Staff were very helpful and compassionate. I was there for dental implant surgery and they assisted me finding a few items I was having problems with. Always friendly and pleasant!

If I had to nit pick, it would be that the bath and shower were so high up from the floor level making it a little awkward to get in and out of the shower, especially when wet! Otherwise I have no other issues at all with my stay and was very comfortable. Something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues, but a normal person can navigate the issue easily.

È la seconda volta che scelgo di soggiornare al Celine Living Center, e penso che questo dica già molto. La prima volta mi ero trovata bene e per questo ho deciso di tornarci. Lo staff è sempre molto gentile e disponibile e l’appartamento è carino, accogliente e ha davvero tutto quello che serve. La posizione non è proprio vicina alle principali attrazioni, ma per me non è stato un problema. Nel complesso è un posto in cui mi sono sentita bene e che sceglierei di nuovo senza pensarci troppo.

Absolutely beautiful, everything has been thought of. Our room was amazing. They set up so beautifully because it was our honeymoon 😍 Jun (concierge) was spectacular, he was the nicest, and most helpful guy.

There was a bit of construction noise but I have been assured this has been sorted now.

Prima locatie. Elke dag nieuwe flesjes water. Bij aankomst stond er een drankje klaar en stonden er drankjes in de koelkast.

Elke dag te weinig handdoeken neergelegd door de schoonmaak. Moesten elke dag zelf om meer handdoeken vragen. Ik vond de kamers niet heel schoon. Hier had ik meer van verwacht. De badkamer was vreselijk. Douchen in het bad en het overstroomde enorm. De wc bril zat los. Er was heel veel lawaai van de naburige werkzaamheden.

Er was geen ontbijt en er waren ook geen borden om zelf in je ontbijt te voorzien.

Das Apartment ist top ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zudem wird täglich eine Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt wie im Hotel. Die Betten und das Schlafsofa waren sehr bequem und schön sauber und ordentlich bezogen. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend. Zu Begrüßund stand ein Set zum selber Mixen eines Cocktails bereit und alle Getränke im Kühlschrank sind kostenlos zur Nutzung. Wirklich toll und viel besser als wir erwartet haben war auch der Pool auf dem Dach. Das ist ein wirkliches Highlight und auch abends traumhaft schön, wenn man auf die vielen Lichter der Stadt schauen kann. Oben befinden sich zudem Snack- und Getrankeautomaten mit absolut fairen Preisen sowie die Waschmaschinen und die Trockner zur freien Nutzung. Wenn wir das richtig verstanden haben, sind diese kostenfrei. Auch die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Man kommt zu Fuß in die Touristengegend (Ben Tahn Market und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten) aber man liegt auch direkt an der Gegend, in der die Locals leben, essen und tätig sind. Es war traumhaft durch die kleinen Straßen fernab der typischen Touristenwege zu gehen und an den Straßenständen das Essen zu probieren. Probiert unbedingt den Banh Mi Stand, der rechts neben dem Hotel ab spätem Nachmittag geöffnet ist - absolut hervorragend und ein Banh Mi für weniger als 1€. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und würden in Saigon immer wieder im Celine Living wohnen.

Wir waren wirklich sehr sehr zufrieden und dies sind nur Kleinigkeiten: es ist sehr hellhörig vom Flur und auch aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Alle waren rücksichtsvoll und es hat uns nicht gestört aber sollte man Nachbarn haben, die etwas lauter sind, kann das stören. Wir fanden das Apartment spitze. Einzig das Badezimmer mit der Dusche in der Badewanne hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Hier fände ich es besser, auf die Badewanne zu verzichten und stattdessen eine ebenerdige Dusche in die Lücke zu bauen. Leider waren die Gläser in der Küche nicht sauber, sondern vermutlich nur schnell übergespült. Man hat noch Lippenabdrücke an den Rändern gesehen. Daher haben wir sie nicht genutzt, sondern nur aus den Flaschen getrunken. Dies sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen und können die Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen, der nach Saigon kommt. Und der Preis ist zudem ebenfalls fair.

Great location - walking distance to many local attractions. The apartment was great for our family of five and there were some good local places for juice and coffee nearby. Great pool on the roof - kids loved it - and was super handy to have a washing machine on site. Thanks to Ken who was kind and helpful. Look up Heywa for a great steak or pizza dinner if you stay here. Worth the money and the 10 minute walk.

