The apartment was not as clean as expected. I had to clean it, especially the bathroom I did not feel comfortable sitting on the lounge chairs do std not use the living room/TV at all. There is no microwave in the property. Although I was very appreciative to be given a room with a stunning view, and the bed was made up with a fresh rose which was unexpected but deeply appreciated, once I arrived there after the first helpful agent, the other other agents were dismissive and not as helpful. When checking out and handing the key and advising them I had cleaned the smarten t before leaving I barely got a smile. What I reported and made suggestions for the owners of the property. 1. The floor in the toilet area had pubic hair on it when I arrived. I cleaned this up myself. 2. The vanity in the bathroom was very damaged and basin was dirty when I wiped it with antibacterial wipes bacterial wipes that came up with grime in them BEFORE I used it. (I reported it, as I did not want to be blamed for the damage) 3. The sink in the vanity would barely drain and took a very long time to drain, making it very difficult to use (I reported it and when no one came I had spent 1-2 hours of my own time cleaning the plug and drainage hole (which made me feel sick) to attempt to unblock it. It was disgusting inside it. 4. When I reported it, no one was sent to attend to it (I recommended a plumber was required to unblock the pipes that must be full of a build up of human waste underneath in the S bend 5. I became very unwell straight after after my stay there and am still recovering, despite being very careful and wiping down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes. 6. The bed linen-the bed requires a bigger doona and cover as the one on the bed was not big enough for 2 people. 7. I had to request appropriate mays for the shower to avoid wetting the floor on exit. Pictured is what I received.

The location is near to KLCC.

We waited for more than 1 hours but the building access card and room key were still not ready. The host did not greet us and also did not apologize. He just said his friend had gone to find the key. He even asked us to just leave the room without locking it. Zero hospitality. I informed the host that the sliding door was stuck and could not be pulled out at 10:50pm. The technician did not come immediately. Instead he came knocking at my door at freaking 12:30am! while we were all already asleep.

Chambre rempli de cafard pour le tarif c’est le minimum d’avoir une chambre propre aucun membre du nettoyage n’est venu donné de nouvelle serviette on m’a changé de chambre car il y avait pas d’eau chaude , par contre niveau localisation c’est super bien placé mais malheureusement la chambre est rempli de cafard propreté 0 je me suis plaint mais personne m’a répondu par rapport au cafard !!!!

Broken celling in the bedroom and beddings were not clean

Location is the best, close to KLCC as other places. Big beautiful 1 bedroom condo. We had an issue with the aircon, within 15min someone was there to settle it. Shame we didn’t use the pool as the view is amazing!

The room had it perks, leaking water from the shower (Silicone doesn’t hold anymore). During rushhours it takes awhile to get an elevator. Same about traffic during rush hour (as we had a rental car) or imagine waiting for grab, but if you manage that time, it’s an amazing place to stay.

La stanza molto grande confortevole. Finestroni panoramici sulla città. La posizione praticamente a 50mt dalle twin tower. La piscina all'ultimo piano con vista sulle torri invidiabile. Lo staff a disposizione per qls evenienza.

La stanza ha bisogno di una ritoccatina (silicone nel bagno nero, muri con macchie). Abbiamo praticamente fatto sempre la doccia fredda. Onestamente una pulizia programmata sarebbe una cosa utile senza dover ricordare agli ospiti di contattare lo sraff per la stessa. La piscina ha bisogno di una rinfrescata (mosaico mancante in vari punti, qpc luce non funzionava) e avrei predisposto qlc sdraio in piu.

Beds were small, barely fits 3 adults and 2 children. Apartment is dated. Waited a while to collect keys. (There was no reception).

Quelques cafards

L'emplacement est juste incroyable, la vue sur les tours Petronas, quand on réserve un appartement qui le propose, est magnifique. La piscine au 53ème étage offre une vue sur les tours aussi. Le quartier est très animé, vous pouvez aller à pied sur le Pintasan Saloma (tunnel illuminé la nuit qui relie le plus ancien quartier protégé de Kuala, Kampung Baru, au quartier hyper animé des tours Petronas), au centre commercial Suria KLCC, vous promener dans le parc KLCC.... Attention cette résidence n'est pas un hôtel, pas de service hôtelier, pas de ménage quotidien....mais si vous avez besoin de quelque chose qui manque dans l'appartement, vous pouvez quand même l'obtenir. On communique par Whatsapp avec l'équipe qui gère.

Le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait, les serviettes de salle de bains mériteraient d'être renouvelées. Pas d'alèse sur le matelas, toutes ces petites choses pourraient être revues et rendraient le séjour parfait.

