İstanbul Ozer Hotel & Apartments

I booked a room for two nights at this hotel, only to find out the same evening I checked in that I would be staying at another hotel because it was already full. The next day, I was moved again to another property, even though I had made it clear I wanted to stay at the Ozier. The room was absolutely inhospitable: dirty sheets and floors, a bathroom like a latrine, noise and stench coming from the street. Should be banned from Booking.

Потрясающий, очень уютный отель с удобным расположением, свежий, приятный ремонт. Отличный и функциональный санузел. Администратор Юсуф - прекрасно выполняет свою работу, очень отзывчив в практически любое время суток, помог заказать недорогое такси до аэропорта. Разрешили позднее выселение без доплаты и каких-либо других проблем.

Маловато мест для хранения, но это незначительный нюанс.

Staff gentile e disponibile, presenza di aria condizionata e frigorifero. Presenza di un secondo letto (singolo). Colazione non a buffet ma ricca (purtroppo solo salata).

L'hotel si trova a poca distanza da Sultanahmet, il centro storico di Istanbul. Tuttavia, il quartiere è molto squallido e sporco. L'alloggio dispone di un piccolo tavolo per mangiare e una lavello, ma le stoviglie erano sporche. Il soffitto del bagno è davvero basso (2 metri). Lo scarico della doccia è in realtà sotto il lavandino, e funziona male. Pertando dopo ogni doccia il bagno si allagava, bagnando pure il corridoio e un lercio tappeto. La stanza è molto rumorosa a causa di un rumore costante che si propaga attraverso un buco nel muro, coperto da una stampa su tela. L'impianto elettrico e idraulico è improvvisato, sicuramente non a norma. Il wifi non ha mai funzionato correttamente. Non ci hanno mai pulito la stanza o cambiato gli asciugamani. Lenzuola sporche.

Posizione centrale comoda x visitare la città. Buona la colazione. Per essere in una zona molto centrale il prezzo è ottimo, anche se la struttura è basic e avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioria

Camera piccola e un po traballante (quando cammini x la stanza trema l armadio), bagno piccolo e senza box doccia (quindi tutto allagato dopo ogni doccia). L hotel è in una palazzina un po trasandata. La colazione si fa nel bar di fronte all hotel e le tempistiche sono mooolto lunghe.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par un hôte agréable. Le logement est situé dans un quartier proche du grand bazar, d'une rue avec de nombreux restaurants et d'un arrêt de tram ce qui est très pratique.

La salle de bains est vraiment très petite avec des éléments rouillés, abîmés, en mauvais état. Après avoir pris une douche le sol est inondé. Le matelas n'est pas en très bon état. La rue dans laquelle se trouve le logement est sale. Les petits déjeuner étaient compris dans le prix mais nous n'en avons eu que deux sur quatre, la salle était fermée le dimanche et le lundi sans que nous soyons prévenus.

There is no reception area. we have to ask strangers to contact the owner to get in apartment. No any information, we have to ask strangers again to contact owner to get internet password. the internet was very poor, was not working a lot of time. we stayed for 3 nights on last day breakfast was not available - we saw another couple was waiting for breakfast, but the café was not open.

Muy mala experiencia, es el peor hotel que me he alojado en toda mi vida de viajero ,50 años viajando por el mundo

El sector donde está ubicado con muy mal aspecto de aseo, viejo y un edificio muy deteriorado, no tiene una recepción para atender los huéspedes, es con unas escaleras super angostas , el baño no tenía sifón en la ducha y se inundaba totalmente al utilizarla, no tiene un comedor no cocina para atender el desayuno que se ofrece y se pago diariamente por el cual no recibimos y no hay con quién hablar para reclamar, solo dejan la llave en un sótano donde lavan la ropa con un muchacho que es muy amable pero solo entrega la llave y no sabe dar ninguna solución porque no sabe nada, solo nos dio un número de WhatsApp para comunicarnos y no respondieron al final como no cumplieron con los desayunos de ningún día y les reclamamos la devolución del dinero y nos contestaron por WhatsApp que no lo abonarian a la tarjeta de credito cosa que hasta el momento no a sucedido, nos sentimos estafados y robados y no entendemos como Booking promociona un establecimiento de esta categoría, esperamos que intercedan para que nos hagan la devolución del dinero que nos cobraron por los desayunos de 5 días de 2 personas y a parte una indemnización por los daños morales y económicos causados.

