QFandZ Baguio Homestay at BRENTHILL Condominium

The building ia situated a bit far from the city that is why it is quiet at night. I slept well and got the rest I wanted. All kitchen utensils, cooking and dining wares were provided to cook my own meal which ia impossible to do if I were to stay in a hotel.

The three air fresheners that were placed in each part of the room. One in bathroom, one in the liivng room and last the bedroom. I have to removed them all for the time being while I stayed there but returned them all where from their original place. I have difficulty breathing with them around.

The host was very accommodating, and communicated really well. he had upgraded us for an upstairs room, and it was a lovely room

If you don’t have a car, you need to ride a taxi all the time. Sometimes it is hard to find one bec it is a bit secluded. Also, they don’t cater late check out. I asked but they didn’t reply and changed the topic instead. Lastly, check in is too late at 2 pm then check out at 11 am. Hoping to have checkouts atleast at 12 noon.

Maybe you could provide additional towels, especially for guests staying 3–4 days. It would also be nice to have four complimentary bottles of water and a few extra plastic garbage bags for trash. Thank you.

We had a good experience staying at this place. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed, and the condo owner was very accommodating and responsive. We also felt that the place was very secure, and the whole transaction was smooth, even with the self check-in and check-out process.

The only thing we didn’t particularly like was the smell of the room when we first arrived. It had a slight cement or wood-like smell, probably because most of the furniture is made of wood. However, it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t affect our overall stay.

No WIFI connection the whole time of our stay! We reported it but there was no action taken. Maybe payment was not made. It was also raining during our stay and there was a leak on the wall and water is coming thru the windows coz both locks are broken. For safety they should have fixed it too. Hoping for a cleaner linens too.

I like the location, particularly its accessibility to food and public transportation. I also like the responsiveness of the host, especially when there was a brief outage and an earthquake during our stay. The host was concerned with our well being and checked on us every now and then during our stay.

The host is friendly and has excellent communication skills. The self check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property is in a calm, green area of the city and so is a relaxing place to stay after a busy day of sight seeing.

We had a wonderful experience. The owner is very sweet and accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. Even after we checked out, she made sure we got home safely. Will book this accommodation again when we go back to Baguio! Also, accessible sa most of the tourist spots and restaurants, coffee shops, terminals, etc 🥰

Taxi is quiet hard to find, you have to wait until somebody will be drop within that area. But overall, i still recommend.

Our trip to Baguio honestly wouldn’t have been as memorable without this place. It added so much to the overall experience. Raquel was an amazing host from the very beginning. We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, but she made sure our check-in went smoothly by informing the security staff in advance and even recording a video showing us exactly where to find the keys. That made a huge difference after a long journey. She was always quick to respond whenever we had questions and even shared some great recommendations on places to visit in Baguio, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and you could tell that the host genuinely cares about her guests. We also asked if we could extend our check-out by an hour, and Raquel kindly agreed without any hesitation, which was a lovely gesture. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio.

Nothing that affected our stay. There was a little bit of debris left on the balcony, and the shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger, but these were very minor issues compared to an otherwise excellent experience.

The place was neat and tidy, spacious, all the basic supplies were provided as well. The owner was also very accommodating and friendly. The condo is in the quiet part of Baguio. Laundry, general store and a cafe is also located the property ground which made our life easy.

We could not connect to Netflix on the TV for some time. I think there were some issue with the WiFi but it worked later. Also, we couldn't cook heavy meals as there was a risk of triggering the fire alarm (it is mentioned in the house rule sheet as well), but food was easily accessible otherwise so it was not that big of a deal.

Also, its accessible to all nearby tourist spots making it very convenient for all travelers. I liked that it's mear to the places that we want to go.

To wait for 2hrs before we can checked-in due to other guest late check-out. We travelled from manila to baguio via bus with children and it's really exhausting. It's quite frustrating sitting in the lobby and making our children got scolded because they're running around. Really? for 2hrs, with luggage and stuffs and we didn't have any decent meal on the way since we what to relaxed at the rented place first. You shouldn't accept my request if I can checked-in early if you're check-in/check-out system is not that great. As we checked-in the place is not clean, what can you expect from late check-out of the other guest? There's even a used towel together with the clean one.

