The location is extremely disadvantageous. Someone without a nice car would be in great difficulty. The approach is very difficult when you are meeting another vehicle and the road is extremely steep.

The place is very quiet. The staffs are approachable and accommodating.

What a lovely house.. more than I expected we loved our stay..beautiful comfortable bed and great kitchen. For me it was a 10 out of 10 I will be back for sure... many thanks

Everything great for me

No water heater in the bathroom

The house is spacious and is well equipped with everything you need in a home.

It's a new construction so taxi drivers sometimes gets confused about it's location.

The property is clean and comfortable but for me it’s too far from the city proper.

What I didn’t like, there was no chopping board. 😁

Large and comfortable beds. Entire house is clean. Although they should consider repainting the 2nd floor front room ceiling and other walls has crack and some noticeable mold in the ceiling.

Internet is slow. TV is also slow. Bathroom rack in the 2nd floor is rusty. They should replace it. Place is not that reachable and so steep to walk.

Pls maje the H2O heater functional.

La ubicación era bastante buena y estaba en una rea tranquila. El alojamiento estaba limpio y las 2 habitaciones son bastante amplias y generosas.

Existe un ruido constante (como de 1 ascensor) que aunque no impide el sueño si es algo molesto ya que es constante.

If you don’t have car, it is hard to book grab/taxi to go to places because of the location.

Faulty water heater, water supply disruption, tv remote in the bed room didn't have batteries.

This review is to inform potential guests about the road conditions leading to this accommodation. My family and I did not actually stay in the unit because we were unprepared for how extremely steep the road was going to the property. The incline was so steep that we found ourselves praying while driving up — it honestly felt like a roller coaster ride, and we were afraid our car might roll backward at any moment. To be completely honest, I thought we might not make it safely that day. The road is also very narrow, and the location is quite far from the main attractions. Because of these safety concerns, we decided to book another accommodation on the same day instead of taking the risk. I can’t comment on the cleanliness or condition of the actual unit, but I strongly advise future guests to be prepared for the very steep and challenging access road before booking.

Quiet location on an elevated site with cheap transport to Bagio City, any requests were done by the manager, very clean with good cooking facilities, totally happy with the stay and hope to book again in the future, Thanks Anthony

I’ve read some comments saying that the location is far from Session Road, but that wasn’t a problem for us because there’s a jeepney terminal right at the corner (“kanto”) of the area. We rode the jeepney a few times, and Grab was also very accessible and easy to book from the house to anywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean, and we had a fun and comfortable stay :) Thank you so much to the caretaker and the owner!

The unit was clean, comfortable and exceptional 👌. The owner abruptly responded to all of our requests. Definitely coming back.

Nothing, it's all good

The space, bedroom, kitchen and the parking.

The lack of ventilation on bathroom downstairs and kitchen specially on a Baguio damp weather condition. Maybe a humidifier is better than electric fan which can be noisy. Or a small window opening at the back area for fresh air.

Its a beautiful house

shower heater upstairs is defective, keeps on shutting down while i was taking a bath and there was no water the next morning, we end up using their jags of drinking water

Big and spacious.

The place is not very clean and is dim, especially the toilet areas, which are poorly lit. The sofa also has a bad smell as well.

I like the house, the kitchen and bedroom, there's a lot of cupboards and 2 toilets

The location of the property is not good for our knee, we couldn't walk around the property. It's so up the hill. There's no washing machine and dryer. Also there's a clogged in upstairs bathroom

The house was comfortable, modern and clean.

The location is poor and it's almost impossible to get a taxi. No facilities locally. Baguio is close to impossible to park a car in. Even the SM car park is constantly full. Take some advice, get somewhere closer to the centre.

Exceptional place! It comfortably accommodates a group of six, offering ample space for everyone. The host is exceptionally attentive and kind, ensuring a wonderful stay. You can request an early check-in for 250Php per hour.

The only downside is the location. Without a car, the house is on a very steep street, making it quite a climb. Additionally, Grab Car services are very limited in the area. I suggest that you bring/rent a car.

Its very spacious especially for 5-6pax. It has the amenities that you need for a short stay. In a quiet side of baguio City

Its away from the city center so once you're in the house, it discourages you from going out. Its in asin road so expect steep roads (scary for non Baguio residents). and my main issue is the cleanliness. at first glance you wont notice until you get allergies. make sure to clean the dish rack and plates and utensils before using. The rack has those black blots, easy to clean though

The place is very nice and clean. One of the best airbnb that we've stayed. Definitely will come back if given a chance to visit Baguio.

The barking of the dogs from the neighborhood. Other than that, everything else is good.
