Piscina orrenda su 2000 ospito 3sdraio e Ve lo giuro ....ascensore per fare due piani 25 minuti vi dico solo che era talmente carico di gente che mi sono fatta 26 piano a piedi e non vi dico gli insetti il letto scomodo che mai in vita mia i disservizi di tutto

Très bon emplacement proche des petronas, équipements de qualité dans les studios (machine frigo four à micro onde etc…)

Il personale . Non risponde nonostante più messaggi mandati giorni prima per informare che il mio arrivo sarebbe stato alle 10 del mattino , con il check in alle 15. Quando poi ho risposto intorno alle 11 del giorno stesso mi ha detto che non era possibile effettuare il check in anticipato , e la struttura non mi faceva accedere alla piscina in questo arco di tempo . Dopo di che alle 12:30 mi han scritto che se volevo la stanza era libera ma solo se pagavo 50 rm in piu .

Camera accogliente, posizione ottima a 10 min dalle Petronas Tower, molto tranquillo e soggiorno piacevole, piscina super rilassante e con vista eccezionale

Un po’ di traffico per gli ascensori nelle ore di punta (sono solo 4) la piscina e ottima con vista eccezionale ma dispone di poco spazio per sdraiarsi e si riempie facilmente

Cancelled my reservation at the last minute and left me stranded. Instead of offering a proper solution, the staff/customer service was rude, dismissive, and literally argued with me. Absolutely zero customer care. Please avoid this host and look for other options on the platform.

Situación

Decepcionante ...desde el personal ,la falta de limpieza, no funcionaba el agua caliente en los dos primeros días, sábanas con manchas, éramos tres personas y habíamos reservado una habitación cuádruple al llegar nos dieron una habitación doble y y cuando bajamos a recepción para decir que obviamente solo había una cama para dos personas nos dijeron que eso no era cosa de ellos que nos pusiéramos en contacto con un teléfono que venía en la llave. Al final nos dieron otra habitación doble que se supone que estaba comunicada pero nadie nos podía abrir la puerta intermedia.

Hygiëne

Hout van badkamermeubel was helemaal aan het rotten (zie foto). Ook hadden we een lekkende airco en GEEN warme douche. Niet tevreden

En general todo estuvo bien! En la entrada te abren y cierran la puerta, las instalaciones son nuevas y esta bien equipado con muy buenas vistas!

Het uitzicht was fenomenaal. Het was een fijn appartement, het bed lag comfortabel. Het was er schoon. Wij hebben geen problemen gehad met de liften dat je lang moest wachten. Een airco lekte dus daar hebben we even emmer ondergezet, en melding ervan gemaakt. De wasmachine was ook heel fijn.

We hadden 1 handdoek pp voor 3 dagen dat was wel iets weinig. Bij receptie navraag gedaan kregen we er een setje bij.

Nothing but unpleasant staff and security guards giving us creepy, suggestive looks while we were at the pool. This establishment is a complete nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend it — save your money. The reception staff is totally negligent and awful. It’s impossible to tell whether they are teenagers on a summer job or simply careless employees, judging by the complete lack of professionalism from some of them. Even though I had already returned the key, they still called me three times during the day claiming they did not have it. Considering their negligence, they most likely lost it themselves, which honestly does not surprise me. But bothering a guest three separate times after checkout is extremely inappropriate. This is clearly not a hotel worth your time.

The bathroom still had hair on the floor from the previous guest. The cups were dirty, and the bed sheets even had holes in them. On top of that, the shower did not provide hot water. The staff is so unprofessional and rude that it becomes genuinely shocking. They are aggressive over the smallest things, allow themselves to yell at guests, and constantly give very uncomfortable and unsettling stares.

infinity pool

J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très décevante. J’avais réservé une suite business, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une suite standard. Malgré la différence évidente de prestation, aucun ajustement de prix ni solution ne m’a été proposé. Le service client a été particulièrement insatisfaisant : le personnel à l’accueil s’est montré peu concerné et très nonchalant face à la situation. Mes remarques n’ont pas été prises au sérieux, et aucune tentative n’a été faite pour corriger l’erreur ou compenser le désagrément. En résumé, j’ai payé le prix d’une suite business pour une chambre standard, sans aucun geste commercial ni excuse valable. Une expérience frustrante qui ne donne pas envie de revenir.

