The place is clean with a very nice view. Also the staffs are friendly and helpful.

I did find 2 cockroaches inside the cabinets.

Owner is responsive to personal requests. I like that they have Karaoke, gym, hot shower and a nice mountain view.

my partner just don’t like the barking dogs from the neighbors.

The amenities and the property itself was spectacular! Everything needed were there.

It’s a great location (quiet, clean etc) for people with cars but unfortunately not for commuters.

We arrived late 1am.. later than the expected time but the Staff is very accommodating and welcoming us on arrival. The property is clean and good size for my whole family.

Clean, secured, nearby attractions if you have car 5-20minutes away depends on traffic. 100-150 taxi fare | 200 grab fare. Staffs are good and always there if you need something. Perfect view at night and even on days.

Dogs barking at midnight. Its not in their place but the unit is uphill the dogs from below/other places you can hear them.

If you like a relaxing vacation that is out of the way from the center of all the bustle of Baguio City but is not so far from all the touristy places you will love this place. The staff are great!😊

Not that we didnt like it but it is out of the way from nearby restaurants. But we did enjoy buying local produce and cooking them. Eating and having coffee just watching the view had been great.

There is only one Toilet and bathroom in the unit. Inconvenient if 6 or more people are staying.

The place is wonderful with great views and attentive and friendly staffs. There are even adorable and friendly dogs (They will keep these adorable dogs inside their staff room first to ensure guests are ok with them). They allowed us to check-in early which was very good to us since we came from a 6 hour drive. They had all that we need, including grill stove, bonfire, and more. There is even a sound proof karaoke for free! We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning if there is another opportunity.

Small toilet

Some of the building needs attention - sloppy workmanship. ie doors to the main bedroom do not close properly. Kitchen much too small for a 6 person stay

The plumbing had some issues but it was easily repaired after we reported it. The view was spectacular tho it was a bit difficult to drive in, especially at night. It was grab/taxi accessible anyway.

Average 9 stars not reflected in reality, thus this poor score. The views are great. There has been effort to be welcoming, if below criticism addressed maybe could be 6 or 7, but given all the neighboring noise IMO no way +8

No bed sheets, no towels. Water dispensed water filter, we all got sick from it. Had to clean the cutlery before use. Room had dog pee smell. Border on the shanty type properties with chocks and dogs barking all night (not uncommon in Philippines, but this was incessant even for Phil. standards). Property managers downstairs were drunk and partying till 2am. Property owner did not respond to call or text the morning we checked out early.

I like the whole apartment. My family really love the whole place. The mountain view top is breathtaking. Karaoke is what we really enjoyed so much. That's what we Filipino like the most. :)

Can't complain. Everything is really good for me.

The service was absolutely amazing. The friendly greetings from the owner Hendry and the warmth and comradery between the staff, Stephen, and my family really made it feel like a home away from home - but with a much more beautiful view. There was also so many activities at the accomodation that come at no extra cost. We really appreciated the communal spaces and the activities, it gave us stuff to really bond over when we were too tired to travel to the local tourist attractions.

The location didn't seem far when booking but it wasn't as close as we had hoped. I didn't anticipate the traffic of the long weekend. When we come back next time, I'll pick a time that isn't so easy.

The view is amazing all throughout the day.Staff is very approachable with whatever you need and questions you might have.

For someone who has asthma the bed,pillows and some racks are a little dusty.And an extra gallon of water would be nice.As well as an extra restroom/bathroom for the large room.

The adjacent lots are full of dogs. They barked all night. Pillows in the living room smells bad. To have fresh cool air inside, we must open the windows but the smell of the dogs from the houses below fills the house.

i like the ambience and the view is spectacular. the place is safe secured and very accommodating whereas we were greeted by the staff and the owner itself and it felt like home.

as we enter the cabin/room there were some small flies flying... much better to double check the rooms before the guests will arrive.. other than that all is good and well

nothing was good it was a nightmare....

what shown during booking iwas not in original. it was shown as like a fantasy world but it was a mouse trap, welcomed by seggregated garbage sacks right infront on the entrance and lots of stray cats even coming inside the room peeing and pooing... the smell inside was disgusting. they didnot provided bath towels and other toiletries. first time the worst and ugliest experience in booking.. we were just waiting for the sun to rise to escape from that mouse trap. finally the staff stephen took a photo with all of us smiling. . a killing snile

The place is pet friendly and complete with all the utilities you need for a short stay.

All appliance are working well but just make sure coffee maker is clean before using.

Everything was provided (kitchen materials, utensils etc) their dogs are also way too cute!

The heater for the shower is not working properly

Property is modern with plenty of amenities for the line and family travellers. And most likely, the views from the top deck, which is accessible for the guests were stunning!

The owner was very accommodating and responsive.He upgraded the unit free of charge because the bigger room already available.The staff were friendly and easy to approach.The ambiance was really good. We'll surely go back there and recommend to our friends.

Perfect location 10-15 minutes drive to burnham park , mines view , Lourdes Grotto and Strawberry Farm and others . Love the view from the balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of the mountain Very accomodating host .
