Sehr schönes Appartement mit sehr ansprechender Ausstattung. Schlafzimmer innenliegend und ohne Fenster, aber dadurch sehr ruhig. Supernette und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to the major attractions of Lisbon. The best tasting and most affordable sandwich shop (Bifanas of Afonso) is right around the corner.

No elevator, but it is only two floors up.

Very well located Host is very helpful

Air conditioning very weak and it took several days before it went down a few degrees. It is only located in the living room/kitchen area. Fans are offered for other rooms though but not ideal for us.

Sorry need air con. I know I booked it knowing air con wasn’t at the property but it was just so hot I couldn’t sleep. Extra pillows would be really good- I ended up sleeping on a couple of the sofa cushions plus a pillow.

Proximity was ideal. Excellent crepe place next door. Quiet location. Very clean and comfortable. Host is excellent at communication. She cares!

It was a great apartment and a big thank you to the host for everything and being so responsive to all of my questions. If I ever am back in Lisbon and in need of an apartment again, I know where I will be booking!

Construction next door

Location and size of the apartment were great. Floors weren't the cleanest, but everything else was clean. It was a very spacious apartment for 3 people with tall ceilings and plenty of space. Large living area. The 2 bathrooms had good storage under the sink, and the showers worked well with good water pressure. The kitchen was well stocked (plates/cups/bowls/large fridge/freezer. Plenty of table space and chairs for sitting down to eat in the family room and in the kitchen. The washing machine worked well and was relatively quiet and fast. A drying rack was provided. We had a couple of questions while we were there, and the host responded quickly. She was very friendly. An on-site caretaker, Fatima, showed up immediately when we had a question about the washing machine. She was also very friendly and helpful. The weather was nice when we were there, but they provided several fans that helped keep the air moving in the apartment, making it very pleasant.

The living room rug and a couple of the chairs were a little dingy, but not a big problem. The mattresses were pretty hard.

Great location and lovely, clean, and spacious apartment. Communication with the host was excellent.

Pillows were very flat and a bit uncomfortable. Mezzanine floor gets very hot at night.

Me gustó todo. Es un apartamento muy amplio para una familia, la decoración bonita y equipado al 100%. Manuela, la anfitriona muy atenta a todas las necesidades. La ubicación perfecta. Todo muy bien.

Por decir algo, que la madera del suelo sonaba al andar y por la noche del silencio se escuchaba y que el edificio no tiene ascensor. Pero son cosas minúsculas en relación a lo que el apartamento ofrece.

Todo estaba bien. Quizás que la segunda habitación no está aislada por completo del resto de la casa y se podían escuchar algunos ruidos del interior.

Very spacious , clean and perfectly located apartment. Everything we needed for a great stay in Lisbon. Host sent lots of great information a few days before which was useful. Lots of places to eat right on the doorstep.

Mirror in bedroom 2 would be great and full size iron.

Super Lage am Rand der Baixa – mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, man kommt aber genauso gerne „nach Hause“. Schöne große Altbauwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Zudem super netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und problemloser Check-In/ Check-out.

Im Großen und Ganzen alles super sauber. Ein paar der (Polster) Möbel sind allerdings ein wenig fleckig.

Grand appartement, bien adapté à nos besoins. Très bien situé pour découvrir la ville.

Le seul petit point négatif, est qu’il n’y a pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Il est un peu difficile d’évacuer l’humidité.

Très bel endroit, bien équipé, tranquille mais surtout hyper bien situé dans Lisbonne. Manuela répond rapidement aux questions. Plusieurs adresses intéressantes tout près.

The apartment is large, very comfortable, with well equipped kitchen, with two bathrooms. We had everything we needed. It was calm inside, especially during the night and the location was great. Many thanks for the tips regarding two nearest elevators, which we used often.

Purtroppo l’appartamento era freddo c’erano a disposizione due stufette elettriche ma troppo piccole per riscaldare l’appartamento intero . In alcuni momenti nell’ appartamento c’era un cattivo odore non abbiamo capito se proveniva dagli scarichi .