It isn’t possible to prepare any food in the ‘kitchen’. Not that you need to - lots of local places to eat.

Die Lage war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer. War hübsch und gemütlich. Der Pool war eine sehr angenehme Erfrischung und Erholung nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass im Hotel eine Schönheitsklinik betrieben wird. Das Zimmer. Zur Straße war trotz geschlossenen Fenstern extrem laut. Die Küche war zwar nett, aber ohne jegliche Ausstattung nicht brauchbar.

位置不在觀光景點最多的第一郡，但是距離第一郡也很近。不過附近因為不是觀光區，附近街道較為髒亂。但是員工都很熱情、友善、很願意幫忙，頂樓的游泳池也滿乾淨、整潔的！

第一天入住時就發現馬桶蓋脫落、浴缸的邊條有斷裂、大片的窗戶有明顯裂痕，在房間整理表單上有提及，但並沒有特別處理。

We liked the little touches like the complimentary tequila sunrise ready for us to make at our leisure in our room as well as the bottled water and soft drink which was complimentary on arrival. The plumbing in the room needed to be repaired and was attended to quickly. The room did not have a set of basic kitchen utensils which one would expect from a fully serviced apartment however after to speaking to the staff this was remedied to our satisfaction as the staff were very efficient and attentive in dealing with our requests. The pool on the rooftop was welcome at the end of the day and we used it a few times during our stay and the water temperature was perfect. The patio that our room opened out onto needed some weeding done and the plants to be better cared for but all in all we enjoyed the convenience of the location being walking distance to local markets, restaurants and other attractions. Staff were very friendly and Ken & Jun were great hosts for us.

It’s a lovely apartment hotel. Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool upstairs was much bigger and nicer than I had experience before in a rooftop pool and really appreciated it. Staff were really helpful in directing clients to local activities and restaurants which made a huge difference in my experience in the city this time. I particularly want to commend concierge Jun. He gave me the best advice in things to do which I really appreciated and could not do enough to help me get the best experience out of Ho Chi Minh City..

There is building work going on next door. It wasn’t terrible, but it did wake me up. Sudden complementary earplugs would help.

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und waren von der Größe sowie der hochwertigen Ausstattung positiv überrascht. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Pool auf dem Dach – mit einer tollen Aussicht und einer entspannten Atmosphäre lädt er zum Verweilen ein.

Der Empfangsbereich wirkte auf uns zunächst etwas altbacken und dient zeitglich auch als der Eingangsbereich einer Schönheitsklinik als an den eines modernen Hotels. Dadurch waren wir bei unserer Ankunft zunächst etwas skeptisch und hatten Sorge, dass sich dieser Eindruck auch in den Zimmern fortsetzen würde. Glücklicherweise war das überhaupt nicht der Fall – die Zimmer waren deutlich moderner und ansprechender als der erste Eindruck vermuten ließ. Im Detail sind einige kleine Dinge renovierungsbedürftig, fallen aber nicht so groß ins Gewicht.

We loved our stay at the Celine Living hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also ideal.

The staff were friendly, our room was pretty and clean and it was great to have our own fridge and kitchen as well as separate living area. Our terrace was big and if it wasn't for the heat every day, we would have sat out more. The rooftop pool was so lovely and we used the laundry facilities loads which was really helpful for clothes. The location was also great - so close to so many places to eat.

Climbing in and out of quite a high bathtub to wash and use the shower was incredibly inconvenient and the water didn't drain quickly so every time we showered, we had to stand in the water around our ankles.

The staff was extremely caring. The location was also ideal for us, away from the party areas, but walking distance to the museums, parks, historical and commercial areas.

A balcony would've been nice. The rooms were well air-conditioned but also locked shut from the outside air. Some would consider that ideal, I like some fresh air. Also, the design of the bath had issues using the shower would always wet the floor outside the bathtub.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. We could not have asked for more.

La salle de bain n’était pas très propre, les équipements mériterait d’être changé ( barre de douche…) Beaucoup de bruits à cause de travaux dans le voisinage. nous l’avons découvert qu’en entrant dans la chambre alors que l’hôtel le savait déjà. J’aurai aimé être mis au courant en amont.

