The first time I I booked I thought it was a good value.

The property needs upgrade everything especially those beddings and towels.

Almost everything you need is in the kitchen. Hassle-free checkout. The owner replies immediately. I like that there is no physical key; it's automatic. The bed is comfy, and the room has a nice pool view. The lobby feels like a real five-star hotel. There is a 200 fee per hour for early check-in; the owner gave me a discount. The location is great as it's close to everything and 15minutes walking distance to SM MOA. The internet is good.

There is no mobile signal inside the room. The pool has a fee of 300. The guards were strict (not under the owners' control).

The Apartment was in a great location within walking distance of Mall of Asia there was plenty of options for places to eat were the entrance is there is a Alpha mart to pick up some essentials depending your choice of transport you can get a jeepney just out side to take you to EDSA ( Train Station ) or go to the Mall of Asia to get a bus

1. Bad location, not walkable to MOA, too few eateries within walking distance, ended up eating in a convenience store nearby when I first arrived & hungry. 2. Bldg has no Wi-Fi, only inside the unit. Cell reception very bad, have to walk out of the bldg to order grab. 3. Please confirm reservation & charge credit card ONLY after the customer is inside the unit. Had a hard time registering, took countless times of phone calls to host (who turns out to be the one cleaning the unit). Property phone # listed on BOOKINGS.Com never answered. When said host finally answered she said her cell had low battery & that I couldn't register until check in time of 3pm. When she finally took me to the unit @ 3pm, it still had to be cleaned. 4. I don't know why I expected toiletries like all other rentals, but there were NONE in this unit. 5. Hot shower was lukewarm at best, after I figured out how to operate it. No instruction at all. 6. Bldg security not helpful at all. Only doormen and desk person were helpful. 7. Hard time registering a guest. It took several calls to property phone # to get a rep to the property to register guest. I can honestly say that I will never stay in this shore reaidence tower C1 ever again.

Walkable to restaurants. Got the room with a view of the pool down below (requested and paid for).

1) the host took a long time to answer or doesn’t respond at times. Had to remind them once why they’re not answering 2) the host didn’t respond to the problems that was found in the condo ie, shower seat is broken that it moves constantly when used, the water heater tubing was spraying in 3 directions, and finally we found 3-4 small cockroaches (or more that we weren’t able to get hold of) that we had to get rid of.

Nice apartment in a good location. Comfortable and clean.

The owner of the Unit told us the towels are missing but we left it in the bathroom they didn’t check before telling us its missing

About this place, i only liked checking out.

Had to wait for hours to checkin, there was no complementary water, wc paper or soap/ detergent etc. After i request they send 2 small bottles of water and paper. There is a construction going just next door, which they dont mention in their booking page. Imagine all those drilling and hammering sound all day long. Plus the house is full of insects all over the place, especially cockroaches. The netflix also didnt work. The day of checkin, the cleaning lady came and hardly turned on the tv and netflix. But after that day i couldnt manage. Didnt ask the owner thru booking.com as i didnt want to bother with him/her. All in all, a terrible experience; one of the worst stays of my life. At least in Manila. Yet they dont hesitate to text you to ask for a 10star rating…

The place was really clean, the bedsheets were really comfortble and the entire unit smells good. You have everything you need inside the property. The check in and check out was smooth.

Clean- even the hallways outside the condo, staff were nice, the owner of the property was reponsive, about 5 mins. walk to SM-MOA, nice view at the terrace

The washing machine was not working.

Location is perfect, place is clean and complete. Pool view is perfect for morning coffee or night cap.

Stove markings are already erased. Had to guess which is high/low.

The assigned staff to meet us is pleasant and friendly. No keys - the door has a code.

There are crawling insects noted in the bathroom. The top of the fridge is dusty.

It’s very convenient with shops, market, restaurants and the mall of Asia. All in walking distance. Very close to airport which was great. The facility is nice and clean. The air conditioning was quiet and worked great. It was nice and cold within few minutes.

The washing machine didn’t work while staying there for 5 days. Even though it was “fixed” , it didn’t clean our clothes. Had to clean our clothes and bedding by hand in the kitchen sink. Also, in order to use the pool, had to pay 150 pesos per head. Although was willing to pay, the guard wouldn’t accept our money and wanted the actual owner to give us coupons to use the pool. Just fyi for anyone, can’t purchase coupons on a Sunday, reasons were not explained.

It was clean neat and tidy.

An old and very uncomfortable bed, old and poor quality towels and inefficient hob. There appears to be a slight leak in the bathroom coming from the party wall.
