Reviewed Mar 31, 2026A great apartment with all the amenities you need. The apartment is clean, well designed and the shower nice and warm. The facilities in the complex are great too - a great sized pool, gym and billiards room. Staff are friendly. Host is very responsive - thanks for our great stay!

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025This apartment has it all. Well equipped, mountain views, security, swimming pool, cafes and restaurants nearby, and a sea breeze to help cool you down. Easy access and good communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing about this booking I didn't like. The price, the accommodations, and the service were all top notch. I would stay again without a second thought.

Condo had no cooking utensils or hot plate. Just rice cooker, microwave wave and tea kettle.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2025The location was great, as was the studio apartment. It was very clean and comfortable and the free toothbrushes with little toothpastes was i nice touch. I would definitely stay here again when im in Dumaguete.
Checking in was a little stressful as the initial instruction about meeting the caretaker etc didn't happen. Had to get security to contact the host.
