L’emplacement qui est en plein centre

Le problème d’un emplacement comme celui ci qui est en plein centre ville et sur la rue commerçante c’est les musiciens (violon, saxophone et chanteurs) qui étaient pile sous notre fenêtre de 10h à 18h… avec les mêmes musiques en boucle…

The location is great and very central. The room was very clean and had everything you could need.

During the day, it was a bit noisy because of the street performers. One of them was a pretty bad and loud singer 🙃

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The room was really nice and clean and came with a cute balcony. The location of the property is amazing, on a street with lots of shops, cafes and a supermarket close by. Also walking distance from all the major Porto sights, including churches, City Hall, cathedral, Ribeira district, bridge and much more: What we really loved about the property were the common spaces, the kitchen and the terrace. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed and the terrace was a beautiful place to eat breakfast or have a coffe. All in all, a stay well worth the money, would highly recommend!

A localização é excelente, perto de metrô e de todos os pontos turísticos. Da para fazer os principais passeios a pé. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma cama muito confortável, um banheiro grande com ótimo chuveiro, além dos armários para evitar bagunça no quarto.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement surtout et les gels douche qui sentaient super bon!

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit qu’on a pu entendre depuis notre chambre. Beaucoup de bruits d’oiseaux toute la nuit et les moustiques. De plus certains meubles de la chambre paraissaient très anciens et abîmés.

Buena ubicación, en la misma calle principal de tiendas y cercano al metro, mercado... Zonas comunes con salón, cocina y terraza en muy buen estado y disponibilidad de gran variedad de mobiliario. Buena limpieza. La habitación que nos tocó era amplia, con baño grande nuevo con ducha y terraza, aunque las vistas daban al interior y solo se veían casas medio derrumbándose.

Edificio reformado pero aun así muy viejo. La mampara de ducha no cerraba bien y salía el agua para fuera. Luz de emergencia en la habitación muy intensa para dormir. Almohadas demasiado altas y duras para nuestro gusto. Sin ascensor. Los armarios para dejar las maletas son comunes para todos los huéspedes y nadie los controla, ya avisan en la web, y que se podrían dejar en la estación de metro, nosotros no lo usamos. Check-in demasiado tarde y checkout demasiado pronto.

The location was superb!! Walking distance to many of the attractions.

Nothing I did not like but if you have mobility issues - request a room on lower floor as there were a lot of stairs to room 8.

La stanza era molto spaziosa, ben pulita e curata. La struttura è in una delle vie centrali della città ma nonostante questo non si sentiva assolutamente confusione. Non abbiamo usato gli spazi comuni, ma la cucina sembrava ben fornita. L’host è stata cordiale e sempre veloce nella risposta.

L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Porto, dans une rue très animée avec de nombreuses boutiques et cafés. Le métro est également à proximité et permet de rejoindre facilement l’aéroport. Le logement est très propre. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, nous n’entendions plus aucun bruit. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et la literie très confortable.

Le personnel de ménage était particulièrement peu aimable : regards désagréables, aucun sourire ni signe de politesse, et surtout une vraie pression pour nous faire quitter la chambre rapidement. Nous avons trouvé cette attitude assez inconfortable et peu accueillante.

L’emplacement au cœur d’une rue commerçante et proche du métro Bolhão est idéal. La ligne est directe pour l’aéroport. Depuis l’appartement, il est tout à fait possible de se déplacer à pied pour visiter les différents quartiers de Porto. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. L’appartement comporte une cuisine et une véranda communes très pratiques. Des placards sont mis à disposition pour entreposer les bagages en cas de besoin. Il n’y a pas de réception sur place mais l’équipe est attentionnée et les instructions pour le self Check in/out sont très claires et faciles à appliquer.

Struttura nel pieno centro di Porto. Camera sommariamente pulita e molto grande, con piccolo terrazzino coperto. La struttura mette a disposizione una grande cucina ben attrezzata e un terrazzo coperto carinissimo.

