Zimmer ohne Fenster geht bei dem Preis nicht. Nach 1 Nacht sind wir ausgecheckt. Zimmer war sehr klein.

Tout était parfait ! Très bel hôtel, chambre propre et confortable, personnel accueillant et attentionné. Le service était excellent et l’emplacement très pratique. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Le seul point à améliorer serait le Wi-Fi. C’est dommage que, dans un pays aussi moderne et technologiquement avancé, la connexion Internet ne soit pas à la hauteur. Un Wi-Fi plus rapide et plus stable serait vraiment appréciable.

El desayuno muy variado y rico tanto oriental como occidental, la habitación muy amplia, la cama muy comoda,habitacion comoda y limpia, puedes dejar las maletas hay si llegas muy temprano y no hubiera habitacion disponible aun.

La cena no la recomiendo es muy limitada y muy oriental, para occidentales no la recomiendo.

Muy buena ubicación, desayuno muy variado con opciones occidentales, habitaciones limpias. Servicio de café 24 horas. Lavandería 24 horas y te lo suben a la habitación gratis una vez que ha terminado la secadora.

Poca luz en el Baño por decir algo.

Sin lugar a dudas la ubicación. Estás al lado del bund y del metro. Además, el desayuno es bueno y tienes todas las comodidades necesarias. El personal es muy amable.

員工、地點、免費早餐宵夜，全部都超棒！打掃、餐廳阿姨都好親切，下次還會想再入住。

空調設計的不是很舒適，溫度調高太悶、調低又過冷，而且住到的房型風口對著臉吹～睡到小孩都感冒了。

La ubicación es muy buena se encuentra cerca de el Bund y del metro.

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en la planta baja y tenía una pequeña ventana que daba a un pasillo interno del edificio, por lo tanto no ventilaba y había muchisima humedad. Parecia un trastero, totalmente insalubre para ser una habitación y olia muchisimo a cerrado.Tampoco habia extractor para deshacerse de esta humedad, las sábanas estaban humedecidas al igual qué la ropa de las maletas. En la recepcion del hotel también olia mal a humedad.

Very good hotel, close to the city center. The staff were so friendly, helpful and very responsive when we needed answers. The breakfast/later dinner buffet was very good and we liked the variety and changes if options. A very good stay and we recommend it !!

Inability of hotel staff to speak in English or for that matter, any other foreign language. If one is in the hospitality industry then one must speak at least one foreign language. Guests are requested to speak and a translating app translates that to Chinese. Many times the machine makes mistakes. Breakfast is also another issue. The room didn't have a safe to keep valuable items locked.

The hotel was very convenienrly located close to Bund and historical Yu Garden, nice staff, goid services, nice environment.

The hotel is somewhat "hidden" from the street and the view from the windows is not ideal.

The only thing i liked was the location.

At the checkin we was met with people definetly not liking what they where doing. No smile, noe hello how are u today sir etc. Just doing their job as robots. And during the check-in we were served a glass of tea, just slammed on the counter, no here u are and not in the beginning of the check-in. Terrible experience in which alone is enough not to revisit this hotel. Unless the hotel was full, we were appointed a room with a view straiht into a brick wall. Our reservation was a Superior Queen king size room.

La ubicación para nosotros era perfecta y las habitaciones tenian una buena tv y cama grande.

Llegamos justo después de un tifón y nuestra habitación olia mucho a humedad y daba a un callejón terrible. Afortunadamente conseguimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero de todos los hoteles que estuvimos no fueron ni mucho menos los más agradables. A la llegada nos rechazaban todos los pagos con varias tarjetas y nos dicen que sería porque no tendríamos limite!!?? luego nos enteramos que a ellos les fallaba el datáfono. Nada agradables si no eras chino. Se nos colaron varias veces en la cola de recepción y les daba igual.

The hotel was amazing, it's in a great location, walking distance to the Bund. The Staff were extrememly helpful, used the translate app where ever they couldn't communicate to us. I was able to use the We Chat account to communicate with them from the room for any assistance. Breakfast was simple but fantastic. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained and very comfortable. All in all, amazing place and would highly recommend and stay at again.

Sehr gute Lage, zwar ca 15 min zur Metro aber von dort bzw. zu Fuß alles super erreichbar! Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und später Abend Snack.