Отличное расположение, отсутствие депозита, ключи на ресепшн здания, не нужно искать хоста. Новая посуда в полном комплекте это тоже плюс. Постель жесткая, чистая.

Ключ-карта срабатывала через раз, мелкие поломки в виде защёлки на окне, полотенца уже можно было бы заменить на новые. Но это мелочи.

Não haver serviço de limpeza por 7 noites , pelo netos troca de toalhas e limpeza de WC.. Tirando isso, tudo estava muito bem.

Place is clean. Comfortable bed with netflix and youtube. Drinking water provided.

Noisy surrounding. I even can hear people walking and jumping from upper room. Next door room also loud. Room not soundproof.

A serviced apartment with 4-star hotel vibe. All facilities in apartment met expectations with minor shortcomings.

Airconditioning remote control was faulty upon arrival, but owner was quick to respond and rectify when informed. Also, no hooks in bathroom to hang towel, etc. Had to put clothes on sink top. Lift services were too slow. Long queues every time.

Very spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view from 18th floor, saw twin towers.

Bathroom could be cleaned better. Floor gets slippery when wet as shower screen not wide enough to prevent splatter when showering.

Für uns war die Unterkunft in allen Kriterien einfach genial. Und dann auch noch der Pool im 47. Stock.

trop de monde à certain moments à la piscine et pas forcément présents pour nager. Eviter les periodes de pointes tout comme pour les ascenceurs qui pour la taille du batiment sont trop peu nombreux et lents.

The elevators do not work properly and the staff was not so much helpful during our whole stay

Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel, der Pool mit Aussicht auf die Stadt ist sehr toll, Check in war schnell, das Personal sehr nett. Die Lage ist perfekt, sauber, mit vielen coolen Cafés und Restaurants in der nahe

L’emplacement est le grand plus ici, le studio en soit correspond au descriptif, check-in et check-out fluids, les parties communes sont très bien maintenues

La literie et la propreté générale peuvent être améliorées largement, ayant séjourné pendant 10j, je n’ai pas eu de change de serviettes ni de service de ménage sur la période. Pas d'isolation non plus, vous pouvez pratiquement entendre les conversations de vos voisins à travers la porte communicante

Die Fahrstuhl Situation ist absurd schlecht. Man wartet stundenlang!

Ремонт достаточно новый и уютный . Брали одну общую комнату , было просторно . Напор воды хороший . С горячей водой не было никаких проблем . Никаких залогов при въезде с нас не брали . Чек аут был за секунду в виде просто передачи ключа обратно . Ждать проверки номера не просили . Много отзывав , что в бассейне много людей и холодная вода . Я бы так не сказала . В целом при мне дважды там плавали 3-5 человек . А он очень большой . Остальные отдыхают вокруг . Мест полежать/посидеть конечно маловато .

Это субаренда у большого отеля . Нам дали ключ на ресепшен и сказали все вопросы задавать по номеру в вотсапе . Один день нам там никто не отвечал . Я просила второе одеяло . На второй день ответили вежливым отказом . Хозяина мы даже не видели . В номере не было ни воды , ни чая/кофе . Просто квартира . Всего два полотенца. Ни разу за три дня никто не приходил с уборкой . Мусор у нас был горой . В номере по тумбочке и кровати бегали мелкие насекомые , типа блох каких то . Или это супер маленькие муравьи . Стекла окон грязные ( но так почти во всех отелях КЛ) . Окно одно не открывалось , другое , после открытия , не закрывалось . Мой молодой человек приноровился как-то его закрывать силой . Дорога рядом очень шумная . Даже с закрытым окном слышно мотоциклистов . Но это тоже характерно для всего КЛ в центре . Наш номер был 13А

Swimming pool, views, space.

No hooks for towels in bathroom, or to hang wet clothes. Missing rug to dry feet after shower. Bed sheets were stained and the flat could have been cleaned better.

