Very spacious villa in secluded and safe area away from the buzz of Marrakesh with a green garden, a small pool and several outside sitting areas. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff that look after house and guests really well and provide excellent Moroccan style breakfast. They are also ready to serve additional local meals by separate arrangement - a service we can strongly recommend. very friendly and helpful! We will definitely return if we have the opportunity.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe sur place, en particulier à Bouchra, au majordome et à la cheffe, qui ont été tout simplement exceptionnels. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement dès notre arrivée et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Toute l'équipe a toujours été disponible, attentive et réactive à chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose, tout en restant discrète. La cheffe nous a régalés avec de délicieux repas, le service était irréprochable et la gentillesse de chacun a largement contribué à rendre ces deux jours inoubliables. Nous recommandons cette villa sans la moindre hésitation et espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir. Merci encore à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance !

Le seul petit point qui pourrait être amélioré concerne la climatisation dans la chambre parentale, qui est un peu bruyante pendant la nuit. Cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour, mais une intervention à ce niveau rendrait l'expérience encore plus agréable.

Ich möchte mich bei dem ganzen Team für ihre Bemühungen bedanken. Es gab vor Ort diverse Mängel (kein warmes Wasser, kein kaltes Wasser, Pool war für 2 Tage defekt ect). Ich konnte mich via Mail melden und die Umsetzung wurde sofort eingeleitet. Das war toll. Auch versuchte das Team vor Ort unsere wenigen Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Pool war toll wie auch die Aussicht. Die Gegend ist sicher und wirkt im Zentrum etwas verwunschen (ehemaliger Hotelkomplex).

Aber trotz diesen Bemühungen entspricht die Villa nicht diesen Bewertungen. Ich weiss nun auch weshalb die Gäste so gute Bewertungen gaben, (um dem Team vor Orte eine Freude zu machen) was leider die neutralen Bewertungen verfälscht. Der Preis der Villa ist am Ende zu hoch. Wenn schon europäische Preise, dann müsste auch der Standart europäisch sein. :-) Klar, es gibt noch eine Köchin und ein Butler zu der Villa. Diese waren da, jedoch sehr diskret und ich musste mich leider immer via Whats App melden (möchte ich aber nicht in meinen Ferien). Die Idee von dieser Villa ist toll, aber das Team vor Ort müsste dafür noch entsprechend besser geschult werden.

فيلا رائعة و فوق الخيال و الاجواء الشتوية في مراكش جميلة مع المطر و المنظر الرائع لجلسات الفيلا الخارجية. الضيافة و الاستقبال من السيدة بشرى و بقية الفريق كانت جميلة. استقبالهم لضيوفنا ايضاً كان رائع و أضاف احساس العائلة في المكان ، الفطور و باقي الوجبات لذيذة جداً

Maison manque un peu de rénovation( lumière du pont pendante, rideaux tâchés, carrelage exterieur brisés, piscine à notre arrivée sale ( fientes d’oiseaux) vitres exterieus très sales, terrasse de la chambre en haut dans un état déplorable, Nous avons demandé à faire laver la piscine et les vitres Nous nous sentions pas attendu du tout ce qui est dommage Manque d’anticipatiom dans le service en général.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait en famille à la Villa May, nichée au cœur de la magnifique Palmeraie de Marrakech. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux, le confort exceptionnel et le raffinement de cette villa. D’abord concernant la maison : spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée avec goût – Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour offrir un confort maximal, que ce soit dans les chambres spacieuses, les espaces communs ou le jardin paisible donnant sur le golf. Mention spéciale à ce petit salon de jardin au bout de la villa, où nous avons passé de super moments ! L’équipe sur place mérite également tous nos compliments : Bouchra, Rkia et Abdelkebir. Attentifs, discrets et professionnels, ils ont participé à ce que notre séjour se déroule dans de bonnes conditions. En résumé, si vous cherchez une super expérience dans le calme de la Palmeraie, en famille ou entre amis, la Villa May est incontestablement le lieu à choisir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter – Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de la Villa May et à bientôt !

The house was incredible—one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. We visited in winter, and each evening the butler lit the fire for us, making an already cozy home even more inviting. The food was delicious; the chef prepared two evening meals for us that were the best we had in Morocco.

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée dans un endroit calme et sécurisé. Ideale pour les amoureux du golf car elle est sur le parcours de golf du Pickalbatros golf.club. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

le gros plus de cette maison c'est abd el kebir , bouchra et rakia ! un personnel aux petits soins 24h sur 24 h , ils sont humain , simples , et tres éfficaces nous avons vraiment apprécier

The staff were very kind and attentive. The villa is spacious and beautiful. The A/C worked really well, important in the hot weather. We loved the swimming pool and gardens.

