Reviewed May 3, 2026Close to the shops restaurant my favourite San Rival. Sorounded with shops choices of restaurants. Near the ocean and access to run.
Noise definitely very loud traffic across the property. Not enough insulation i gather you can hear the outside noise. Aircon at the bedroom not really working. It's too loud.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Well equipped condo, clean with ocean view, across the road from good restaurants and walking distance to Northpoint. Located about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown dumaguete by trycycle. Lovely swimming pool, basketball and gym. Good security onsite 24/7.
Nothing we didn't like. Some people may find the bathroom small when using as compact with washing machine in beside the toilet. The bedroom air-conditioning is louder than some.

No Patio, if you smoke, you need to go to the designated smoking area in the parking lot.

The bathroom, did not mentioned that I have to supply my own toilet tissue after one roll, security need to be more updated for the new rentals, the main office is a big joke.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025The place was perfect if you don’t want to stay downtown. A quiet, clean place with good facilities around, like a swimming pool with sun beds. There is a lot of restaurants very near. Few minutes walk.. The condo was in good shape, and it has everything you need for a good stay. I recommend the place 👍🏻👍🏻

Would suggest maybe add a blackout curtain inside the room as it is too bright during early mornings.

The only thing was that the hose to the washing machine detached and so the bathroom became flooded with water when i did laundry.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2025The place is just as photos, feels functional, and with a very cozy home feel, nicely decorated. Excellent big flat-screen with Netflix subscription. Bed was full queen with a comfortable mattress, not too hard. Somewhat small bedroom but prefer the full size queen bed than more space around the bed. Beautiful 23 m long swimming pool with clean water and hardly any user's in the morning until end of school day. Nice equipped gym also available at no extra cost.
The ACs could have been more silent but not as bad as some other units we visited. The bathroom is very minimal in size but functional, even with a washing machine.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025Our room was very clean! There is a relaxing pool area and adequate fitness center available for guests. All the amenities and buildings were secure, managed by a friendly staff. Excellent restaurants nearby (Cafe Racer, Moon Cafe and "Buglas Isla" for a quiet and excellent breakfast.
Nothing major, just a suggestion to have the staff mop or vacuum the fitness center floor.