Ci hanno dato la stanza 9, situata all’ultimo piano, quindi bisognava fare una marea di scale per arrivarci . Al nostro arrivo il proprietario non era lì ad accoglierci , se non ci fosse stato il ragazzo delle pulizie non so come avremmo fatto! Stanza minuscola, condizionatore rumorosissimo, lenzuola macchiate , asciugamani livide, bagno talmente piccolo che con la doccia ci siamo allagati tutti i giorni. Della colazione pagata non ne abbiamo potuto usufruire perché il bar era chiuso , non siamo stati avvisati di ciò , abbiamo appreso la notizia sempre solo grazie a quel ragazzo delle pulizie. Dei 21€ che dovevano rimborsarci, ci hanno dato 20 dollari (che convertiti non corrispondono nemmeno ai 20€) 5 minuti prima di andare via. Per non parlare di tutto il caos notturno proveniente dalle altre stanze. Esperienza pessima

Eran 4 pisos por escalera muy estrecha. No hubo comunicación con el personal. Me recibieron y nunca me dieron indicaciones de donde era el desayuno...del cual no puede hacer uso en mis 3 días de estadía. Que avisara cuando queria que me limpien la habitación.. pero no había nadie a quien avisar y no me contestaban los mensajes. El baño se moja todo.. la clave WiFi tiene una letra del alfabeto turco que en español no pude poner. Tampoco me lo resolvieron. No tuve los 3 desayunos No tuve la habitación limpia en 3 días No tuve wifi Nunca vi a nadie ni contestaron mis mensajes a tiempo. El agua no se puede tomar. Me dijeron era gratis. Me dieron 3 botellas chicas cuando llegue y nunca la repusieron

The bed sheets were pilled, the mattress was sagging, the location horrible, the shower little and it it splash water all over the bathroom, the building without lift and too much noice, wifi didnt work properly but the host brought me a sim card inmediately

L’emplacement de l’hôtel n’est pas très loin du centre-ville et au niveau du prix, c’est impeccable pour pratiquement une semaine. Nous avons bien dormi sur le lit. Le personnel également est extrêmement aimable et gentil, il ne faut absolument pas changer ça :)

Malheureusement, cette chambre d’hôtel a plein de choses à revoir pour commencer le nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour, malheureusement ils ont voulu nous le faire un jour avant de partir en sachant qu’on était là depuis six jours ! Donc cela ne servait à rien, surtout quand on a été dérangé à pratiquement 9h du matin pour la faire… et effectivement c’est très tôt, sachant que nous dormions à ce moment-là. Par rapport à la douche, malheureusement elle est extrêmement petite et au niveau des évacuations d’eau, le sol est plat sur toute la superficie de la salle de bain donc l’eau va absolument partout !! Également le miroir à leds à disjoncter alors que je prenais ma douche au même moment, en sachant je précise qu’il y avait de l’eau absolument partout et qu’il y avait des étincelles qui sortaient du miroir. Cela a duré au moins cinq minutes jusqu’à que le miroir ne marche plus du tout. Donc niveau sécurité, c’est vraiment à revoir. Néanmoins cela reste un très bel établissement très simple, mais juste ce qu’il faut avec un personnel encore une fois impeccable, mais il faut vraiment changer ces petits détails qui feront que votre chambre soit bien en tant que client et au niveau de la sécurité.

