We were a family of 8 members. We all enjoyed our stay. It’s been almost a month later and we are still sharing pics and laughing about the fun times we had at The Grand Palladium. Beautiful grounds with fabulous views. The food was surprisingly delicious and staff were very accommodating. My husband and I are planning on returning for some alone time.

Loved the quiet calm beaches Didn't care for the buffet food.....lots of repeats. Noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. Several specialty restaurants were closed. Would not visit again unless these issues were corrected.

The property grounds, room and service was excellent. The food I would say is average but we no complaints about it overall. The Italian restaurant was the best out of the a-la-carte restaurants. We will be definitely coming back

We stayed in a beachfront unit. We loved the privacy. One of the best Jamaican stays we've had.

Beautiful beaches, great snorkeling, most of staff members are amazing. Not so good: no physician at the property, only a nurse. You should be able to have at least an online consultation with a physician. Our daughter was bitten by a cat, and the only solution was to go to Montego Bay to the hospital, in a cab, to get any information and treatment. They should have sparkling water available at the buffet, some times, by the time they bring it, we would finish our meal. There is a very strong musty smell in some rooms on the first floor. Our friends had to switch a room after a few days, as they couldn't tolerate the smell. The variety of food in the buffet could be better for the 5 star resort. We still enjoyed our vacation, its a beautiful place.

Fantastic property, but we had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Firstly, our rooms had a smell of mold/mildew. We were initially told that the resort was full but after being adamant about the issue as being a health issue, a room opened up suddenly. Once we switched rooms things were good. The staff in general were fantastic and the food was good.

The staff and food was great. Delicious authentic jamaican food at the Mo Bay buffet Restaurant and excellent service. A couple things we felt a little discomfort with was the bed and ac. The bed wasnt that comfortable for my preference, it was a litte hard. The AC was running but we found it to be still hot in the room at night.

Me and my hubby enjoyed our first trip out the country to Jamaica and we will never forget it! The staff were truly amazing; they were like family to us. It was very relaxing, but the Bob Marley performance, all white party, and pool party they had while we were vacationing was so much fun! The food was delicious, the hibachi was so much fun as well! We met so many people from around the world and the vibes were definitely vibing! The excursions were breathtaking, fun, and worth it! Lastly, me and my hubby were pleasantly surprised by our hotel and the balcony view it was absolutely beautiful and amazing to wake up to. Overall I give this vacation and stay a 10/10 💗

Do not stay here

I was looking forward for my stay but I was not pleased with the accommodations. It is not very well thought out for people with a cane. The food is average was expected a great Jamaica experience, Beautiful resort.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. It is very big and spacious which was both a good and bad thing. There is a lot of walking involved which wasn’t that pleasant in the heat. They do have golf carts that will take you around the resort but they are hard to get and normally full. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Great staff, great atmosphere, great food

Very Beautiful and Nice

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!

We had a great view from our signature level bungalow room but we weren’t treated like we were signature level. The distance from our room to the resort is extremely far, if you aren’t a person who likes to walk you have to depend on a cart to pick you up. We had an outdoor shower which comes with bugs flying in while you’re showering and geckos running through as well. Our shower head was a lion’s mouth with a garden hose coming through, we were told we had that type of shower head because all of the rooms weren’t updated to the “new school” shower heads. The food here is absolutely disgusting, some pictures will be attached below. At the restaurants they give you a QR code to scan to leave a Google review where I specifically only mentioned the staff that served us because the food doesn’t even require 1 star. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone. This vacation was the birthday celebration of my mom and aunt and we weren’t able to celebrate them without any issues. We came with a group of 21 people and we knew with such a large group we should make certain reservations prior to our arrival. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to schedule a birthday dinner on the beach but that was to no avail. We did the floating breakfast which was mediocre since there wasn’t even enough food for everyone in our group. Once again we were signature level and expected PREMIUM drinks wherever we went but that was false. Nightlife is trash, please don’t stay at this resort.

Beaches and pool was great. Food was average. Restaurants served food far too slow. The constant weed whackers in the morning was very annoying. Suggest you get electric ones to keep the noise down.

The food at the al a cartes and the buffets were wonderful. My husband loved the jerk huts. The signature lounge and the people were lovely! The beaches were awesome! People were so friendly. Cant say enough about the resort. Rooms were immaculate and so clean and attended to.

