Spacious and Cozy 1-Bedroom Condo at Brenthill

I like that the property is near to the church (walking distance to the pink sister's and Baguio Church), walking distance session road, SM mall, and the market yet the place stays serene and quiet, we barely here the vehicles on the road when we are at the unit. We were able to visit all with our short stay. I like their furnitures as well, the lighting and ceiling fans were so cool. The bed is so comfy we slept so well we woke up with no body ache. I personally wish to ask the owner where they bought their furnitures so I can get one too for our home. The unit also has everything we need. I also like that there is a cafe below and another cafes near the building. There is also a bookstore too.

The host, Audz was very pleasant and helpful. Warm shower, good WiFi, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and plenty of crockery and cutlery, large TV with all channels., Good location.

First of all I don't like to make negative comments about any accommodation I stay in but this place was not the most comfortable. The main problem was a building site just opposite the bedroom. There was noise going on 6 days a week stating as early as 6 am and going on until the middle of the afternoon which meant that I had to get up as I couldn't sleep. There were also renovations going on inside the building.too on certain days. I had some mould on a few personal items in the bedroom. No air conditioning in the unit which would have helped the mould issue. It's a shame about the negatives as this was a nice apartment and the noise outside was always out of Audz's control and to which she apologised.

The host. Audris was so easy to get in touch with, had the right amount of contact, and was kind and friendly. She made the difference for an excellent stay!

Getting a Grab was difficult during one portion of our trip, but that seemed to be a city-wide issue, not necessarily related to the property.

It’s cozy. It is nice to stay here after a tiring trip and tour. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely stay here again everytime we go to Baguio.

It was close to everything and had ample security.

The garbage disposal area is quite messy and needs some proper garbage bins to dump and sort out trash. Since the city is encouraging everyone to sort their garbages, the management perhaps can provide bins where residents and guests can throw and sort out their trash.

It is very aesthetic and spacious. Allowed to cook and provided free water to drink. The owner is very accommodating, she meets me upon checking in and made sure that I have everything I need. The bed is very wide and comfy. Can sleep well since the room is cold enough even if there's no aircon. Overall, I like everything in that condo. Highly recommended❤️

The room was neat! It had everything we needed for our stay! It was also near SM Baguio, Session Road, Burnham Park, etc. and we enjoyed walking to and from different locations. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The guards were also kind and welcoming. We felt secure throughout our stay here.