The owner sent very clear texts with pictures which made accessing the door code and apartment key lock box very easy, which was especially welcome as we did not arrive until 23:00. Everything was perfect, and the owner was really helpful, responding to texts promptly and offering help and advice on where to buy essentials such as much needed adapters and charger plugs when my case failed to arrive for 2 days!

The only small extra item that would have been useful was a full size ironing board, but there was a table top one which we used.

La verdad es que está cerca de todo, muy acogedor , y siempre están pendientes si necesitas algo! Sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Lisboa me quedaré en el mismo sitio!

Месторасположение просто супер, отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, детальная инструкция по заселению и проживанию с экстра бонусами (например, план метро, список супермаркетов и ресторанов).

Было немного холодновато, но тут сами виноваты, нечего было приезжать на Новый год ;-)

Asunto oli erittäin viihtyisä ja hyvin varusteltu. Kodikas tunnelma. Monipuoliset astiastot ja paistinpannut ja kattilat joita oikeasti voi käyttää, eikö pinnoiteet ole käytetty puhki. Eli kodinomaista asumista, jos niin haluaa. Pesukone oli ahkerassa käytössä. Kauppa lähellä ja samoin turistinähtävyydet. Fado musiikkia pääsi kuuntelemaan vaivattomasti. Uuden vuoden Ilotulitusten katseluun, täydellinen etäisyys paraatipaikalle. Omistaja erittäin avulias ja joustava ja ohjeistukset tuli hienosti koostettuna. Vaivaton check-in. Huomaa että asunto toisessa kerroksessa, ei hissiä, mutta mukavaa hyötyliikuntaa.

Tähän aikaan vuodesta (vuodenvaihde) asunto oli olohuonetta lukuunottamatta hieman kylmä. Olohuoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu. Villasukilla pärjäsi. Ja viileässä on hyvä nukkua. Parivuoteessa yksi leveä peitto vaati totuttelemista. Mieluummin molemmille oma tai ainakin että olisi vaihtoehtona (emme tosin kysyneet)

Casa ristrutturata da poco e arredata in modo essenziale, ma funzionale. Armadi capienti e cucina molto fornita di accessori. Posizione fantastica in centro ma zona molto tranquilla. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.

L'appartamento si raggiunge solo tramite scale, larghe ma abbastanza ripide. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. Le camere non hanno finestre e i bagni sono ciechi. Non c'è riscaldamento ma solo una pompa di calore in soggiorno.

The location and furnishings on the apt

La casa era ben tenuta, ristrutturata certamente da poco. La posizione super centrale ci ha permesso di vedere la città agilmente. Anche senza usare la metropolitana in alcune occasioni. La casa è molto ampia e i due bagni a disposizione comodissimi. Biancheria molto pulita pulizia generale ottima. La casa è attrezzata di tutto e ci si sente davvero a casa propria 🩵

Piccolissimi dettagli trascurabili: da una finestra entrava un pochino d’acqua dal pavimento e inoltre era segnalato che avremmo trovato saponi e piccole comodità per il bagno ma oltre ai saponi solidi per le mani c’era solo piccolo shampoo liquido che con 2 bagni non è stato il massimo.

Spacious, clean and very quiet apartment. It is located in the very centre, so everything is walkable. A great shop with goods from Azores is nearby and lot's of breakfast points are around.

Beide Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, es gibt sehr viel sinnlosen Platz, die Belüftung in Badezimmer war sehr laut, Klobrille hat gewackelt.

Great, spacious apartment in a super-central location in Lisbon's old town. The host provides excellent service and responded quickly and flexibly to special requests. Highly recommended for a multi-day visit to Lisbon.

Nothing to complain

The description and photos of the property were completely accurate. It was very centrally located in the Alfama district which provided easy access to sites and restaurants.

The loft bedroom was somewhat inconvenient with a narrow circular staircase. The apartment was located on the upper level so it might not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.

It was bright, clean and spacious. Centrally located in Alfama and close to everything we needed during our visit.