Tiene algo parecido a cucarachas, estaban tanto vivas como muertas. Cierto es que estamos en un país que hace calor y hay insectos que puedes esperar encontrar. Yo no soy nada maniática con esto pero sí me parece que no tiene un precio de hostal El desayuno es muy sencillo: pepino y tomate no es un desayuno que apetezca a las 10 de la mañana

No existe la recepción que aparece en las imágenes. La puerta de entrada al alojamiento está abierta siempre. Accesibilidad cero. El sitio del desayuno mejorable. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y no hay artículos de aseo ni otras cosas que prometen en la web. El chico que te atiende es muy majo, pero no hay condiciones en el alojamiento para una buena atención (te dicen que les escribas por WhatsApp un rato antes, hace lo que puede…). Un día se fue la luz, y no había nadie en el hotel para atenderte. Simplemente, no es un hotel.

Location was lovely, 6 mins walk from Grand Bazaar and 15 mins walk from the Mosques.

Breakfast was at the owners sisters' restaurant, we were told breakfast will be from 08.30am, we git there after 9am and shutters were still down. Then a young lad came and made omelettes with bread, same breakfast for all the people siting and no other choice. The room was dated and on the 4th floor, owner said he would move us down as difficult the the stairs and my arthritis. When I asked for this he said he would do this the next day, but then nothing.

Es tranquilo y la tele tiene varios idiomas

Yunus proprietario della struttura, un ragazzo eccezionale, gentile e disponibile, ci ha assistito per tutta la permanenza ad Istanbul. Posizione ottima per chi vuole respirare un'aria un pò più local, di mattina vicino a fabbriche di scarpe e la sera immersa nel buio della notte, non ci siamo mai sentiti in pericolo. A 4min dal Gran Bazar e a 2min dalla linea tram principale T1, siamo riusciti a muoverci in totale libertà.

La stanza era in pò piccina, climatizzatore posizionato sul letto, quindi di notte inutilizzabile. Il bagno andrebbe risistemato un attimino. In conclusione, se cerchi una soluzione senza troppe pretese, che serva per una doccia e riposare, la consiglierei.

El encargado y el personal tenían una predisposición inmejorable. Estuvieron siempre a atentos para resolver las inquietudes. El desayuno era muy rico. La cama era muy cómoda.

Tuvimos cucarachas en la habitación (muy chiquititas). Al manifestarlo, nos cambiaron de habitación. Desconozco si es una cuestión interna o de la Ciudad.

No nos gustó nada. No tiene nada q ver con las fotos. La persona q nos atendió, estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada.

Habitación pequeña, baño minúsculo y había cucarachas. No había recepción, un armario en la habitación que era pequeño y sin perchas. Mucho ruido a primera hora de la mañana.

El personal era muy amable. Un buen desayuno estaba incluido en el precio. La ubicación era cerca de todo pero en un área menos turistica, lo que permitía un precio más cómodo.

El baño era extremadamente pequeño, en ningún lado se podía alargar los dos brazos completamente. La cabina de ducha estaba muy estrecha y sin cierre por un lado, cuando te haces la ducha, todo el baño se inunda. El piso es de baldosas muy resbalosas, y más cuando está mojado. Tuve que agarrarme siempre en algo con cada paso. Personas más grandes de nosotros tendrían serios problemas de moverse allí.

I didn’t like anything about it.It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, cockroaches, cigarette ash, and a complete lack of hygiene.I don’t recommend this hotel for anybody

L’albergo si trova in una posizione strategica a 5 minuti da una strada principale con fermate del tram, negozi e ristoranti e una delle entrate del Gran Bazar. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Moschea Blu, in 20 minuti al ponte di Galata. Se pur così vicino al centro il quartiere è poco turistico, un po’ trascurato per i nostri standard e questo può spaventare ma in realtà è assolutamente sicuro. Le persone sono tutte cordiali e disponibili. Io l’ho trovato l’ideale per vivere appieno l’atmosfera più autentica della città. La stanza e il bagno sono piccoli ma puliti. Yunus è sempre raggiungibile via whatsapp ed è davvero super disponibile per ogni necessità o consiglio. Ci ha aspettato quando io e mia figlia siamo arrivate a tarda notte e portato le valigie in camera e lo stesso ha fatto per il check-out. L’ho apprezzato molto anche perché le scale in effetti sono molto strette. La colazione è tipica turca e viene servita nel bar della sorella che è a due passi dall’albergo. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Our stay was really great. We are a couple and we loved our stay. The location is amazing, the breakfast is amazing and the place has wifi. The behaviour of the owner was really amazing. He went above and beyond to support me throughout my trip. Also he had prepared a lovely surprise for me and my wife when we arrived at the stay. Definitely would visit again.

