I had a horrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, the reception did not have the keys, and the owner kept delaying, saying she needed to confirm with her son which apartment we should be allocated. After waiting for more than three hours, I still didn't have a place to sleep. She finally admitted the place had been double booked and refunded me. By then, it was late in the evening, and I had to scramble to find another place to sleep for the night. This was stressful, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Guests should never be left stranded without accommodation, especially after confirming a reservation. I strongly urge Booking.com to review this property’s practices to prevent other travelers from going through the same ordeal.

The location and staff were lovely

My room the towels were old and worn out, no aircon , a heater that barely heats, no lotions and limited towels. One pedestal looks like it’s about to fall. There’s work needed to be done in that room. Not one of the best hotels I’ve been in Sandton to be honest. Disappointed

There was a bit of a delay at the reception. Not entirely a hotel mistake, but it was because I found that while at the reception that I should have responded to a question on the App before coming to the hotel.

The room I stayed in for 2 days I think it's 517 the best aaai 615 I had no choice but to sleep

Furniture at 615 it's worn out , old microwave, there is no plug next to the bed you have to wake up and go and sit to charge 😑

Seamless check in process. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay. Beautifully curated space and spotless too. Host was very attentive and kind, even went as far as to arrange an airport pick up. Overall enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.

The plates, glasses and cups were placed to far away. You have to be 7 foot plus to access it.

On checking in at about 3pm, I nearly got shocked when I found the room slightly open only to find out that the room was not ready. I had to wait for the cleaner to finish checking the room whilst I was there. She started taking photos inside the room and I guess that was supposed to be done before I arrived because it gave a message that maybe I was going to steal. Unfortunately, this was my very first experience, and I travel a lot.

The entire floor of the building literally smelt like weed the entire night and morning - that was the only downside of staying at the apartment

The location is good

No cutlery, carpet was dirty, shower floor was dirty. The kitchen cupboards were filled with empty water bottles and trash. That the cleaner could have. Easily thrown away.

The place was nice and the restaurant had amazing food and the outdoor vibes by the restaurant was amazing

we came an hour before check in and asked to check in earlier they didn’t allow us too which was understandable, we asked the receptionist for a place to put our bags she said we can’t leave them in a rude manner, the waiter helped us out at the restaurant for a place to put our bags, when it was time for check in we went to fetch the key and the receptionist made us wait another hour cause apparently the room was still being cleaned.

I liked the location and that the room was clean.

Maybe the set up of the room. Maybe it was me who couldn't swivel the TV but would be nice if you could watch the Tele without being on the bed for a direct angle. Also the glass side table being the only other table available outside of the one counter that runs parallel to the TV wall might not be the most comfortable one to eat on. Outside of that it's a cozy apartment space.

The location was great, especially that there is a well equipped restaurant within the building.

I loved the fact that everywhere was neat and everything functioned properly. My room was just so amazing with all the essential items in it. The location was on point too.

i liked the appartment decir. i liked the washing machine provided, and the soaps abdvtowels provided for bathroom use. I love having the Codfather restaurant right downstairs. I like having Benmore's 6 min walk down the street

the cardio equipment in thr gym are cheap and never works. they re just there for decorations. hopefully they will replace with quality treadmills and elliptical machines.
