LE RÊVE DE NAIM Firenze

The staff were so kind and they suggested nearby restaurants. Ditta Artiginale was close and we frequented it.

We have no complaints.

its ok, doesn't have a restaurant is just a pretentious place to stay

Room size

Price and amenities are located on the floor. Bath shampoo. Shower gel and conditioner bottles are on the floor. Imagen every time u want to use it, u have to lay down to get them. After informing the hotel, they said they can't do anything. I have back pain. Am looking for my money back.

Location, 10mins walk down the river into Florence, or less if you take the roads behind towards the Duomo. Its clean. modern, stylish, new decor with an enormous and very comfortable bed with excellent quality linens and towels. We loved our roof terrace in Apt 9 - we could have coffee there in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening. This apt also had multiple rooms which felt spacious as we were there for 3 nights, so ideal for longer stays.

Only downside was the temperature as we visited in Oct and Italian law dictates the heating could not yet be put on. They kindly gave us an extra quilt which was sufficient but wish we had done our research and brought some warmer lounge clothes in which to sit inside. Maybe providing a blanket on the coach, or towelling robes would have made it more comfortable. They change the very lovely towels every day to prevent you having damp towels ( as towel warmer also not on), which helped but if you shower more than once a day- which we tend to, may still be a problem.

The location is excellent for walking to the main Florentine attractions and the hotel has its own parking (though it did add to the cost). The room was actually a suite (unexpected) and was very spacious. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

There were roadworks going on right under our window, which made it harder to sleep. Annoying, but not a deal breaker.

Mauvaise isolation phonique. Pas compatible avec 4 étoiles!

The hotel is sort of on the "outskirts" of the city, but Florence is small so the main attractions are within walking distance. Alex was very helpful

Parking was difficult... only 4 spots in the "lot". Spartan furnishings in some rooms.

Lokalizacja i personel

Układ apartamentu - za dużo małych pokoików. Brak śniadania.

The small hotel is very nice and conveniently located just outside of the crowded area with available parking which is big thing in Florence! But what makes this hotel special are definitely the people work there. They will go above and beyond to help you with your needs or just to make you feel comfortable! Thank you Silvia and the whole staff for making our stay very enjoyable!

It was comfortable and located a bit further from the busy center but close enough to just go walking everywhere. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Great location. Beautiful interior. Big space. Helpful staff.

I would like to have a soap and towel racks in the bathroom on my next visit.

Super friendly staff

The staff member were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good and pretty close by walk to all the attractions in Florence. No problem with parking, I had a reserved spot in internal hotel parking (20 euro / night).

My room was pretty dark with very small window.

The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, the accommodations were really good and included snacks and drinks. Small parking area but it was sufficient for our needs. Overall we were very satisfied.

There was construction outside on the street and we had a hard time finding the way into the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault and out of their control. Just that may had been helpful to know or better signage during construction.

Beautiful hotel staff were amazing

It was a really nice and spacious apartment, we liked it but I have to admit we didn't realise it was about 20-30 minutes walk from the city center with not much nearby. That is why the price is competitive for such a huge apartment. Other than that, we liked the apartment and the service staff were very friendly.

Larger rooms, a short walk from downtown area.

Amazing value for the price you pay. Interior, staff, cleanliness - everything was great.

Location was great.

Rooms are too small. Single toilet and shower for family room.

Posizione

Assenza di colazione

Air conditioning great. 2 separate bedrooms!

Nothing. Roadworks outside annoying but not their fault.

It was spacious, clean all round and close to the center. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. I enjoyed my stay, would definitely visit again!

Nothing. It was excellent

Nice and clean room in easy walking distance along the river (1.2km) to Ponte Vecchio. Good area. Friedly and helpful staff. AC, coffee machine, fridge, hot iron, etc. Parking for small extra fee possible. All good. We would book again.

No complaint at all — just for your information: We booked the cheaper room, which did have a window, but essentially no view. We kept the blinds closed, which made the room feel a bit dark, but that was perfectly fine since we were out exploring all day anyway.

A cosy stay! We stayed in one of the suites overlooking the river and the room was very well decorated and looked after. The staff were very helpful, especially Alex who was very friendly and gave us a few places to eat. Everything was very clean and organised! Excellent location about 10 mins walk from the monuments! We recommend it!

Great location . Safe and secure parking possible to be booked . Staff were so incredibly helpful. Facilities were great . So clean . We were offered a coffee as soon as we arrived which was lovely . We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go . A very large room and lounge area

Nice rooms. We arrived with a car so the location of the hotel was perfect since it and its parking is just outside of the ZTL zones. Close to walk to everything.

Beautiful and well located

Absolutely beautiful rooms , great locations

Grande chambre propre calme

Un peu loin de centre

Cleanliness, decor, hygiene. Most amazing size of rooms. Friendly staff. This hotel is a class apart.

Nothing I can think off.

Comfy bed, nice shower, minibar included in the price. My room was incredibly spacious and quiet.

The checking process was extremly easy. The staff was friendly and the facilities were relatively modern.

The light in the bathroom was not working well. The layout in the bathroom was strange and you had to go over the toilet to get to the shower. It is a bot far off the town center, relative to the price paid.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Oda tertemiz ve konforlu. Konum gayet iyi her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Tam puan veriyorum :)

Staff was phenomenal.

I booked this hotel for my two daughters. The staff were delightful and took very good care of them. Water and snacks provided, very helpful with travel questions and always around to help!

They had zero complaints.

Personnel accueillant Grande suite Proximité du centre ville

the place is newly furnished its very beautiful and location is good. staff are friendly.

the noises on the streets were very clear in the room couldn’t sleep well the whole stay. the shower room (in the family suite) has clear door which was weird honestly since its 1 shower and 2 rooms. the living room is very small and is more like a kitchen/wardrobe not to sit and chill.

The bonus sitting room was wonderful. We liked the large bathroom. Great location- we walked to all the big attractions in Florence. Sylvia was wonderful!
