Nichts. Der Aufenthalt war eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut nicht der Beschreibung oder den Fotos. Die Zimmer waren extrem dreckig, rochen sehr unangenehm und waren in einem verwahrlosten Zustand. Flecken auf Kissen, Handtüchern und Sofas, verrostete Armaturen im Bad und Wasserschäden an der Decke. Wir mussten nacheinander mehrere Zimmer wechseln, da keines bewohnbar war. An Schlaf war nach der langen Anreise nicht zu denken, weshalb wir vorzeitig ausgecheckt haben.

La seule chose qu’on a aimé c’était vraiment l’emplacement, c’était super bien situé rien à dire , par contre tout le reste laisse à désirer. Le climatiseur goûtait, il y a plein de traces d’humidité… le ménage n’avait pas du tout été fait. Puisque le sol était très poussiéreux. Pour ce qui est du personnel qui rend les clés vraiment limite.

Le manque de Service, l’attitude du personnel à la limite, on a l’impression qu’on n’a à faire à des vendeurs de sommeil un peu gamme. Puisqu’on est censé faire le ménage, sortir les poubelles et tout faire… alors même qu’on paye des frais de ménage et autres frais supplémentaires qui sont censés garantir un appartement nickel. Là, vraiment bof.

L'emplacement était parfait, moins de 5mn à pied des tours petronas. Plein de commerces à proximité. Centre commercial Suria et Avenue K à 3mn de la résidence. Notre hôte est très disponible et réactif. L'appartement est propre, le ménage est fait tous les 2 jours. 2 piscine dans l'immeuble et salle de sport. Bien aller à Star résidence 2

Dover contattare l’host per il check in perché non è sempre lì disponibile. Anche per i bagagli bisogna rispettare certe fasce. Un po difficoltoso se si considerano gli orari di arrivo e partenza dei voli

L’host è privato e va contattato sia per check in che check out. Non ha il proprio deposito bagagli, ma deve usare quello delle altre strutture quindi bisogna concordare gli orari. Se si arriva presto bisogna attendere almeno le 8 prima che arrivi l’host anche solo per lasciare i bagagli

la mattina del 7 Agosto, giorno di inizio del nostro soggiorno, siamo stati contattati dalla struttura via wasthapp dicendo di cancellare la nostra prenotazione perché non c’erano appartamenti disponibili. Evidenziò che la prenotazione era stata effettuata a Febbraio!!

- top location - room was located on 53 floor, had amazing view - the host was really helpful, always in touch

- mattress was a bit tough, but okay if you have short term stay - unfortunately, washing machine didn't work

I loved it . 9 out of 10 . Perfect location , very clean , nice rooftop , big very big and fast elevators , very well maintained. I wish I own the unit ! Everything was very good . The only negative comment I have is the Saf box is broken and scale was broken too .

The sad box and scale was broken . We had to carry on our money and passport plus jewellery with us all the time .

The rooms were sleek and clean, location was perfect! Had an amazing stay!

Location is key for this property, 5 minute walk and you are at the towers, with many shopping malls and restaurants in close proximity also. There are a few shops just out side, this is very convenient as there is nothing inside the apartment. The roof top bar is very good.

We mentioned the AC was faulty on the first morning, sent a what's app and a video, the host did not even respond. The property is dirty and a few cupboards needs to be renewed. We also had to wait at check out to get the deposit back.

The view

Location near to KLCC and LRT. Facilities are great with ..roof top swimming pool and restaurent. Staffs are friendly. Also feeling safe staying here.

Check in take a while as they are multiple guests check in at same time but only one person working to serve the guests.

Nice view and with well maintain facilities.. The person who are handling my check-in and check-out process was very caring and quickly response to our requirements.. Highly recommend this accommodation for stay..,

Нашу бронь отменили и отдали апартаменты другим. Об отмене нас не предупредили заранее, сказали отменили потому что не ответили во сколько мы прибудем. У нас было несколько пересадок, нам было не до сообщений. Мы бы заранее заплатили за номер или предоплату, чем так оказаться на улице

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property very clean, all arrangement made me feel like at home. All amenities as advertised apart from microwave. There's no microwave in the apartment. Bed and pillow very comfortable, cosy sofa, theres cutlery, cooking tools, good fridge and freezer, washing powder, washing machine with dryer made things easier. Theres bag of ice too in the freezer. Definitely will stay here again.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of KLCC with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings that made the stay very comfortable. I especially loved the infinity pool and the overall ambiance of the building. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and efficient just a bit of delay. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including malls, restaurants, and convenience stores.

