check out . Just walk about 10 min to CIQ

U must accept sometime will meet traffic jam. Recommend for those people stay who visited around CIQ area.
