Location near lake is perfect. All shops and malls are very close to apartments. Bathroom are amazing!

High humidity and wet. Clothes became always little bit wet in the room.

After 9 days in Vietnam, this was by far the worst accommodation we stayed at. We booked the room mainly because it had a washing machine, but we ended up not using it because the detergent compartments were full of mold. Also, the room was extremely dirty. The only cleaning they seem to do is changing the bed sheets. Also, we paid by card and were charged extra because we ended up covering the transaction fee ourselves. This did not happen at any of the previous accommodations we stayed at.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and were proactive in taking care of issues without even needing to be asked. Excellent 👍🏻

We were not in this place. It had a water leak so we were in another hotel.

The couch was terrible. Everything else was good

i was there for two months and a half and the flat was very clean. the staff are very responsive. there’s a cleaning lady who cleans the flat 3 times per week.

Good location and good use of space with elevated bed area, large wardrobe, kitchen and bathroom. I couldn't get the aircon to work and had trouble understanding the self check-in, but got help via WhatsApp. Price is good, so probably again soon.

Really homely apartment, decor and lighting where on point. And the staff where very attentive and kind. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi

Staff and location were great. Takes 1 min to a nice Japanese grocery store. Lots of cafes around the area, also. The room was spacious enough for 1 person and bed was very comfortable.

It was a very stylish and professional apartment. It had everything we needed. Quiet area off the main road. Staff were super helpful and very friendly.

I like the location and the friendliness of the landlord.

The wifi was kinda slow, and there were no handsoap.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I liked that it was away from the usual tourist hotspots and there is a great little bakery nearby. There is a supermarket that is conveniently close by.

It was difficult for grab drivers/riders to find the apartment at times, but otherwise not a big deal.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was amazing, especially the shower with hot water and the heated toilet seat!

The location is in a small japanese town so it’s not close to a near city center but u can go everywhere with a grab/xanh!

Lady from reception was always on the hand, Room was pretty well equipped.

The room was excellent, had everything i needed. Small but very comfortable. Liked the design.

I had to wait outside around 20 minutes, and had no answer when i try to contact the host. The bathtub drain push and pull didn't work properly.

In the apartment I really liked everything. It was clean, good sized and clever organized. Felt like a second home for the week I lived there.

Super comfy bed and sheets, japanese toilet and nice little kitchen. Overall awesome little studio for people stopping in Hanoi.