Yunus et son équipe sont très gentils, serviables 😁. Super bien situé dans un quartier populaire ou l'accueil était vraiment bien. Le breakfast chez Melva juste en bas au coin de la rue est top 😋. Elle est vraiment très gentille. Je recommande et je reviendrai. Une ville magique 😉😄

Yunus is such an amazing host. He helped us out so much and made our whole trip so much easier. The other staff and Ozer family are all incredibly friendly and lovely, too. The location is so convenient. Walk 5 minutes in any direction and you have public transport links and areas with everything you need.

Locația a fost ok, împrejurimile locației nu sunt pt pretențioși, camera micuța cu tot ce e necesar. Personalul foarte amabil.

Nu este spațiu pentru relaxare sau servirea unei cafea. Exclus sa poti lăsa mașina în alt loc decât parcările cu plata.

Aunque es muy cerca del centro histórico, está ubicado en un sitio no muy limpio, es difícil comunicarte porque no hablan inglés, no tuvimos acceso al desayuno por que debes salir muy temprano, no hay recepción permanente y la zona de recepción está muy mal presentada

We checked in but decided to not stay in the hotel because it was dirty and did not look anything like they showed in the pictures. They claimed that they just bought the building and are renovating it…After some pushing, we got the full refund back.

Список длиный: 1. Полуразваленное здание, обшарпанные стены, запах грязи, узкая лестница, опасно подниматся, нет лифта. 2. Тараканы в номере 3. Было грязное белье и полотенца с пятнами. 4. Душ и т, остоянии, мало места, вода не сливается с пола, не дали тапочки. 5. Вытяжка в туалете с соседнем номере вместе, через неё видно соседей и слышно 6. Холодильник грязный, морозилка на половину со льдом не чишеный, ужасный запах. 7. Интернет плохой, вечно сбивается. 8. Это жилой район, напротив буквально в 10 метров напротив жилые дома, цеха производства, очень все грязно и везде мусор, с 5 утра начинается движение в переулке и стоит большой шум и гул. 9. Очень шумно до утра, жильцы домов гудят и разговаривают до утра громко, дети орут, невозможно было спать с открытыми окнами. 10. Завтрак очень плохой, пригласили в 9.00 а подали в 9.40. Все наложили в одну тарелку и повидло сверху, 1 кусок сыра, 2 дольки помидора, половинку огурца, 4 маслины, 3 тонко нарезанные кружочки колбасы, вареное яйцо, чай, хлеб, заведение обкуренное, грязное и липкое, сходили один раз. Это самый худший опыт с отелем в Стамбуле !!!! Те кто поставил хороший отзыв, наверное сами живут в таких условиях и для них это нормальные условия, не вводите людей в заблуждения, цены совсем не маленькие для такой дыры. В сравнении с другими гостиницами в такую цену, у других намного все лучше и чище и завтраки достойные. Не рекомендую от слова совсем!!!!

J’ai occupé la chambre 606 - Lieu vétuste sans ascenseur, escalier étroit, difficile d’accéder aux chambres avec des bagages , - la chambre est propre mais les équipements sont cassés comme le couvercle de la bouilloire, chasse d’eau des wc démontée, boîtier électrique sans couvercle, fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas. La réception n’a de nom que le nom. - la wifi est aléatoire - sur ma réservation il était question que le petit déjeuner était inclus or il n’y a pas de salle prévue à cet effet.