There were slight delays with the lift.

Nous avons demandé si il était possible de déposer nos bagages le matin avant de prendre la chambre l’après-midi, le propriétaire a accepté sans préciser lors de l’appel, qu’il nous donner la chambre plus tôt, mais cela nous a coûté 100 MYR de plus

Great location near KLCC. The view was nice.

I didn’t like that the toilet water wasn’t working, the TV couldn’t be turned on, and the fan was not functioning. It made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Very bad experience with the way the staff handle me, no response at all or take long time to respond. The staff look like a foreigner and not understand what you request. The check in process is confused, no proper instructions given. Parking is not free given as stated in ads. listing, instead the staff ask to pay by own. The room is terrible, got strong smoking smell, the toilet also very dirty and full of unpresent smell. The bed is too hard, and pillow too soft. The towels given also look old and yellowish in colour. The iron is rusty , my clothes is spoiled after used. Overall stay experience is very bad, avoid this if you have better option and stay away from them.

Bellissimo appartamento al 33 piano con vetrata a tutta parete, composto da una cucina con soggiorno bello spazioso, una camera grande e un bagno con doccia separata. la vista dell'appartamento non da sulle Petronas , comunque bellissima vista sulla citta. La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani viene fatta a giorni alterni. Noi abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito . La consegna delle chiavi avviene nella hall chiamando un numero di cellulare. Ascensori veloci e piscina al pianterreno carina, quella al 55 piano spettacolare, con vista magnifica sulle Petronas. Colonnina dell'acqua filtrata al secondo piano. Contatto locale presente e gentile. Nel complesso personalmente noi lo consigliamo.

Good location - next to the Petronas fountains. Relatively close to the metro and supermarket. Apartment with good space and very comfortable. Lack of kitchen utensils and dish towel. With washing machine/dryer and clothesline. Very good common area.

No nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el edificio después del check out porque nuestro vuelo era por la noche. Cuando hicimos el check in dijeron que sí pero finalmente tuvimos que buscar consignas fuera.

The host unexpectedly contacted us just one day before our arrival and asked us to cancel the apartment booking ourselves, citing "technical reasons." We refused to cancel on our end. Then the host suddenly changed their tone and wrote that everything was fine and we would be welcomed as planned. However, on the very day of our check-in, they messaged us again to say they could not accommodate us after all. We had an overnight flight, and we simply didn't have enough time to find alternative accommodation on such short notice. As a result, we were forced to spend the night at the airport, sleeping on benches. Elderly people were traveling with us, and it was very difficult for them to sleep in those conditions. Our vacation was ruined! It feels like the host could have cancelled the booking themselves in advance but chose not to do so precisely because we refused to cancel voluntarily. It is very disappointing that the host treated us this way. Next time, think twice before agreeing to book this accommodation — especially if you are arriving late at night.

La qualité et le bruit de la clim, les lits un peu durs, histoire de goût, l'absence de petit dej sauf au pampa restaurant mais pas très glamour. Une seule Key room par appartement, appartement mériterait une touche de rénovation.

C’erano delle formiche nell’appartamento. L’appartamento bello peccato per la struttura o meglio le regole della struttura per quanto riguarda la piscina. Si ha accesso a 3 piscine (2 rooftop e una bellissima nel mezzo degli edifici). Il problema? Sembrano parchi acquatici per bambini, non esiste relax perché ci sono i bambini urlando, schizzando e giocando in tutte le piscine senza nessun adulto che li fermi. Le piscine hanno gli idromassaggi e i bambini ci sono mettono dentro nonostante Sila prenotazione dicano che c’è una piscina sólo adulti.

Het was erg luxe en een gaaf uitzicht vanaf verdieping 88. Ook was de service van de verhuurder super!

Doordat we op verdieping 56 zaten, hadden we lange wachttijden bij de lift. Maar het uitzicht wat ervoor terugkregen was super!

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location. 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are fork on the roofs. Beautiful view from the window. Manager Mohammed Omar faruk is always in touch, we thank him for his help with any questions.
