Some less harsh lighting in the living/ dining area, perhaps some floor or table lights, would be good as the downlights and wall lights are very bright.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Parking place is really very narrow. Bed linen and towels had an ugly musty smell like they were washed 2 months earlier and not dried properly. One of towels had stains, I prefer not to imagine source of them. And we got an impression that this room hasn't been ventilated for very long, so the air in there was unfresh and unpleasant. Happy to stay there just for 1 night, not longer

Reviewed Dec 13, 2024Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Well equipped with lots of thoughtful little touches around the place that made it feel special. It was so peaceful and the bed was so comfortable I overslept! There's a lovely little courtyard area outside the door. I really liked the helpful notices giving directions to the unit.
The parking space is a little tight (I was in a Rav4) so take it slowly. I did ok the first time but not so well when I came back in the dark :-(

I could hear the upstairs tenants while I was at the accomodation. I also felt my privacy was easily interrupted by others being able to see directly into the accomodation (someone was in the backyard shortly after I arrived and could see straight into the lounge/dining/kitchen areas)

Reviewed Mar 25, 2024Location perfect, very peaceful with native bush outlook. Chooks & Pukaki's in garden.Really good location for our needs.Clean & spacious accomodation with comfortable lounge & Dining chairs with tasteful decor and great amenities.
Wi Fi doesn't work with Apple Devices such as Laptop & iPad but worked with Samsung Phone. Very tight parking space - glad we didn't bring a larger vehicle! Our Nissan Juke only just able to back out with no turn around space at bottom of driveway.

Parking was a bit tight but other than that it was a lovely stay!