Die Lage

Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Es war absolut dreckig werden, ohne Ende Ameisen im Zimmer und das Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gestunken. Der Kundenservice ist eine reine Katastrophe. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde nur sehr, sehr spät geantwortet und es führte zu keinerlei Lösung! Ich warne vor diesem Apartment

Le menage et l’accueil

Location

The room we received was very old and was smelly. The blinds on the big windows were broken so it was difficult to lift it. Staff was not helpful at all! Was difficult to get hold of the managers and their offer was not helpful either as we did not want ti split our family members into different floors and different rooms which did not have any view. We booked and paid for the view.

Posizione abbastanza comoda. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con il check-out, risolto non senza pochi problemi dallo staff.

Struttura trasandata con camere poco curate, mobilio rotto o danneggiato, formiche in stanza, lounge degli ultimi piani praticamente sempre chiuse.

L’emplacement était top, pratique pour les Grab avec un très bon restaurant en face.

4 ascenseurs pour desservir plus de 40 étages c’est clairement insuffisant ! Nous étions au 9eme étages donc au moment de vouloir descendre l’ascenseur était la majorité du temps plein. Il fallait compter au moins 10 min pour monter ou descendre… La poussière derrière la télé n’était clairement pas faite, ainsi que au niveau de la cuisine. Présence de fourmis dans la cuisine.

Le service client était mauvais, il y'avait des fuites dans le climatiseur et ils ont pris 4 jours à réparer, beaucoup d'aller retour de différentes personnes sans aucun suivi La propreté du logement était vraiment mauvaise

Good location, room entertainment, aircond and fan in a good condition.

Long queue and we waited quite a long minutes just to get into the lift. Ended up using stairs. The facilities in the room is fair, dusty carpet no floor mat in the toilet.

I booked multiple times, the property was superb

Location is good, if you want to be close to the Petronas towers. Rooms are spacious.

I would not recommend to stay here. The place looks luxurious, but it is a facade. There was no hot water in our room, the staff was not helpful and unable to help. They just told us to call a number to get help. When calling the number noone picked up for two days. Even when asking for an additional towel (we only got one for two people) we were supposed to call this number. Apart from no hot water and only one towel, the window was broken so we heard the street a lot. The bathroom cabinet was broken, and there was no place to hang our only towel to dry. The pool looks nice in the pictures, but it was ice cold and full of screaming children.

Basen na 47 pietrze z super panoramą na centrum. Dwóch wierz Petronas Towers nie widać w całości ponieważ zasłaniają je nowo wybudowane wierzowce. Hotel usytuowany w dobrym blisko blisko centrum. Obok hotelu super restauracja

In generale la struttura è ben tenuta e curata. La stanza era pulita, senza infamia e senza lode. Tutto adeguato.

Nelle ore di punta non si riesce a prendere l’ascensore per raggiungere la lobby. Ho preferito scendere 32 piani…

Sehr zentral und das Rooftop pool

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr Zentral, wir sind ausschließlich gelaufen. Die Petronas Tower sind fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen (7Eleven ca. 8 min zu Fuß ;) . Das Hotel ist Sauber und ist super ausgesattet mit Föhn, Netflix Free, einer Kochniesche, sowie der wundervolle Pool mit einem super ausblick ( genau wie auf den Bildern)

Das Hotel ist sehr stark & international besucht ( was auch sehr normal ist), jedoch sind die Zimmer/die Wände nicht Schall geschutzt. Man hört den Nachbar/in als wäre er/sie im gleichen zimmer. - wir hatten das pech das wir einen Nacharn hatten der nicht viel acht gegeben hat, die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Trotzt freundlichen ansprechen. - die Betten waren zwar groß und sauber, aber sehr Hart ( eventuell war unser Bett so)

The location is 10 put of 10 and the pool is great. It's nice that you have drinkable water inside.

Was not very clean, the bathroom furniture seems very old, We had half of toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper and towels and it took more than 4h to have them.

They didn’t clean and change towels and bath things or refill the coffee, we had to ask for it few times, and they did. People work at the lobby a bit grumpy and very basic English
