Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Very close to the city centre. There was a pool and gym facilities. And very accommodating host. I arrived at 11 am and they let me check in as the room was already clean and empty. It was a nice break from the heat and humidity of Dumaguete.
There really isn't a place to eat apart from the shelving unit which doubled up as a dining area.

Security guards at the property were not much help. Luckily we had good communication with the host once we arrived and she was able to guide us through getting to where the property keys were located. That was a little tricky but we muddled through it and got into the property pretty quick.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning was noisy, but we reported this. Pool closed on Mondays for cleaning but when you're on a short stay and the sea is not good for swimming it seems a shame that it's closed all day

Reviewed Nov 14, 2025appartement le plus propre qu’on ait eu aux Philippines. très bien situé entre le port et l’aéroport. hôte très réactif quand nous lui avons demandé un drap supplémentaire. c’était très cosy nous avons beaucoup aimé.
la seule petite chose manquante ce sont des rideaux opaques. car à 6h du matin il fait déjà grand jour dans l’appartement.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025A really nice little flat in Dumaguete, with everything you need! Don't expect a lovely get away city experience, Dumaguete itself is nothing to write home about. However, this apartment is well located, close to some nice restaurants, an ATM and a mall. The pool is lovely too, the gym is basic, but better than nothing. The whole compound feels safe and secure. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive via booking.com, thank you so much!

Reviewed Dec 16, 2024We absolutely loved the location, it was very close to a nearby mall, and only a few seconds drive to the main city. The room was very cozy and clean, good wifi, and a big enough bathroom for my boyfriend and I to take a shower tgt. There was also a decent sized kitchen with all cooking materials provided, so we were able to cook our meals in the room

This condo is located at a prime location surrounded by some of the best restaurants and spots for great night life. Would stay again, highly recommended.