Todo. Al llegar, la recepción era un cuarto lleno de mierda y colillas de cigarro apagadas en un plato. La atención fue muy pésima, con una persona que no hablaba ni una palabra de inglés y otro idioma que no fuese turco. Había cucarachas en el baño y en la habitación. La cama con pelos. Después, durante los días que estuvimos, no vimos a nadie del hotel encargándose del propio hotel (había que comunicarse por WhatsApp) y por cierto, el tiempo de respuesta de WhatsApp fue bastante largo. La ubicación es... Una calle que para volver de noche caminando, no es recomendable. Una experiencia para olvidar.

Yunus is a very kind, helpful, hospitable, and welcoming person. He is always available when you need. Tea, coffee, and drinking water were available in the room. Breakfast in the cafe next to the palace was reasonable.

Cleanliness, bugs, and cockroaches were the most critical problems; therefore, I couldn't sleep, feeling exposed to bugs. I think the reason is that the building is old and in a dirty neighbourhood. There is a pile of garbage in an empty block next to the building. I changed my hotel after three nights, and found a three-star hotel with a lower price. The shower was broken, and you always need to hold it with one hand. The water was cold for a shower. There was no soap for washing hands. One day, the cafe was closed without any prior announcement, and I couldn't eat breakfast.

Kleines und einfaches familiengeführtes Hotel, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Hotelführung. Phantastische Lage zur Erkundung aller wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten dieses Stadtteils. Klimaanlage hat auch bei 38 Grad Celsius sehr effektiv funktioniert.

O rapaz que nos atendeu foi muito atencioso e tentava ajudar no possível, porém a comunicação era péssima ninguém falava inglês

O quarto que nos deram não foi o que reservei, e disseram que era um upgrade, porém o chuveiro não tinha ralo e ficava todo chão molhado O café da manhã incluido na diária não foi oferecido O Wi-Fi funcionou só 1 dos 3 dias Eles estavam em obras e isto não apareceu na busca pelo booking.com

Единственное достоинство этого "отеля" это расположение

Останавливались на 3 ночи, бронировали два номера. Номера очень маленькие, не соответствуют заявленным, не более 12 метров. Уборки номера не видели совсем ( грязь, плесень). За время проживания ни кто не убирал, мусор не выносил. Сантехника сломана, плитка отбита. Белье все застиранное. Завтраки ни какие. В день отъезда остались вообще без завтрака. Как писали выше, сестра не пришла!

Отличное расположение. Рядом все достопримечательности, берег. Комната чистая, уютная. Персонал приветлив, пытается помочь по любому вопросу.

Немного не удобно подниматься по лестнице, узкая. Не самая удобная душевая. Вода может копится возле раковины. Нет принадлежности в виде зубных щеток, зубной пасты. Дверь шкафчика был сломан.

Yunus is the best! He helps from luggage carrying, tourist spots recommendations to food recommendations. He’s responsive for any support you need.

Since the building is old, if you’re carrying big luggage’s, it only has stairs and you can tell the facility and the room is kinda old. If you care about this issue, it might not be the best choice for you.

Ziemlich zentral in der Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und Sehenswuerdikeiten gelegen. Busse und Strassenbahnen waren gut zu erreichen.

Ein Fruehstueck war nicht erhaeltlich, was auch nicht das Schlimmste war. Schlimm war, dass der versprochene Kaffeekocher nicht vorhanden war und auch nach der Reklamation nicht gebracht wurde. Ein Lichtschalter neben dem Nachttisch fehlte leider auch. Die Zimmertuer quietschte erbaermlich. Leider entsprachen die Bilder auf der Hompage nicht der Realitaet.

