Please remember to take pillows. Blanket and everything you need . The pillows and bedding were horrible . Very very bad .disgusting

The check in was seamless, love the fact that we had to use our face ID to get in and go out of the property without any hassle. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Cutlery is very limited but for 2 people we can manage, an addition to what's already there would be better.

Very secure property with 24 hour security at the entrance who were polite & friendly.. Apartment itself was very spacious, bright, clean and had great views to the northern city suburbs.. Confortable bed and a seemingly never ending supply of hot water.. Good value for money..

There were some minor maintenence issues upon arrival however the host resolved these as quickly as they could.. If they had been reported by the previous guests I am confident they would have been attended to before my arrival..

Beautiful well appointment

Dealing with someone in the States which you can't call. Though their response wasn't bad at all. I just had to wait longer for authorisation of being allowed to leave bag..😭

It was very nice and easy to access

I did not like that I can stay for a week without change of sheets and towels at least should have told me all this when booking . Even if I wanted to wash for myself and all . No hoover yet there is a carpet in the bedroom yet you only do light cleaning . This needs to change also the security needs to see if one has access as the choice of words of one security guard was not good at all as he treated me like a thief .

Então, enviamos todos os documentos necessários com antecedência para fazerem o cadastro , mas chegamos no local e ficamos esperando por mais de uma hora para ser liberado. A alegação foi falta de acesso ao sistema. Quanto ao apartamento , nada que desabone, o apartamento é amplo, limpo, bem localizado, seguro e confortável. Porém, seguem algumas sugestões. Verificar sistema com antecedência para deixar organizado para o hóspede, Cozinha escura ( lâmpadas queimadas) , esponja para fazer higienização da cozinha durante o uso, informações no apartamento ( informativo impresso) sobre o local do descarte do lixo, comunicação prévia ao usuário de que o apartamento tem serviço de limpeza durante a estadia. Foi um conforto a mais. Mas não tínhamos conhecimento. No mais, foi muito bom! Grata.

This by far is one of my favorite apartments to stay in. Perfectly furnished. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped in the kitchen and if one needs anything we are accommodated with anything short

The washing machine needs servicing it’s very noisy during the washing process. The microwave oven is not the easiest to use.

Easy checkin, convenient and safe

Extremely poor customer service. I arrived at 11pm and was only able to check in at 8AM the following day. The customer service team was unable to respond to my calls and messages throughout the entire evening. I waited in the cold for about 11 hours before I could check in.

Been here few times and I love it here since it’s close to Everything.

1. The house keeping stuff don't change towels and sheets, they just do touch ups (not even basic cleaning). 2. It's noisy - there are some permanent residents who live there permanently. They are always making noise.

We will definitely stay here again, the place was beautiful and modern, with stunning artwork. Very comfortable beds and huge bathrooms. Very convenient location close to Sandton Convention Centre.

Hydro Park has been my go to apartments given the proximity of my other locations when in joburg and security process.

The cleaners need to pay attention to detail, curtains need to be washed, carpet needs to be clean, shower and toilet do need to fixed. When the cleaners come in the morning to clean, they need to communicate well and not just storm into the house when we still packing up and just pace up without allowing us to quickly finish off and vacate.

Absolutely everything was incredible. Seriously I loved staying at this place. Just lovely and I will certainly come back. The staff were fantastic too. Great location. Great security. Room was lovely and warm. Great value for money.

It is safe, clean and exactly like in the pictures. A good value for money. They provided quick cleaning service and WiFi, Netflix..

Very bad hospitality and very rude host and staff. Unclean apartment. A real waste of money and time. They have no decency or respect for guests. If there was a MINUS rating then I would have given it a -1 rating. There are hundreds of better properties in the same area. There were several guests there that were dissatisfied, at the same time as us. These people have no consideration for others nor do they value human beings. Its all about just getting the payment. Their rules are bullshit and they are cheats. They are cheapskate. Their business should be shut down in my opinion.

They force you to buy electricity. This is completely unacceptable. Read all the other reviews with the same comments. The apartment name is misleading and purposefully hides this electricity issue. This is not normal for South Africa. I made every effort to contact letting agent, they refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Look for better options in Sandton. There many.

The location

The towels were damp and there is maintenance required. There is a persistent marijuana smell on the 12th floor where the unit is located. Very rowdy neighbours. Not a safe environment

I liked that the location of the Apartment ,the places we went too were so close to the place.The view of the Apartment was amazing .The place was just beautiful.

I didnt like that we found some cockroaches in the Kitchen upon arrival and later we even found some cockroaches in the bathroom.The air conditioner was not working properly and the place is very cold.

The whole experience. I tried to change the room and i was unsuccessful at that. Had i known that a discount gets you a trash room, i wouldn've been sure to do what was required. The hosetaway, also trash and full of nonsense texts. There was a room available online in real time and I was told there are no more rooms available. Blatant lie false advertising and I left the key after viewing the trash room.

Great location

We stayed for 3 nights and the fridge wasn’t working the whole time. We had to throw away a lot of food. The TV remote had dead batteries. No AC in the room and it was freezing. The toaster was very dirty.

I like the small apartment, felt like home

The electricity went off for about 2 hours at night, I was confused because they have a generator, unless they really don't. The following morning there was no water at all so I couldn't shower but they had water bottles that I used for the toilet. The place looks too nice to be going through all these things honestly.

The property is safe and close to all amenities i.e. Sandton City, Hyde Park Mall, surrounding by great restaurants and Uber is within less than 4min

Check in was not easy as they couldn’t find my details on their system. Electricity switched off for 4hrs even after I purchased the electric and added pin no one was fixing the issue, I kept being told to contact the owner. The electricity thing was a huge turn off for me as my phone battery was only left with 2% and for almost 5hrs the issue could not be resolved.

Our iron didn’t work, the bottle opener is broken but these are minor things that the owner can sort out.

Everything, it was my second time there.

1. Really Spacious Apartment 2. Exactly what we saw on pictures. It’s really value for money. 3. In a great location. 4. Other occupants welcoming and offers their assistance when meeting on the basement, elevators & hallways

1. Malfunctioning Aircon, during winter they should always be checked if they are fully functional 2. Cockroaches by the kitchen area, they need to fumigate. 3. Bio matrix by the parking entrance/exit were giving me a hard time, every time I had to wait for the facility guard to come open for us. 4. Cleaning staff seem to be overwhelmed, they just browse through, not thoroughly cleaning. Some drinks caps, tiny papers and droppings that we found when we checked in were still there after our second night of stay there.

The apartment is good(room 106), you find it clean and neat and security is good, with very helpful security personnel.

The apartment doesn't have a heating system or even an aircon and it was really cold. The cleaning team, even though they come, the don't actually clean the floor, make beds or clean the bathrooms. On all the days I spent there, they just move one or two things around but don't clean