Location was great central and close to many restaurants; it was difficult lugging my bags up the stairs. The area was safe, the loft was very spacious with all appliances easily available. The host was wonderful and contacted me before my arrival with all the necessary details .

Extra towels would have been lovely and more comfortable pillows.

Downstairs, just next to the entrance, there is a perfect place for breakfast!

Location was great. The layout of the apartment is nice. Decor and style of the apartment was very nice.

AC didn't work so it was smothering inside. The skylight windows would not stay open. It smelled terrible in the apartment. The washer smelled awful. There were ants all over the kitchen and we had to throw away our food because they got all over everything. No mirror upstairs. Entryway light of the building didn't always turn on so had to walk in the dark to the stairs.

הדירה חמודה, אבל לא מתאימה לקבוצה של 4 אנשים. אין הפרדה בין חלל השינה השני, שממוקם במעין עליית גג. אין מזגן בחדר השינה, היו נמלים בשירותים ובמטבח, והדלת לחלל המקלחת לא נסגרה, כך שאין פרטיות.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location is very central to all Lisbon has to offer. It's close to the metro stations, waterfront and squares.

Très bien situé en plein quartier de l’Alfama, l’appartement est spacieux avec de nombreux rangements et équipements. La décoration est agréable. Les échanges avec l’hôtesse, même à distance, sont très fluides. La récupération des clés se fait aisément.

Nous avons occupé l’appartement plusieurs nuits au mois d’août et l’appartement n’est pas climatisé. On a donc fait rentrer l’air frais le matin et le soir en ouvrant les fenêtres mais le quartier est très animé donc bruyant. Des ventilateurs sont fournis mais qui font également du bruit. Cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés mais peut gêner certaines personnes habituées à la climatisation. Des ventilateurs plus silencieux seraient une bonne alternative.

Beautiful, clean, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Lisbon. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the main sights and attractions. A great base for exploring Lisbon!

- The flat is well located. - The kitchen is really well equipped to cook (appliances, cookware, tableware, etc.). - The appartment is stylish - The host was able to provide a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub - the communication with the host was easy and the check in/check out process was smooth

- there was an electricity incident. The entire building fusebox "burnt". It smelled like smoke and there was black smoke for a bit. Number (1) we were scared and stressed by the incident, with all our belongings and baby's necessities (medecine + specific food) in the building, upstairs. Number 2, we were left without electricity from breakfast time to dinner time. And, again, another 2h the following day. We were only there for 4 full days. Although not our host's fault, it was really tough on us (cant charge phone, can't cook for the baby + ourself, lost food that went bad, etc.). I would have hoped the host would have offered some sort of a refund, as this was a significant portion of our trip. They did not. They actually did not even apologize for what had happened. This is truly disappointing. I heard from neighbors this was not the first time either. - the appartment is not soundproof. If you talk in the kitchen, people in the rooms will hear the conversation. - the 2nd floor without elevator can be tough for certain individuals /day of arrival and departure

We enjoyed and loved staying in this family home. It is warm, welcoming and extremely well provided. The apartment has a lot of character and is elegant and tastefully decorated. The amenities in the apartment were just excellent. Everything we could think of and need was there. Its location is perfect. Walking distance to most attractions and surrounded by eclectic bars and restaurants. Really appreciate the hospitality and the responsiveness to the baby cot requirement. Our little baby loved running around. Manuela was very responsive and accessible. She sent us a bunch of useful recommendations. Thank you.

The AC is only in the main living room and not sufficient to cool the entire apartment. We managed with the fans and leaving the windows open. But as Europe gets warmer each year this would need attention. Also - it should be clear on the listing that there is no lift.

Excellent location ! Right between Chiado & Alfama area. Easy to walk to many places. The room is so spacious and with good taste. We found everything convenient to use.

Just note this is not a air-conditioned accommodation, though it's very common in Europe. However, they do provide a electronic fan. And we don't feel hot during the night time at all. You just need to get used to it.

Location is very good close to most things Although there is no aircon the fan kept the main area cool even when it was 30 deg plus

It is not an issue is you don’t have a problem carrying heavy luggage but the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