Très belle maison, personnel agréable et serviable. Cadre splendide et évasion garantie. Tranquillité garantie! Peut être des pièces surdimensionnée alors qu’on pourrait avoir au moins 1 chambre de plus. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon, les autres repas sont correctes mais probablement plus chers qu’en ville pour une qualité équivalente. Belle expérience.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à la villa May au Secret Garden à Marrakech. Tout était au rendez-vous : le confort, la propreté, le calme et surtout l’accueil chaleureux. La villa est parfaitement conforme aux photos, très bien entretenue, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La piscine et le jardin offrent un vrai moment de détente et une superbe vue qui donne sur les montagnes de l’atlas idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Un grand merci à Bouchra et Abdelkebir pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Ils ont été très attentifs à nos besoins tout au long du séjour, toujours prêts à rendre service et à s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

C’était un séjour plus que parfait à la Villa May, nous avons passé 4 jours plus que magnifiques et nous remercions le personnel pour l’accueil. Ils ont pris soin de nous et répondu à chacune de nos demandes. Sans eux, ça n’aurait pas été pareil ! Merci Lams, Bouchra, Nadia et Abdelkakir pour tout ! Ménage impeccable, repas délicieux et surtout toujours serviable et souriant. À très bientôt 🥰

Our stay was really exceptional, our family enjoyed every moment. The villa is beautifully designed with modern decor and amenities yet also a moroccan style. Very spacious and is better than what it seems online. Many beautiful different seating areas both indoor and outdoor. The location of the villa was also superb, in a nice quiet area with beautiful scenery and easy access to the rest of the city. All of the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. Madam Ruqiya the chef was amazing, with a new dinner menu everyday and she can accommodate all requests but we opted for moroccan cuisine, which was very tasty. Madam Bushra the housekeeper was always smiling and very kind and kept the place very clean. Mister Abdel kabir took care of us with anything we needed and constantly checked in on how we were doing. They made us feel like we were at home. Every morning they provided us with a generous breakfast spread. From the start, Mister Yassin showed us excellent communication and professionalism in helping us with our arrival and with recommendations for city activities. I highly recommend this place for any families or groups visiting marrakech.

Very clean property, well decorated with pictures a good representation of the house. Great views on serene golf course. The staff is very nice and available to help at any time. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family looking for a calm gateway.

The property is more beautiful than it looks in the Pictures. Well decorated living areas and Bedrooms, Royal bathrooms . Beautiful view from the living room of the green golf course just next to the property. Three sitting areas in the outdoor made the evenings memorable. Thank you Host Lams , you made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. There was lots of space, very nice staff, good breakfast, and they served probably my favorite mint tea blend we've had in our stay in Morocco. The main room on the first floor and the room and bathroom on the second floor were so unique and great to stay in, the rooftop is so cool, and the pool looks like a work of art. It's further away from the city so it's very serene and quiet.

One of the highlights was the local chef, who prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and, upon request, made exquisite dinners. The food was simply outstanding! The villa’s outdoor area is magnificent—a beautifully maintained garden, spacious lounge areas, and a heated pool at the perfect temperature, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also used the hammam, which was an incredibly relaxing experience. In the evenings, they lit the fireplace for us, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. The villa offers breathtaking views of the golf course, and we truly felt as if we were in the heart of an African savanna, surrounded by peace and nature. The staff was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Communication with the host was also easy and pleasant. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Marrakech. We would love to return!

Layla’s warm hospitality, Bushra’s attention to detail, and Abdelkbeer’s readiness to assist made all the difference. I highly recommend Villa May to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Marrakech. Thank you for making my experience so delightful!

Only one thing, if there was a heater for the swimming pool it will be great in cold weather

The butler was amazing! Constantly available yet afforded the privacy we wanted. If the pool was heated and the hammam was warmer it would be perfect, so it is just shy of perfect The decor in the living room is epic

Breakfast was excellent, and the butler, though not a butler by typical definition, along with the cook and housekeeper, is very helpful is. Location is great if you want peace and tranquillity away form the Medina, but you do rely on either cabs or a car to get you around and into the action. Also great for anyone interested in playing lots of golf. The outdoor areas are particularly attractive and comfortable with two separate seating areas on the ground floor and an expansive roof terrace. Great venue for relaxed family and friends gatherings and civilised partying with a Sonos music system offering great sound throughout the ground floor and garden areas. The owners/ team also showed flexibility on check in and check out times and were happy to prepare additional meals on request.

There are no major negatives, but some minor less positive observations. The villa is exceptionally well maintained though has a certain tiredness purely due to its age, but that actually adds to its charm, giving it something of a colonial feel. As in keeping with Marrakech in general some of the neighbouring villas are subject to renovation works which appears to be happening at a slow pace, which didn't affect our enjoyment, but doesn't look great on approach to the villa. Also, make sure you're able to use Google maps and drop pins as taxi drivers do seem to have a problem finding the villa, though the butler can organise a local driver for you who will stick with you for the duration of your stay.