Odore molto forte di fogna che usciva dai bagni e dallo scarico della cucina che invadeva tutto l’appartamento. Pulizia un po’ approssimativa dell’appartamento, mobili un po’ rattoppati.

L'appartamento è pulito e spazioso, molto confortevole e con un'ottima vista. Bellissima anche la piscina all'ultimo piano. Ottima posizione centrale.

Location next to Suria and twin tower. There is a very small washer+dryer unit available inside the suite.

A cockroach appeared in the bedroom. I don’t like having to preheat the water heater. The pool on top floor was filthy and you can see the hazy water. Bedroom sheets have stains. The host at the ground floor was not welcoming, didn’t ensure the elevator keyed us in properly so we had to come back down and ask her to tag us to the correct floor.

Location was amazing along with the view.

-Room wasn't the cleanest. -Rooms need a renovation (old furniture/fixtures which are in large part stained or damaged from years of use) -TV didn't work, and managers didn't respond to request to fix.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were complete with everything we needed. Everything was great and we had a really pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Just a small suggestion for improvement.. perhaps the management could consider providing a Qiblat direction in the room for the convenience of Muslim guests. It would be a helpful little addition to an already great stay.

La ubicación, la habitación y el gimnasio estupendos.

La piscina que es realmente el reclamo cabe decir que al ser edificio residencial esta lleno de familias y muchísimos niños, fallo mío lo tendré en cuenta para próximas ocasiones.

Great location. Spacious apartment. First appearances looked amazing. The views were great.

It smelt clean but there were indicators it wasn't properly cleaned such as dirty walls in one of the main bedrooms. Chewed chewing gum on the bed base. Thread bare towels. The whole apartment is showing signs of wear and tear.

Very clean and neat apartment hotel. Walking distance to KLCC. Staff were good and very helpful. They respond to messages quickly. I was mistakenly booked the KL tower view, but twin tower view rooms would be good. I got my room upgraded to 2BHK. Will book again. Thanks

The hotel, had a swimming pool, which all the family enjoyed using, we were also close to the twin towers and shopping which really helped.

The first night that we arrived, we noticed that the pillows smelt really bad. Even after they were changed by the house keeping, whom you the way did really good job themselves, the smell was still there. We found coachroaches all over the place. The kids were frightened to use the facilities due to this reason. We also had water leakage in one of the bathrooms which after the technician attended to still carried on leaking

Infested with cockroaches. Beds were filthy. The windows were covered in filth, could bot see the view. The lifts were always full and delayed. 1 key per room which only operates on the floor your on. Communication was only via WhatsApp.

Great location. AC works well. Property mostly as described.

Cleanliness ok. Sheets and bathroom were fine but shelves with unidentified powders on them and 1 dead cockroach. No drying rack for clothes despite requesting this half way through our stay. One of the drinking glasses was a recycled candle holder which was a bit odd. Furnishings a bit tired. Sheets only covered 2/3rds of one of the beds.

παρα την αναβάθμιση σε νυφική σουίτα το δωμάτιο θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία παλιά κάποια έπιπλα λεκιασμενες κουρτίνες και το sofa bed ήταν απλώς καναπές που σημαίνει ότι το τρίκλινο που κλείσαμε ήταν στην ουσία δίκλινο και ζηταγαμε σεντόνια που τραβολογαγαμε για να φτάσουν στον καναπέ.παιδια στα τρίκλινα ΠΑΡΤΕ ΚΑΝΑΠΕ ΚΡΕΒΑΤΙ.επισης πρέπει να ζητήσεις αν θες πετσέτες καθάρισμα δωματίου αλλά το προσωπικό ανταποκρίνεται άμεσα.

The location was very convenient and close to Suria KLCC and the main attractions.

We found cockroaches in the apartment, which was extremely unpleasant. The cleaning service was also very poor. There did not appear to be proper professional cleaners – men would arrive carrying a few cleaning products in suitcases, and the standard of cleaning was not what we expected. The lifts were another major problem. We often waited a very long time and initially couldn’t access other floors. We were eventually given access keys, but the lifts still took ages to arrive. Overall, the cleanliness and lift situation really affected our stay.

La télécommande ne marche pas, l’amabilité des employées est à revoir, un cafard a été retrouvé dans la chambre, l’ascenseur qui prends 10 minutes avant de venir, pas de lessive pour faire la machine

The location and the view from the apartment were very nice.