I loved a lot of things with this accommodation. First, the owner was easy to talk to and was very responsive. She made sure our check-in and check-out was smooth. Second, the location of the place was very convenient. It was near to a lot of cafes and tourist spots. Never had issues with booking Grab as well. Lastly, the unit was really clean and spacious. It is obviously well-maintained. Plus the view from the balcony was amazing. I spent hours just sitting there while drinking coffee haha. Added bonus too that the building has a laundromat, a cafe and a mini grocery store. Everything was easy and convenient. We would’ve stayed longer if we could. We will be back for sure. Smell, walls are like paper thin it’s impossible to sleep, couch is stinky and uncomfortable, lack of hand towel, towel racks etc, no bath mats, refrigerator was off. Photos were very deceiving, we left and stayed in a different property even if booking.com refused to give my refund.

We had such a wonderful staycation experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the unit was. Outstanding location for our needs. Our daughter was in a football tournament at Brent Baguio. The condo was across the street. The unit had everything we needed. Outstanding internet. The leasing company addressed all our needs in a prompt manner. The condo has a small convenience store, paid laundry and small restaurant. Very convenient.

The only issue was the parking. The charge is 500 pesos a day, which I thought was very high, plus we had to park outside, not given the indoor parking. The shower was just a little arm. I like a hot shower.

The communication with the owner was very good. We received clear instructions by email on how to enter the apartment, which made the arrival easy. The Wi-Fi was acceptable for my usage, and the shower is good.

Based on the photos on Booking.com, the apartment looks much larger and much more attractive than it actually is, so we were disappointed upon arrival. In addition, the bed is really too small for two people (maximum 140 cm) and the sofa is not very comfortable. This apartment is OK for sleeping, but it is not very pleasant to stay in if you want to rest after walking outside all day.

We’re really looking forward to booking the unit again soon. The place is so cozy and very clean, truly 100% recommended.

Convenient location, very near Victory Liner and the city centre, but still having a quiet neighbourhood. It has its own kitchenette, toilet, big TV, and a view of the neighbourhood of Brent community.

The place is sub standard clean. I found cockroach eggs and some insects. The smell of the cupboards smell of cockroach and cockroach eggs. The unit does not supply body soap and shampoo. The cupboards are dirty and needs massive cleaning.

Amazing and comfortable condo in a great location for exploring Baguio. The studio is great for 2 persons and had everything we needed. We recommend going to local cafes and restaurants, and the location is quiet while being walking distance (around 15 mins) from the town. Apartment has a nice view.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the homestay. Everything was just perfect—from the peaceful location to the cozy room, the nice view, and even the little touches that made it feel like home. The sala and full kitchen were so convenient, and the shower with hot and cold water was exactly what I needed to relax after a long day.

L'appart a une belle vue et le soleil entre pendant la matinée. C'est très agréable. J'avais un peu peur d'avoir froid (car il n'y a pas de radiateur) mais pas du tout, il y a un duvet très cozy. Le quartier est très tranquille (aucun bruit pendant la nuit) et il est facile de marcher jusqu'au centre. Il y a un restaurant très sympa pas loin. Je n'ai pas essayé la télé ni le matériel de cuisine, donc je ne peux rien en dire.

Des détails : il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de rangement ; ce serait super d'avoir une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée ou même un 10L quand on reste plus longtemps car il est peut-être compliqué d'aller au supermarché quand on arrive tard.

Would like a bigger bed and consistent hot water. 7 out of 10 showers were cold. This is a constant complaint if you read the reviews. The place is still great but this was frustrating.

The condo is location near session road and baguio cathedral but it is quiet and peaceful. Very good for staying in to enjoy the weather and their balcony has a fantastic view of the city. The unit amenities has a functioning kitchen which we used for making breakfast and has a ref for food leftovers. The bedroom is clean and the entire unit has very good ventilation. The unit owner is also very accommodating even if it was during the holidays. She kept in touch and made sure we were able to settle comfortably. We plan to book again in the future.
