宿からの景色が良い ご飯が美味しい 宿のオーナーが優しい。バスチケット手配してくれて、乗るところまで送ってくれた。

どこに行くにも便利です。ベッドは広く、ベッドサイドのセキュリティボックスは便利で、ベッド下の収納はスーツケースがそのまま入ります。 スタッフも頼りになり、4年前にハノイに来た時の好印象があり、今回もお世話になりました。そしてそれは間違いではありませんでした。

下水の臭いなのか、ずっと部屋の中に悪臭が漂ってました…。あと、夜中でも電話されていた方もいました。コレ自体は評価には影響させてませんが、そういう場合もあるということで。

I had such a fantastic time at Hanoi City Backpackers Hostel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They are genuinely friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to help me with directions and local recommendations. The location is absolutely perfect. It sits right in the heart of the Old Quarter, meaning you can easily walk to all the main attractions, night markets, and street food spots without needing a taxi. For the price you pay, the value for money is unbeatable. The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is social, and it's the perfect base for exploring the city. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Vietnam—this hostel is a must-try!

Posizione ottimale

La stanza era piuttosto piccola considerando che è pensata per ospitare otto persone con quattro letti matrimoniali. Gli spazi risultavano quindi un po’ sacrificati. Il bagno in camera era discretamente pulito, anche se le lenzuola non erano impeccabili. Nel complesso, una sistemazione nella media, ma con margini di miglioramento soprattutto per quanto riguarda gli spazi e la pulizia della biancheria.

Todo bien, eran habitaciones compartidas pero calidad precio muy bien para mi, también me olvidé unos auriculares en mi habitación cuando nos fuimos a ver el país durante 20 días, y me los guardaron, pude recogerlos el día antes de volver a España, muy buenas personas un placer

El recepcionista fue bastante maleducado, cuando dije que pagaria con tarjeta, me dijo que se añadia un 4% (cuando todos los lugares cobran 3%) y cuando marco el precio final en el efpos yo no podia ver el monto. Me dijo que yo no necesitaba ver. Tuve que insistir y aun asi fue mas del 4%. Luego de eso me revoleo mi pasaporte sobre la mesa

Konumu çok iyiydi, şehir merkezinin tam içerisindeydi. 4 kişilik yatakhanede kaldım ve yataklar geniş ve rahattı. Yatağın yanında priz bulunması oldukça kullanışlıydı. Klima sürekli çalışıyordu ve banyoda su basıncı iyiydi. Duş jeli, şampuan ve kişisel havlu sağlanıyordu. Ayrıca hostel Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa ve Ninh Binh turlarının ayarlanmasına da yardımcı oluyordu.

Üçüncü kata çıkan merdivenler oldukça dikti ve kullanması yorucuydu. Personel de biraz mesafeliydi ve iletişimleri çok güçlü değildi. Kahvaltı sadece belirlenen kahvaltı saatlerinde veriliyordu; bu saatler geçtikten sonra kahvaltı yapmak mümkün değildi.

I liked the location. It’s close to everything you need.

I didn’t like that the staff don’t inform their guests to be considerate of other guests who are tying to sleep or who are sleeping. My roommates for 3 days were 2 Indians! They were very noisy! They were talking on their phone at non-stop even at 2:00 AM! They were also messy! They threw their trash and tissues on the floor! Ridiculous! So my 3 days of stay was zombie mode! My suggestions are, print out your rules and post them in the rooms. So guests are reminded to be respectful of others.

The staff on-site is very friendly and ensures only people staying at the hostel are going up the stairs. The rooms are rather basic, but for the price/ngiht it’s hard to complain. Free breakfast is also offered. There are sizable lockable storage spaces under the beds, power outlets at each bed space, and privacy curtains. The location of the hostel is really great. It’s so close to everything in the old quarter. The street is relatively quiet, has a circle k a few doors down, and a good atm across the street. It is not the most social hostel, so I’d recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep after doing activities all day.

You can’t control the ac in the room, so if you are a hot sleeping you might find it uncomfortable.

Peu de choix au petit déjeuner

Love the beds here! They're comfy and the biggest beds I've ever seen in a hostel. The room was also more spacious (more floor space) relative to other hostels I've been in. A/C works well. Breakfast was made to order. Location is super central and convenient to get to a lot of places to eat, walk around/sightsee, bars, etc. Staff was also super friendly. I had to ask them to help me out a few times, and they were more than happy to help each time! Overall, I think it's a great value for the price!