Everything! The surroundings are disastrous, the entrance is very strange, narrow, the stairs are narrow, steep and dangerous with a low ceiling where you can smash your head while climbing (I wonder how they got a work permit at all and I wonder even more how they pushed the rating on the booking to that level). Our two rooms were in the attic, very small, they do not match the pictures on the booking because they have many defects. Same with the bathrooms, lots of flaws. Absolutely to be avoided. We changed the accommodation as soon as we saw it and sacrificed the money we paid, but we didn't want to stay.

La amabilidad de Yunus!!! Llegamos 5 am y nos acompaño a recorrer la ciudad!! Super bien ubicado Excelente!!!! Super recomendable!!!

Il vous aidera a choisir les restaurants a avoir le meilleur taux de change et pleins d’autres choses. Il est juste parfait. Si tout le monde pouvais avoir autant de professionnalisme que lui ça serait juste top. Donc je peux que vous conseiller cet hotel. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale è superlativa, veramente eccezionale.Iurus è stato fantastico,,ci ha accompagnato e guidato ,consigliato ed aiutato in tutto , persino quando prima di partire di notte,mi si è rotta la valigia...lui mi ha risolto il problema....non so come avremmo fatto senza di lui...

Lo scarico della doccia non era esattamente dove avrebbe dovuto essere...

El personal de la recepción es muy amable, te ayuda con todo.( para llegar al lugar, para ir a visitar los lugares, me prestaron la tarjeta del metro y me pidieron el taxi para el regreso al aeropuerto). La ubicación es perfecta, porque puedes hacer todo caminando y la estación de metro tiene buena ubicación para moverte a otros lados. La recepción está abierta las 24 horas; por lo tanto es seguro, en caso de que necesites alguna cosa.. La habitación tiene agua, te, café, cuando llegue me recibieron con helado que fue lo mejor. El barrio se ve antiguo, pero es tranquilo y seguro. Recomiendo 100% el lugar.

Imádtuk minden percét, minden kényelem megvolt, imádtuk a szállásadóinkat. Szuper volt a szobák felszereltsége, a sarki kávézó szállásadónk testvérénél. Az alma teát mindenkinek meg kell kóstolnia! Hálásak vagyunk minden pillanatért, hamarosan vissza térünk!

Отель за свою стоимость отличный. Парень Юнус, который занимается отелем, выше всяких похвал. Работает с энтузиазмом, всегда на связи, всегда готов помочь - к нему вопросов вообще нет, он правда умница и правда очень старается!!! Даже заменил нам бесплатно один из номеров (у нас было забронировано три двухместных номера) на аппартаменты, где мы могли собираться вместе всей семьёй. За это отдельная благодарность!!! Расположение отеля тоже великолепное. Пара минут неспешной хотьбы и вы на ГрандБазаре. Завтраки организованы в соседнем кафе у сестры Юнуса. Завтраки отличные, к ним тоже нет вопросов. Но если сестра не пришла, то и завтрака у вас не будет 😁 Ещё нужно понимать, что для сайта поработал просто суперфотограф! По моему мнению нет никакого разделения на эконом и стандарт - они просто одинаковые. И в реальности гораздо проще, чем на фото. Ещё у номеров на одном этаже смежная вытяжка в санузлах, что приводит к хорошей слышимости и соответствующим запахам... По итогу для отеля, который управляется частным лицом и стоит гораздо дешевле конкурентов - вариант прекрасный! Но нужно заведомо это осознавать. А так мы отлично провели время и уехали с благодарностью! Спасибо, Юнус!!! 🤗

Ein tolles Hotel in bester Lager! Alles war sauber und gepflegt, das Personal sehr sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Τα δωμάτια που μέναμε που βλέπουν στο δρόμο ήταν τέλεια.Καθαρά, Σε πολύ καλό σημείο 5 λεπτά απ το παζάρι και δέκα λεπτά απ την Αγία Σοφία. Το παιδί στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν εκπληκτικός, δεν εχω λόγια Μας βοήθησε απίστευτα, κ ήταν πολυ πρόθυμος σε όλα. Μας έδωσε κ το μηχανάκι του Ήταν εξαιρετικός Ευχαριστουμε για όλα!