Das wirklich einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist dass wenn man zu spät zum Frühstück kommt (also bereits alles nach 8 Uhr) sind nicht ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden und man muss auf einen Platz warten bzw. gleich übernehmen wenn wer aufsteht und das stresst leider wirklich unnötig (mit 2 Kinder gereist).

When we arrived, we discovered that there was simply no bed or sleeping space for the children. As a result, we had to change rooms and pay almost double the original price just to accommodate our family properly. Another important point for international travelers: none of the staff we dealt with spoke English, which made resolving the issue even more difficult. La forza della struttura è indubbiamente la posizione (al centro di un immaginario triangolo di 3 principali attrazioni) e la possibilità di una colazione variegata, anche ricca di prodotti dolci. Ri soggiornerei sicuramente!!!

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – een hotel dat zijn eigen reserveringen en gasten niet respecteert. Onze ervaring met dit hotel was vanaf het moment van aankomst tot aan ons vertrek ronduit onacceptabel. Onze reservering via Booking.com was duidelijk gemaakt voor vier personen, maar bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer die slechts geschikt was voor drie personen. Toen wij dit aankaartten, beweerde het management dat dit “normaal is in China”. Dat is geen enkele rechtvaardiging voor het niet nakomen van de gemaakte reservering. Daarnaast moesten wij meer betalen dan het bedrag dat in onze reservering stond vermeld. Op onze schriftelijke klachten heeft het hotel nooit inhoudelijk gereageerd en er werd geen enkele poging gedaan om het probleem op te lossen. Het grootste probleem was het management. In plaats van professioneel en oplossingsgericht te handelen, werden wij geconfronteerd met onverschilligheid, arrogantie en een totaal gebrek aan respect voor de gasten. Het personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels. In plaats van ons te helpen of een oplossing te zoeken, verhieven zij hun stem en schreeuwden zij tegen ons wanneer wij hen niet begrepen. Een dergelijk gedrag is volstrekt onprofessioneel en onacceptabel. Nadat wij een klacht hadden ingediend, kregen wij sterk de indruk dat wij daarvoor werden gestraft. Onze kamer werd niet meer schoongemaakt.Wij voelden ons behandeld als ongewenste gasten. Ook het ontbijt voldeed niet aan de minimale verwachtingen. Er waren onvoldoende zitplaatsen voor alle gasten en de hygiëne was zeer zorgwekkend. Wij hebben muizen gezien in de ruimte waar het eten werd geserveerd. Dat is volstrekt onaanvaardbaar. Booking.com heeft geprobeerd te bemiddelen en ons te helpen, waarvoor wij hen waarderen. Helaas weigerde het hotel iedere verantwoordelijkheid te nemen of ook maar enige moeite te doen om de problemen op te lossen. Zelden hebben wij zoveel arrogantie, onprofessionaliteit en gebrek aan klantgerichtheid meegemaakt.

Très bon hôtel, la chambre était très bien, c’était propre! On a des boissons offerts dans le mini bar de la chambre et une petite collation de nuit qui fait plaisir! Certes il n’y pas de grands choix mais c’était correct! Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, il y avait beaucoup de choix au buffet! Nous avons eu la chance d’arriver avant tout le monde car à 9h15 tout le monde est arrivé et les places pour manger se faisait rare. Concernant le personnel aucuns problèmes à signaler, j’avais peur de la communication car je sais que l'anglais est un peu compliqué en Chine mais l'hôtel et le personnel sont équipés de traducteurs. Merci pour le cadeau de départ également!! Je recommande !!! 👌 + l'emplacement proche de Chen Yi Square ( idéale pour observer la ville et ces buildings éclairés la nuit)

If you want to stay in the heart of downtown, there are better options with more central locations. The hotel can also be a bit difficult to find, especially if it’s your first time using Amap or visiting China, so arriving with clear directions is helpful.

Modern, clean, reasonably well equipped and in close proximity to Nanjing road and The Bund. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful, Jiumu helped us with recovering money after a taxi overcharge.

A propper toilet door would have been preferred. Western breakfast choices were a bit basic (Chinese dishes were fine).

L’emplacement est très bien pour aller au Bund et à Nanjing Road à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est excellent même si la salle est trop petite pour accueillir tous les clients de l’hôtel… Le laundry très pratique durant un long voyage.

Nous avons pris une chambre supérieure familiale pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit double et un lit simple que les enfants ont dû partager pour 6 nuits c’est dommage. L’accueil expéditif à l’arrivée.