Best place to stay

Posizione centrale e comodo per un soggiorno di una notte o per chi vuole risparmiare. Letto comodo con piccolo armadietto con chiave. Colazione inclusa ma veramente misera ( abbiamo richiesto una fetta di pane con marmellata poichè servivano toast con uova o burro, una banana e caffè).

Il bagno condiviso nella camera dormitorio era all'interno della stanza e non aveva finestra ed era sempre occupato essendo una camera dormitorio con 8 persone ( 2 bunk beds con letto matrimoniale). La doccia non ha un piano doccia con scolo per cui ogni volta che una persona si lava, allaga tutto il bagno. Non vi sono piani dove appoggiare le cose ed essendo un bagno condiviso interno alla camera era sempre bagnato e sporco. I locker per le valigie o zaini sono sotto il letto a castello che viene sempre coperto dalla tenda del letto sopra, per cui per prendere le proprie cose bisognava spostare la tenda del letto di un altro ospite.

E perto de tudo, a Mai nos auxilia nos passeios no que escolher com base no tempo que temos. O Cafe da manhã e simples porém é gostoso e satisfaz.

Partager une chambre de couple avec 3 autres couples une horreur, aucun respect, les lits une horreur, la propreté une horreur, rien n’allez juste le personnel très sympathique

Very good value for money, located in the center of the old quarter and its very near to restaurants and attractions.Breakfast is good.Also they offer tours to Ha long bay and other nearby places. Highly recommended this hostel .

The best hostel

A localização é realmente muito boa, próxima da agitação de Hanói, com mercados próximos, restaurantes e toda a vida caótica acontecendo rs O café da manhã estava ok. Os funcionários não foram tão receptivos, mas no meu ultimo dia antes de ir embora fui bem atendida rs O wifi era muito bom e disponível no prédio todo.

A limpeza pode com certeza melhorar. Assim como a dedetização e desinfeção. Vi barata no banheiro do quarto e rato andando pelo hostel próximo a cozinha.

Reservamos el ha giang loop (nos dieron una noche gratis al terminar) y algunos autobuses con ellos. Muy satisfechos

The breakfast was a simple toast and egg which I am not complaining given the overall price. The bed was enough for resting. However, I arrived after midnight and was given a room number and bed number. I was unable to locate the bed as the other guests were already sleeping and it was dark. But I don't think there were identifiers on the bed or it could just be because it was late and it was dark in the room. I just went to stay in the bed that does not have a closed curtain

The room I stayed in was nice. It's bright, clean, comfy, and big. The private bathroom is clean and very good as well. The staff was really helpful and always there whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast was okay, and they helped clean my room and changed my sheets. The location is good as well, perfect for people who love to walk like me.

I was thinking of extending my stay, but I had to leave solely because of the poor internet connection in my room. I wasn't able to work properly during my stay, and I didn't like it. They would just reset the modem, but it didn't help speed up the connection. The TV wasn't working as well, which wasn't a big deal, but the WiFi connection was really bad, and that kinda broke the deal.

AC is cool, room, bed, and bathroom is clean. The hostel is in the center of Old Quarter and is close to most of the attractions, restaurants, cafes, or clubs.

Staff were lovely and it’s located directly in the old quarter with so many amazing food and shopping spots surrounding it. We were so happy in old quarter we didn’t we spent our whole stay just exploring around the hostel. There is also a good amount of privacy as you get curtains and charging points for each bed, and everyone who stayed in our room was very lovely

It was not the cleanest, particularly the bathroom and extremely loud as the city below always has things going on, still a very good stay I would recommend for anyone on a budget or looking to meet new people

We were upgraded on arrival to the other hostel location which meant we had an elevator and aircon. Fantastic location, close to train street & the lake, but also slightly tucked away so food nearby was cheaper/ more local. Clean, comfortable bed and room made-up daily. Would stay again!

Top Lage und sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Mai hat für uns die Buchung vom Ha Giang Loop und der Lan Ha Bay übernommen. Beides war eine unglaubliche Erfahrung und so war die Buchung sehr einfach!
