Останавливалась в ibis во время поездки и в целом осталась довольна. Отель удобно расположен, поэтому легко добираться до нужных мест. Номер был чистый и уютный, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания было. Отдельно понравился бассейн — отличное место, чтобы расслабиться после прогулок по городу. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, заселение прошло без проблем. В целом хороший вариант для поездки: комфортно, удобно и без лишних переплат. 😊

朝食が美味しかったです．あとは，全体的にきれいで過ごしやすかったです．ホテルの上層にあったバーもよかったです．食事もおいしくクオリティもよかったのですが，人の入りはまばらでプライベート感がありました．

The breakfast was bad, many things are cold and not so tasty, the bidet in the room was leaking heavily, you need to wait a lot for the elevators and they are running strange

Great strategic location, very convenient to get around KLCC. The breakfast and lunch were also really good.

The parking area is quite narrow and the room was a bit small. I also left my iPhone charger behind, and the staff said they would call me back to arrange a time for me to collect it. Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any call until now. The follow-up was quite unresponsive.

Having gym on 31 floor. Open 24 hrs a day. Above my room I could hear the dumbbells being taken from storage rack or put back in. Staff moved me to room on lower floor to sleep in and apologized. Good job on their part

Чисто, комфортно, в коридоре ковер, мебель новая, есть рабочий стол, телевизор, фильтр воды. Внизу приятная кофейня. Когда проходила чек-in все объяснили, персонал приветливый. Не пришлось тратить время на заселение

Номер небольшой, но это такой формат сети. Полотенца могли бы быть получше, очень тонкие. Розетки тройные, но с возможностью использования type-c или usb не помню, однако вилка моя в них шаталась. Также я не смогла использовать высокомощный фен выпрямитель, трещал ток. Под мебелью пыль, которую давно не убирали. Окно не открывается, и балкона нет, отчего чувствуешь себя как в коробке. По телевизору ничего нельзя было посмотреть. Зона бассейна не очень понравилась, но зато его сделали красивым для фото, за исключением стройки. Также не видно башен близнецов. Вечером было полно детей, бассейн маленький для такого количества номеров, до обеда никого не было и было тихо. Стоимость высокая, но я не в курсе средних цен

Saya sukakan suasana di dalam bilik yang simple dan praktikal. Pemandangan bandaraya Kuala Lumpur yang indah di waktu malam. Saya juga suka konsep bekalan air bertapis berterusan yang disediakan di dalam bilik berbanding hotel-hotel yang menyediakan air di dalam botol.

Bukan masalah yang besar cuma agak lucu bila katil yang disediakan mengeluarkan bunyi sedikit setiap kali saya membuat pergerakan semasa berbaring di atasnya.

La chambre est parfaite rien à redire, tout est 100% clean, espaces communs et chambres, robinet d’eau filtrée, lit confortable, belle vue, emplacement génial, salle de bain optimale, matériel à disposition (coffre fort, sèche cheveux, frigo, télé…)

Un petit peu trop cher, manque de transats et chaises pour s’installer à la piscine, c’est juste pour s’y baigner et pas pour y rester. Dommage quand on souhaite se reposer

La ubicación es perfecta. A menos de 15 minutos del KLCC.

En las habitaciones no había armario para poder dejar la ropa. Solo tres perchas, sin cajones, ni nada. Al final eso te obliga a tener que abrir todo el rato la maleta.

I was staying in ibis klcc room 2105 along my wife from 17 aug to 19 Aug check out , I believe my wife left her silver diamond wedding ring in the bed or the table beside bed , tried to call and email but got no reply yet , the email given for contact doesn't work , this is extremely unprofessional and disturbing ,

النظافة سيئة جدًا، المرات بين الغرفة متسخه، رائحة المكان بشكل عام سيئة، المناشف بها بقع دم، المكيف وشفاط الحمام يصدر منهم أصوات مزعجة.

