Everything perfect! The host is very kind and he helps in everything!

Hanoi city centre is pretty cramped, and this homestay is the opposite – gives you plenty of room, with two sizeable floors at your exclusive disposal. Paired with the host's attention to every detail which makes it very homey, this place is nothing short of a gem. An easy 10/10!

Accoglienza, pulizia e tranquillità. Zona centrale ma lontano dal traffico, vicino al mausoleo di Ho Chi Minh.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. L'emplacement est idéal, parfait pour profiter des alentours sans prendre la voiture. La literie est excellente, j'ai très bien dormi. Et le personnel est vraiment top : accueillant, souriant et disponible. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Très calme spacieux et propre. Le propriétaire est super sympa et a plein de propositions si vous lui demandez pour des choses à faire. Frigo micro onde et Clim, petit balcon. Je recommande vraiment

Un peu éloigné du vieux quartier, une vingtaine de minutes à pied mais ça vaut le coup je trouve

The apartment was perfect. It was very well located, in excellent condition, and had everything I needed. It was also a very nice and comfortable apartment. The best part of the stay was the host’s attention and kindness. He stayed attentive to my late arrival at night and waited for me without any problem. He was very kind, and communication was very smooth from beginning to end. I was 100% satisfied with my stay.

Emplacement appréciable car au calme, proche d’un lac et pas très loin du centre Super hôte : flexible, disponible et très arrangeant Appartement confortable (mise à disposition d’un frigo, micro-onde etc)

Le seul petit bémol : pas de lumière naturelle au rez de chaussé dans la pièce de vie mais nous le savions et ce n’est vraiment pas gênant pour quelques jours :)

The apartment is well taken care of and has absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It’s spacious, has a separate area to relaxing, work and sleep. The host is extremely kind and attentive. I would 100% stay again

Spacious and clean apartment. Location sits between West Lake (perfect for sunset viewing) and Hoàn Kiếm Lake (in the middle of the Old Quarter). Proactive and very friendly host. Tip: Ask the host to know where one of the best and authentic bún chả is!

Everting is very clean, organized and all the Little details makes it very cozy and give you the a feeling like you are at home.

Dealt with the owner, excellent communication. I asked him to assist with booking at Maison Sen, he arranged everything and followed up on the booking. Do not be fooled by the alleyway as the accommodation was spotless. The owner explained everything about the homestay, the area, the laundry, etc. He was respectful (he called us the grandparents), and nothing was too much for him. The area is just outside the old quarter, which is a godsend as the pollution levels are less. Will definitely 💯 will be back.

A lovely spacious appartment. The shower was really warm and even had infrared lamps. It was nice to have a couch and a tv, and a fridge to store our breakfast. It is in a quiet back alley, but once you hit the streets it's in a lovely neighborhood. Good place to wind down after the busy streets of Hanoi.

The accommodation is perfectly located, felt like home ! We had an amazing time and the host was extremely helpful - he arranged taxis for us and was willing to answer any questions we had. We will come back!

Nice & very clean, 2-storey "apartment", although it did not have many things needed to be a true apartment. It is close to all amenities. Grab will deliver there. Owner is very helpful & attentive.

CONSTRUCTION ZONE!! Pile-driving, drilling & banging 24/7 for most of my week long stay! Owner tried to tell me the banging doesn't occur at night, but I can assure you, it did! Walls are paper thin, I could hear conversations, the sound of slippers on the floor as the neighbours walked around, the clink of a spoon in their coffe cup, the sneezes, the coughs, and the horking! Yes, horking! I got zero sleep most nights, and got very ill towards the end of my week long stay due to exhaustion and stress on my body. There are no tables or "work" space to prepare food. The only sink is in the bathroom, so washing dishes was a challenge. Smells from the alley were nauseating at times. Nightly visitors on the balcony, so if you can't handle being around rats, you won't do well outside.

Great location, very kind staff, and great for your first stay in Hanoi!

The bed was a bit stiff but still comfortable for sleep. The AC worked but only made the room a tad bit colder.

Clean!! 2 story apartment with a small lovely balcony to sit. The couch was a big plus for us, big TV and in the bedroom airco. Big fridge, good wifi, friendly host. Would definitely return here.

The place is so well designed, with an amazing location close to the lake, many coffee shops and restaurants nearby, the host is going above and beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay.

Very short ally to get to the place is a bit dirty but thats outside of the owner control. The place is designed for longer stay, with all amnesties needed.

Had a dehumidifier and good air con and netflix. Bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Host was very friendly as well.

You had to hold the shower head. Be good if the holder pointed the head downwards.
