A la hora de hacer el check in tuvimos un problema con los códigos de acceso y fue un poco difícil contactar a los encargados del alojamiento.

Nous avons fait une demande exceptionnelle pour rester jusqu'à midi au lieu de 11h car nous sommes tombés malades la veille et nous n'avions pas le courage d'attendre notre taxi prévu à 12h20 à l'extérieur. La ubicación es ideal, al lado de la Acrópolis y a pocos minutos caminando de las zonas de Plaka y Monastiraki. Como llegamos por la mañana, nos avisaron desde que estaba disponible la habitación para entrar, antes de la hora habitual del check in. Todo genial.

We struggled a lot with the entry code for the apartment. Sometimes it worked on first try other times it took 2-3 attempts and a shove to get the door open. The front door codes worked splendidly.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026La ubicación. Está al lado de la parada de metro de Acrópolis, lo que lo hace ideal si vas a pasar un par de días en Atenas y no quieres perder tiempo en los desplazamientos. Agradezco también que nos atendieran con un problema que tuvimos con la mampara de la ducha. Y aunque era sábado por la noche nos lo resolvieron.
En realidad más que un apartamento es una habitación con cocina, pero suficiente si vas a estar pocos días.

We had some struggles with opening the door to our room. We would type in the code and it would click but we had to do it multiple times before we would actually be able to get into the room.

Sono stato nell'appartmento 01 che da sulla strada. Durante la sera, nonostante le finestre chiuse, gli odori dei ristoranti sotto entrava nell'appartamento, e non era gradevole. Inoltre con poco sforzo si potrebbe fornire una colazione base.

O alojamento tem uma sala que disponibilizam para a bagagem,o que foi sem dúvida muito bom porque chegamos mais cedo, permitiu aproveitar a zona sem problemas de bagagem às costas. Apartamento super limpo e com todas as comodidades para quem quer comer em casa. Apenas achei a casa de banho um pouco apertada mas ultrapassasse bem.

Pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car situé sur l’avenue singrou qui est la voie rapide 2x3 voies qui traverse Athènes: circulation très dense de jour comme de nuit (l’isolation est bonne, mais bouchons auditifs recommandés la nuit) Heureusement la climatisation fonctionne bien. Le bâtiment, n’est pas vraiment « luxury », c’est un immeuble basique avec des parties communes défraîchies (voir photos) l’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel, mais rien de « luxury » non plus, c’est un meublé standard. Pendant mon séjour la chasse d’eau été non fonctionnelle. J’ai demandé une solution au gérant qui m’a dit que je n’avais qu’à prendre un récipient, leremplir d’eau et à m’en servir comme chasse d’eau (voir photo). Aucune proposition de relogement ou de dédommagement.

Accès via des digicodes et échanges par SMS très impersonnels. Le code de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas mais une solution a pu être trouvée à distance par l'hôte. Panne de wifi. Appartement dont les fenêtres ne peuvent s'ouvrir et qui donne sur une rue bruyante (double vitrage heureusement). Manque d'équipements "clés" qui peuvent sembler des détails mais qui permettent de faciliter la vie des voyageurs (seulement 3 verres -nous étions 4-, pas de liquide vaisselle ni de torchon...)

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026The location was brilliant, just a street off the main tourist metro but tucked away and so quiet inside! Also on the first floor so no hauling luggage up loads of stairs! Also the shower was incredible! Sad to leave it!

The host was also very helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is excellent — very close to the Acropolis, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. We’re truly grateful for the stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

El departamento es pequeño pero cuenta con un mobiliario y ambientación moderna y con mucho estilo. Cuenta con todos los amenities y todo está nuevo. Hasta el jabón para baño que pusieron era bueno y con un riquísimo olor. Es exactamente igual de lindo que en las fotos. Ideal para estar todo el día en la ciudad y luego descansar. Buena relación calidad-precio.
No es un departamento con espacio suficiente para disfrutarlo mucho tiempo. La cocina está pegada a la cama de lo pequeño que es. No cuenta tampoco con ventanales que se abran para ventilar bien o un balcón. No cuenta con una vista bella de la ciudad. Por lo tanto no es un espacio en el que puedas sentarte a desayunar al aire libre y mirando la calle como otros en los que he estado en este viaje.