De kamer was super proper, het uitzicht was prachtig, het zwembad was zalig, elke dag nieuwe flesjes water. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Enige minpuntje was dat de rookmelder kleine licht flitsjes maakte. Maar eens je in slaap bent heb je daar geen last meer van.

Sauber und ordentlich, alles da was man braucht. Fernseher, fußmassage, .. Haben sogar aufgrund Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus ein Upgrade bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Staff were available 24/7, swiftly assisted with every request and wanted to get to know our family during our stay. Our apartment was pristine with all the amenities required for a weeklong stay in Ho Chị Minh City.

The pool and complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. Very clean and comfortable.

We're glad we stayed at Celine Living Hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly and even gave us little gifts at the end of our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. The location is great especially for first-timers since many important landmarks are within walking distance.

Design of bath/shower was problematic as it was not the possible to have a shower without flooding the bathroom floor.

We had to canceled the booking after one night due to construction noise. Our bed shared a wall with the construction site and there is constant loud banging and drilling. This was well underway but at no point via bookings.com or the WhatsApp communication we had prior to our stay were we ever informed and the level of noise is unacceptable and significantly impacting our ability to rest and enjoy our stay. We were made to pay for one night accommodation and had to seek emergency accommodation somewhere else with a significant cost. No compensation was offered instead they tried to get us not to write a review or report it as they will be fined.

The rooftop with the pool and the view was very good. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. It's a bit further from the center, but easily manageable with Grab.

The suite we had was large and comfortable. The property has a great roof pool that was fabulous for swimming. The laundry facilities were great. Clean and in great working order.

The suites have bath/showers that are high and hard to get into. Tall people cannot use them without flooding the bathroom. However the water pressure is amazing

The staff were so helpful (Ken) and friendly. The accommodation was nice but wasn’t as nice as the photos but still worked well for our family. I liked the location of hotel near the narrow local markets.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage war gut. Grundsätzlich ein niedliches Hotel.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Boutique Hotel (wovon es reichlich in HCMC gibt), das Zimmer war recht klein, das Badezimmer leider nicht gut gebaut. Bei jedem Duschen ist die gesamte Dusche überschwämmt.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. WIr konnten unseren Koffer ein paar Tage im Hotel lassen, das war ein toller Service. Die Aussicht vom Dachpool war toll. Und es war trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig.

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen klein und das Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat nicht wirklich gestört.

The highlight of the property will have to be the staff, especially Jun! He was so lovely to chat with and was always ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities included a mini kitchen, microwave and large fridge - very convenient for a long term stay! Should we have stayed any longer, we would have definitely used them.

The hotel i situated near D1 and close to an area with good street food.

We found pubic hairs and dirt spots on the toilet seat, construction work that disturbed our sleep, manipulative hotel manager and reluctant service. They told us that they only knew about the construction a few days ahead of our arrival. Other reviews prove different as the work was mentioned in a review posted 1 month ago, meaning the manager and staff lied to us. The receptionist was annoyed and reluctant when we asked for water and towels. The pool area was worn and dirty. A plastic surgery clinic is situated within the hotel making it impossible to ignore. Commercials for rhinoplasty everywhere. We felt very uncomfortable about that.

Trevligt mottagande från personalen, de var mycket hjälpsamma under hela vistelsen. Poolområdet på rooftop var jätte bra. Fanns tillgång till 2 st tvättmaskiner och torktumlare. Sängen var mycket bekväm. Bra daglig städning av rummet.

Dålig utrustad kök. Vi ville iofs inte äta mer än frukost där, men det fanns inte ens en vass kniv (bara vanlig matkniv) eller skärbräde, så inte så lätt att ens skära upp lite frukt.

The room were clean and nice, the beds very comfortable and the air-conditioning working well. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, you have a great view of the city and relax :) I really liked the location because it is not directly in the "touristic downtown" therefore feels a little more local, and still easily walkable to all sights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and speak quite good English!

There could be a couple more kitchen utensils in the small kitchen that was in my room.

Belle chambre, pas très grande, mais propre. La piscine était un plus en fin de journée avec la chaleur et la frénésie de Saigon. Bonne localisation pour les principaux attraits du centre. Personnel sympathique et avenant.

L’insonorisation entre les chambres nulle, heureusement les voisins n’étaient pas trop bruyants.