Property is really run down. The lobby had water leaking through the ceiling through a light fixture. Tiles are chipped throughout the property. The seating in the restaurants are filthy. Down to 2 toilets in Infinity ladies restroom. We started out in room 3212. The door/frame gapped when closed which is where I'm assuming this huge cockroach came through. It was moving so fast I initially thought it was a mouse. Had us standing on the bed screaming at 2am. We were told with Signature Level if you couldn't make app dinner reservations, the concierge had reservations spots set aside. None in app nor with concierge. So we just walked in to the steak restaurant and one or two tables being used so we were seated right away. Next we asked about the Indian restaurant. Nothing available. We walked right in to a completely empty restaurant. So was the concierge lying? App broken? All of the fun and games with the POP entertainment team during daytime are gone. The Jamaican show: trash. For a whole week we were told the hotel had no ginger to make the drink heart of Jamaica. Weird since I would think it's used in the food. In the Infinity bar area, I asked a waitress for a drink. She walked me to the bar so I could give the guys behind the bar my order and she went back to enjoying the music. Another waitress was dancing with the customers too. Need more Infinity area seats. Another roach in Signature lounge saw us off on last day. 2nd visit this year. Been coming since opened.

I stayed, with my family for a week (between May and June 2025). We selected the Signature Level for a more exclusive experience. I’m doing a 2 star since the Jamaica people was great. You do the math but here are the Pros and Cons on my vacation: Pros: Beautiful staff (People from Jamaica are awesome). Clean rooms and common areas. Beautiful beach area Clean pool and pool bar area Breakfast options and quality Activities for kids Cons: Food at a la carte restaurants not good Buffet food was acceptable but no many changes Pool/beach area closed at 6PM Lack of communication on restaurant activities by the concierges (cannot do hibachi since they never mentioned). No lobster night (keep saying “Temporary closed”). Palladium Travel Club is another timeshare sale pitch (don’t waste hours of your vacations). Rude Travel Club representative (Carlos), got loud, and unrespectful with my wife as we call out his bull… DJ only caters to a particular group, no variety whatsoever… (no salsa, no merengue, no bachata, no classics, no easy listening). No restaurant for surcharge available in property (to avoid all-inclusive options). AC is centralized controlled… although it says 21 degrees Celsius (69 F), the room never gets cold. Sofa-bed is not acceptable. Keep in mind: It rain every day after 2PM, sometimes until 10PM. Although, the weather it is not controlled by the resort, no many indoor options and once started raining, pool and beach are closed.

This was our first trip to Jamaica and we had a wonderful time! The staff at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was so friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and will definitely return!

If your loved one is assaulted on the property, expect no one to do anything about it.

We had to carry our bags to the lobby no one came as scheduled upon check out, had we not decided to leave the room and carry our bags by foot we may have missed our transport service to the airport.

We stayed for 12 days. What a wonderful time provided by these outstanding hosts. Lot of people, but the grounds are large and the service is top notch. I'd comeback again. The Signature Level is where it's at.

Customer service from wait staff is zero

I liked the views, beach, drinks. Overall stay was fine. However my first three days were plagued with backed up bathroom. I was moved to another room and things improved tremendously afterwards. I would go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palladium. The staff and service were excellent. The property was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the friendly greetings and smiles all day and the easy access to get a drink almost anywhere. We would love to go back again.

The food could have been better.

The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was an amazing experience. We stayed in the signature level bungalow for my girlfriend’s 28th birthday and it over-exceeded our expectations. From the staff, to the food, to the resort. Everything was amazing! The girls in the Signature Level Lounge were our best friends for our five day trip.

Too many things to mention.

Stunning property with breathtaking views. Food was amazing (skip the mexican restaurant) and the help was beyond friendly. Lots of negative reviews about this place - come see for yourself that those are all lies. We will be back.

Came here to celebrate my honeymoon!! This was my first time in Jamaica and we are already planning for another trip back at this hotel. We stood at the Signature Level at Lady Hamilton. Paying a little extra for the signature level was WORTH every penny!! You have access to your own pool, beach, free access to spa amenities, free room service, golf carts to go around the property, lounge and bars!! The staff was AMAZING!! Very friendly! The food was AMAZING!! Drinks were DELICIOUS. The entire resort was very CLEAN!! Lots of activities to do at the resort!! Can’t wait to come back and bring our kids!!

We just left the property! I cannot even express the awe of this resort! We stayed in a bungalow on the signature side of the property and it was absolutely beautiful. From the cleaning crew, pool cleaners, spa staff, restaurant staff, concierge team and entertainers it was amazing. Special thanks to our concierge check in team, our airport transport driver Sir Howard; Aliah, a member of signature staff that chatted with us at the pool to ensure we were happy and Edom our golf cart driver! We will definitely plan another trip and recommend to everyone we know. Thank you Lady Hamilton Grand Palladium for the memories!

