The owners were really nice!!! I got sick after doing some activities and they bought me medicine 🫠

The shower was broken, heater didn’t work and it was really cold. I was also expecting a nice view, but my room’s view is just the neighbor’s roof.

They did provide basic toiletries. We were able to check in early, which was appreciated. The price was low — but honestly, it came at the cost of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet our expectations. • The drinking water provided was boiled rather than sealed bottled water, which led to both of us getting sick. • Pillowcases had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem freshly washed. • The room was quite small — just big enough for a bed and not much else. • The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned: the toilet was a bit dirty, the shower walls had grime, and the general cleanliness was below average. • Reviews mentioned a pleasant fragrance throughout the property, but we didn’t notice any. • No fan or air conditioning in the room, which made it quite stuffy. • Location is fairly far from Da Lat city center, so be prepared to walk or grab transport. • Communication was extremely difficult due to a language barrier. • There are multiple flights of stairs and no lift, so if mobility is an issue, this isn’t the place for you.

The price is too high for what you get. The room was not like in the photos. The location is far from the city centre.

This has been the only place we have not enjoyed staying in Vietnam. The staff were unwelcoming. Wifi did not work and the room was not sound proof at all, the next door neighbour has an over exhuberant rooster that premeditaded sunrise by 2 hours (4am). Also, the reviews on this website appear to be false. However, the mattress was incredibly comfortable and the shower was also very good. Additionally, the lobby aroma was overpowering and unnecessary.

I honestly do not understand the high score this place has (in both Google and Booking). We arrived there after 12 hours in a sleeper bus. We wanted to take a shower and rest a bit before exploring the city. Instead we had to look for another place to stay as the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. The girl was extremely nice and sweet and I feel terrible for putting a bad review because of that, but I don’t want anyone else getting upset and having to leave. To be fair, she did offer a room change or getting the room cleaned again and also to return our money, but at that point we didn’t want to stay there any longer. She didn’t seem to see the dirtiness I was talking about which concerned me a bit. I hope what happened serves them to put more attention on cleaning and improve. As other than that, the property was perfect for the price.
