Reviewed Aug 29, 2026The facility was exceptionally clean and completely dust-free. It had all the basic necessities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was the noise from the road at night, but that’s beyond the homestay’s control. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Reviewed May 19, 2026I love everything about it. It's felt like a luxury stay. The view was really awesome. Beautiful ocean view. I also love the pool. Then, the place filled with many shop. No need to go anywhere, I can find pretty much all shop there. And of course I enjoy the bar. That what I want 😄
The gym has least equipment. Even dumbell was not available.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026De locatie van het appartement was zeer centraal, dichtbij restaurants, Jesselton ferry point en malls. Zwembad met het uitzicht over de zee was ook een pluspunt. Beheerder van het appartement reageert snel.
Het appartement was erg vies en slecht onderhouden. Dit werd gelukkig snel opgepakt door de beheerder en het appartement werd opnieuw schoongemaakt. Desondanks, de schimmel in de badkamer blijft een punt. Een grondigere schoonmaak is nodig. Het appartement kwam niet overeen met de foto’s en hoge reviews van de advertentie.

Stayed at Luca Suites — overall an average experience. The room rate is quite affordable (around RM150/night), which is a plus. However, there are a few downsides. A RM150 deposit is required during check-in, but the refund process is slow — had to follow up the next day to get it back. Parking is not included and you’ll need to pay separately. The facilities, especially the toilet, were not very clean, and there’s no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. For the price, it’s decent if you just need a short stay, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025La ubicación es buena, hay restaurantes cerca y puedes ir caminando al centro de KK. También lavanderias y algún supermercado 24h. A pesar de ser un megaedificio, es tranquilo, y la piscina es agradable. Camas cómodas.
Disponer de solo una llave para todo el grupo de personas alojadas es incómodo. Falta algún armario para poder ubicar la ropa.

1. The floor was dirty and dusty, and it had not been mopped properly. 2. No wardrobe was provided in the room. 3. The facilities appeared outdated, with multiple cracks on the floor. Although feedback was given to the staff in charge, the issue was only temporarily addressed by placing floor mats over the damaged areas. 4. One of the LED lights in the room was broken. 5. The stool provided in the room was loose and posed a safety risk. 6. The furniture was in poor condition—unclean, lacking proper coverings, and showing signs of mold. 7. Although parking was available, it required an additional fee, which was not clearly stated in advance.

Reviewed May 27, 2025It has everything you need. Good location. Right next to the Pier and shopping malls. Apartment was clean and spacious and has a lot of AC/fans too. The host was easy to reach. Check in and check out process was simple too.
Street noise. I believe there were a few loose windows which allowed all the sounds in the world to come through so it was hard to sleep at night. I think maybe i had the unlucky apartment, im not sure.
