Right around the block you have a supermarket, ATM, Bakery (Athens Bakery), right under the building there is a nice restaurant in the corner. The place itself is nice. AC, balcony, clean, modern. Overall great place. Would stay here again

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Clean and modern. Comfortable stay. 30 minute walk to the main attractions at a great price. Some nice little shops and restaurants nearby. The host is lovely to deal with.
Not much space in the room and the surrounding area did not give the best first impression of the city, as it was full of graffiti and boarded up businesses, although it did feel safe. A short walk towards the centre showed some much nicer areas. The desk is not manned so all communication is digital.

We called the owner and were given another room immediately which was so much better, had no weird smell. This was much appreciated. it's a contactless hotel which makes the check-in very easy. There is AC and water provided.
The first room we had been given was quite dark and we couldnt figure out how to open the window. Second room was better and had a big window.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Habitación más grande de la media con instalaciones muy buenas: la cama era súper cómoda, el jacuzzi estaba ya encendido y preparado para usar. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Dejaron un vino blanco de buena calidad, botellas de agua, saquitos de té y había cafetera Nespresso y calentador de agua. El baño impecable también y un balcón grande con una mesa y dos sillas. Había una TV grande de pantalla plana, ideal para ver los partidos del mundial 👌 La ubicación también excelente, en el barrio de Kolonaki, uno de los más exclusivos de la ciudad. Llegué tarde a la noche y la dueña no estaba, pero me guió por teléfono y fue muy fácil poder hacer el check-in. Volvería!

La chambre était assez sombre et éclairage insuffisant pour y travailler. Pas de bureau pour travailler.

O quarto onde ficamos era num nível baixo e por isso ouvia se bastante barulho da rua. Para além disso, esteve a noite toda a ouvir se o barulho dos pingos do ar condicionado na rua, o que se tornou um pouco incomodo. Em relação ao quarto em si, algumas partes do chão estavam levantadas e algumas tomadas soltas da parede

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und kleine Fenster öffnen sich nur zu einem Innenhof.

The only huge negative was the poor lighting. It was mood lighting everywhere including the bathroom …you couldn’t see anything anywhere.