The was far from a "presidential" suite. Sure, the view was good, but it was dirty, dusty and not clean. There were tangible portions of dust under the sofa, the cabinets, etc.. The parking situation was very bad, either the parking system in the building was broken or the parking cards that I had were not working. Either way, it's very bad, so I don't recommend it for driving. The service and the staff were not that good either. I asked for the apartment to be cleaned at 10AM in the morning, we went outside and we came back at 6PM, the apartment was still not clean and I had to remind them of it and they only came to clean at 7:30PM, by that time we were inside the apartment already and my kids were sleeping, so I told them no need to clean now, useless. Definitely not booking this ever again.

We only stayed one night as a stopover in KL but wanted to see as much as possible. The accommodation location was perfect for this, the check-in was easy and the apartment met all our needs, the view is amazing.

Große Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und genügend Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und auch der Pool war nach anstrengenden Sightseeing-Touren eine gelungene Abkühlung, auch wenn das Wasser schon sehr frisch war und Renovierungsarbeiten die Erholung ein wenig getrübt haben.

Der Empfang der Verwaltungsangestellten war wenig herzlich und professionell. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und könnten eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Das französische Bett lässt alle Federn der Matratze sichtbar und spürbar werden. Die Waschmaschine ist am Gummirand voller Schimmelspuren. Für den Preis würde ich nicht nochmals hier buchen.

Location was nice and central. Very close to the Petronas Towers. The Monorail station Bukit Nanas is close by, plus several places to shop and dine. The bedrooms were lovely and towels/linen good quality. Bathrooms were clean and toiletries provided.

The living room is looking a little tired and unloved. There was a sticker on the ceiling and some broken ornaments. We also thought we had booked a room with a view of the Petronas Towers, but we were on the opposite side. We would stay here again, as none of the issues were deal breakers.

La vue et l’emplacement sont top. L’arrivée est simple et rapide.

Nous avions réservé pour 6 il n’y avait que 5 couchages et 4 serviettes! Nous avons du tout réclamer. L’appartement dit disposer d’une machine à laver mais celle ci ne fonctionnait pas et ils le savaient puisqu’ils n’y avait même pas de séchoir pour mettre à sécher le linge. Ils ont proposer de venir récupérer le linge pour nous le laver, mais celui si a à peine été lavé et était mouillé pas de quoi mettre à sécher. Quand nous avons écrit pas de réponse à ce sujet! Le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement la poussière était bien présente, nous avons retrouvé un portefeuille, de boîtes et des sachets dans les armoires. Le prix ne correspond pas à la qu’ale du logement. La piscine est pas très bien entretenue et on ne peux pas réellement profiter du soleil.

Dovrebbero disinfestare la tubazioni per evitare la.risaluta di sgradevoli ospiti. La piscina sarebbe un idillio, se solo la direzionale mettesse un divieto per i tuffi ai bambini perchè diventa impossibile godersela.

The location is really good. The size of the apartment is good and nice that there is a kitchen as well as a washing machine.

Perfect location for KL representing fantastic value for an entire apartment. Clear and amazing view of Petronas, just like in the advertised photography which is rare for accommodation these days. All in room appliances were working well and had a great washing machine/dryer combo.

Checkin process is super clunky, foyer area was overcrowded with other people trying to checkin to their Airbnbs with limited AC. A lot of confused tourists arriving and no one is too sure where to go or who to meet. Getting out at the make shift reception level and there are multiple rooms serving as checkin rooms. Strange experience but ultimately worth it for the amazing value presented.

Very disappointing experience. The apartment was not in an acceptable condition: we found food remains inside the oven and in a cooking pot, damaged bathroom furniture held together with adhesive tape, and several basic facilities were not working when we arrived. Even worse, before our stay we specifically asked about storing our luggage between two reservations and were told that it could be stored at their office. On the day of check-out, we were suddenly told that they only store luggage for a few hours, leaving us to find an alternative at the last minute. Although the staff eventually helped resolve some of the technical issues, the overall condition, cleanliness and poor communication were unacceptable. We had already booked a second stay with them, but after this experience we cancelled it. I would not stay here again.

The location in the Centre of Kuala Lumpur. Also the appartment itself was decent and clean. The bed was perfect!

The pool on the 53th floor was cold and the view was obstructed due to the fact that the glass walls were dirty. Also the location on the roofs looks really cool on the pictures, in reality it was the atmospheric was disappointing.

Les équipements sont fatigués, des travaux de rafraîchissement sont à prévoir partout dans l’hôtel … salle de sport, piscine, appartement,etc….les ascenseurs sont en panne, on attend pas mal notamment aux heures de pointe.
