Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Lisbon while still being conveniently close to restaurants and shops. We really like the breakfast and appreciated the variety of choices. However, the coffee shop is quite small, so guests are required to book a time slot for breakfast to ensure that everyone can be accommodated comfortably.
The room was quite small, with limited space for our two pieces of luggage. The corridors were dark, and the carpets had noticeable stains. We arrived early and requested an earlier check-in, but this was politely declined. The hotel has a strict 2:00 PM check-in policy; although our luggage had already been placed in one of our rooms, we were not allowed to enter before the official check-in time.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Excellent location right behind the large main square and super convenient to head to Alfama. From the hotel you can walk to most major attractions in Baixa, Chiado, and Alfama. The rooms are also super clean.
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the hotel.