Struttura in ottima posizione (10 minuti a piedi dalle Petronas), pulita e ben organizzata. Il check in e il check out sono stati velocissimi. L’hotel è molto grande e composto da 32 piani ma nonostante questo la gestione è ottima. La stanza era un po piccola per tre persone e con pochi armadi o mobili di appoggio ma adeguata a 1-2 giorni. La stanza non aveva la finestra. Piscina al 31esimo piano con vista sui palazzi di KL

Hygiëne viel wat tegen, er was een systeem voor het aangeven van de schoonmaak wat niet uitgelegd was waardoor de kamer niet schoongemaakt werd. Toen het alsnog gedaan werd was het met een halve slag

Hôtel bien situé. À proximité de restaurants, commerces et sites à visiter. Tours Petronas accessibles à pied. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Conciergerie disponible pour les arrivées précoces ou départs tardifs. Petit-déjeuner et restaurants corrects.

Décoration globale de l'hôtel un peu vieillissant. Piscine très petite.

Le lit était confortable, l’hôtel était bien placé proche des tours Petronas.

Le personnel est mal organisé, nous arrivons à l’hôtel il y a du monde on fait la queue, le réceptionniste Hakim fait passer quelqu’un d’autre avant nous qui était arrivé il y a 3 minutes malgré notre attente depuis facile 25min. Les chambres sont nettoyées à la va vite durant les 3 jours le sol n’était pas aspiré. Nous donnons à laver nos 2 grandes et 2 petites serviettes, à notre retour ils nous déposent uniquement 2 petites.

Ubicación céntrica, a 12’ andando del KLCC y tienes restauración y tiendas tipo 7eleven delante.

Se oye mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones. La piscina es incómoda si no quieres solo bañarte. Hay solo 2 hamacas y lo demás bancos (muy pocos)!

Me gustó mucho el edificio y la zona donde estaba, buena ubicación a un precio razonable. La piscina en la azotea, un baño espectacular. Buena habitación.

La ducha un poco deteriorada. La distribución de la habitacion no era muy buena. Al igual que la ducha, algunos aspectos del hotel no estaban perfectamente cuidados, como los gresites de la piscina, faltaban unos cuantos. El desayuno buffet, no muy allá.

Tesisin çatı havuzu küçük ve istenilen manzaraya sahip olmayabilir. Ayrica kahvaltı iki gün de aynıydı. Günlük farklı çeşitlikler lazım. Odada cam var ama açılmıyor

Sonsuzluk havuzu güzeldi ama biraz küçük ve şezlong yoktu. Fotoğraf köşeleri hoşumuza gitti.

Spor salonu eskiydi. Kahvaltıda damak tadımıza uygun bir şey bulamadık ve servis iyi değildi.

Camera nel complesso e pulizia

Sicuramente il problema numero 1 riscontrato è la colazione , essendo celiaco non posso mangiare senza glutine ma da una catena come ibis mi aspettavo più attenzione al cliente e a una patologia alimentare. Completa impreparazione ne alternativa senza glutine nella colazione, volevo segnalare all'hotel che chi ha problemi senza glutine ha bisogno di cibo non contaminato da altri cibi, pertanto separato. La mescolanza di cibi di tipo asiatico peggiora la situazione , la piscina inoltre deludente diciamo che è stata una scelta errata a parte la grandezza della camera.. per un europeo non lo consiglierei. È perfetto per una clientela asiatica ma non italiana.. mi spiace ma il mio commento è la realtà del nostro soggiorno un punteggio di 4.5 è più che alto per il soggiorno , completa inoltre la richiesta di rimborso della colazione che dopo 28 giorni non è ancora arrivato...

Close to the city center, close to the petronas twin towers, close to KLCC mall. On top of that very friendly staff very kind they even gave me a birthday cake to my room to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely reconsider staying again in Ibis Kuala Lumpur City Center again.

Nagyon jó központi helyen van a hotel, pár perc sétányira a tornyoktól. A szobák kényelmesek, hatalmas ablakokon lehet a szomszéd házakat nézegetni. Büfé reggeli nagy választékkal működik, még a kávéjuk is iható.

A törölközők nagyon szétmosottak, jó lett volna szebbeket kapni.