This place was beautiful! HUGE, but beautiful. With a place this large not everything is going to be perfect. But it was a wonderful experience for us. Every single staff member waz AMAZING. One downside...the agents trying to sell memberships to their "travel club" that was unexpected. Food and drinks everywhere 😋

Rooms were large and well appointed. More attention is needed with minor repairs. If you have any physical limitations be sure to request a ground floor room as there are no elevators. Coral Pool and beach area bar staff were friendly and attentive. WestJet return flight was cancelled on 3 consecutive days before alternate flights with other airlines were booked on day 4. Finally made it home on day 5.

This was our second trip to the grand Palladium Lady Hamilton. The only negative I could point out is there are a few places in the resort that could use some touching up and maintenance. The resort in general is gorgeous, very large, and beautiful to walk. The signature level bungalow was right on the oceanfront with an outdoor shower and was just awesome!

The bungalow room had a 10/10 veiw, and service was amazing for the signature level.

We had a great time at this property. Great pool, Spa facility as well as dining options. The food in the different restaurants did not taste as authentic as in typical restaurants in the US.

Loved the steel drum band. Pools were nice, rooms were nice but the beach needed some work.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating

Hostile service is the defining feature of this resort, overshadowing everything else. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear the staff doesn’t want you there. You’re treated as an inconvenience rather than a guest. Requests, no matter how basic—a plate at the buffet, a water refill, or a condiment—are met with shrugs, ignored, or fulfilled begrudgingly, if at all. Watching servers stand around while your food sits neglected for 10–15 minutes is infuriating. Even asking for coffee at breakfast felt like begging for a favor. This wasn’t a one-off or isolated incident—it’s a pervasive attitude across the entire resort. The indifference and hostility span restaurants, bars, the front desk, and beyond. Staff behavior makes it clear: you’re a burden, not a priority. It’s a systemic culture of neglect that leaves guests feeling unwelcome and disrespected at every turn. The facilities are dated, and while the Signature tier offers renovated rooms, the promised perks are a joke—one tote bag and hat for three rooms, with no follow-up after complaints. Food is mediocre at best, with only two of seven restaurants barely managing to be enjoyable. Drinks, confined to a single lounge for “premium” guests, felt like another hollow gimmick. Even the views, the one positive, can’t overcome the pervasive negativity. This resort’s hostile service ruins any chance of a relaxing getaway. For the price, you’re better off anywhere else. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The rooms were in desperate need of maintenance, food was always limited in the buffets. The alcohol was horrible. We were Signature level so we had a lounge and pool but its away from the big pool. My father's room had a leak in the air conditioner that maintenance said they would fix, we left two days later and he had pooled water and dripping from the ceiling in his bathroom which was extremely dangerous for a 75 year old man. If he would have fallen there would have been a lawsuit.

Beautiful resort with a lot of amenities. The signature level was well worth the extra money. The views alone were enough to return.

Everyone on property was very kind and courteous. Room were tidy. Property was undergoing much needed maintenance.

Absolutely nothing all this is a scam to get you to purchase a timeshare in so many words. You are forced to book a third party so as a paying guest you truly have waived your rights for the hotel to make it right. Even when they know they are giving you a room with black mold all over the bathroom walls and smells of sewege and near a construction site.

Worst customer service ever, rude staff and management lies to your face they will make it right.

Beach was beautiful. We were disappointed with the service pretty much all around. Long long waits to get into the a la carte restaurants even with reservations. We were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday and after several reminders to the concierge and front desk to arrange balloons etc at our dinner at the Italian, it never happened. Service was extremely slow, we would often be seated at a table but no utensils or no napkins or salt and pepper etc and it took forever when we asked for anything. Food at the buffets was not adequately replenished - they would run out of ice cream or desserts fairly early on. Would need to take several trips to the buffet hoping that the fruit or other empty items were refilled. Food ran out even at the a la carte restaurants. This included pizza at the Italian for dinner! The grounds are beautiful and room comfortable. Wish they had some poolside dining options other than chicken and rice.

Its huge but my first time experience was great.... and the food is excellent 👌 will return... only problem i had was with my bed but it was too late to change it... only hope they fix the issue for the next guess...

We recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort for our anniversary, and I wanted to take a moment to express how much we enjoyed our experience. The stunning beaches, beautifully maintained grounds, and the warm kindness of your staff made our vacation truly special. As Signature Guests, we felt very welcomed and appreciated, especially with the thoughtful touches provided during our stay. Our rooms, complete with the luxurious tub and outdoor shower, were a highlight that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We loved it!