Migliorerei la pulizia, ma diciamo che era molto molto accettabile. Unico vero neo: mancanza di aria condizionata, sopperita dalla presenza di due ventilatori e un depuratore d'aria. Noi siamo stati molto fortunati poiché durante il nostro soggiorno le temperature sono state molto accettabili, ma se fosse stato davvero caldo beh... sarebbe stato un problema.

Es war alles sehr stilvoll und schön. Eine Unterkunft, in die man gerne wieder kommt.

It was my first time in a facility like this which provides a full kitchen and all that is needed to cook and preserve food. I liked that a lot! Next time I will come with friends and make the most of it!

I stayed for 4 nights and noone came to clean. at least once would be nice! A little bit noisy at times but that didn't bother me so much. I even woke up one day with a boy singing so beautifully just outside the guest house! I enjoyed that!

Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zentrale Lage (Metro- und Busstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe), die Ausstattung des Zimmers und der Gemeinschaftsküche, der unkomplizierte Check in und Check out und die Kommunikation mit allen dazu notwendigen Details.

Perfektní lokalita uprostřed pěší zóny přímo v centru Porta, veškeré památky v pěším dosahu. Vynikající tržnice přímo za rohem.

Vzhledem k vysokým teplotám bych uvítal klimatizaci.

Świetna lokalizacja - samo centrum Porto. Mieliśmy pokój na poddaszu, nie słyszeliśmy żadnych hałasów z ulicy. Wygodne łóżko, przestronna, czysta łazienka. Bardzo miły personel - okazało się, że pokój był wolny już rano i bez problemu mogliśmy już niego skorzystać.

Una fortissima puzza di fogna nel bagno non finestrato è il minimo, un ambiente molto sporco pieno di insetti di varia natura che non ci hanno permesso di dormire! Inoltre facendo presente il problema sono stata presa in giro in modo velato, mi è stato detto che le zanzare sono parte del clima della città, peccato che ci fossero anche ragni e cimici nel letto!! Sono entrati nella stanza ed hanno solo spruzzato un po' di profumo....senza la risoluzione neanche minima dei problemi esposti. Pessimi ed imbarazzanti!

De lokatie was top. Midden in het centrum. Weinig last van geluiden als het raam dicht is. Fijne sfeer. Aandacht voor hygiëne en inrichting.

Geen airco, wel ventilator. Als je het raam open zet heb je last van buitengeluiden en muggenspray is dan handig.

המיקום מושלם, ממש במרכז העיר. הצוות אדיב, החדר נוח, המרפסת כיפית, נקי מאוד.

The location was perfect, right in the centre. The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was good.

I was there for 3 days and there was no re supply of shower gel bottles. The room also wasn’t cleaned but was very clean when I arrived that it still seemed ok 4 days later. The balcony was a nice touch but wasn’t really usable. The table & chair were old and rotten. The shower door seal needs replacing as a lot of water escaped.

La ubicacion era excelente, centrico y con todo lo necesario a nada

J’ai beaucoup l’espace commun pour se détendre : très joli déco et ambiance cosy. La chambre était très propre et comprenait beaucoup d’espaces de rangement. Le lit très confortable. Le personnel très facilement joignable par message pour toute question : j’ai toujours obtenu des réponses très rapidement.

Les fenêtres de la chambre vétustes et extrêmement difficiles à ouvrir.

Perfect location for a short stay in Porto! The room is spacious and the bed was great. The kitchen and dining area was fully equipped, with designated boxes for storage in the fridge.

The room were incredible hot! It was 25 Celsius in Porto in the day during our stay, so not too bad, but the room was terrible! The room had 3 fan, but they didn’t help the heat, especially during the night. We slept unfortunately very bad. Because of the noise outside it was difficult to have windows open.

No climatizado. Tienes que abrir la puerta del balcón y hay ruido a todas horas. En ese balcón todo mal, suciedad y falta de mantenimiento.

Não tem ar condicionado. Era impossível de dormir. Um autêntico forno. As ventoinhas só fizeram ar quente. A beleza toda não serve se tem acima de 30°C no quarto. Nós ficamos 5 noites e não havia uma segunda toalha. Só vimos uma empregada no primeiro dia. Não posso aconselhar no verão

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wundervolles Zimmer, einfach klasse!

Die Nächte waren sehr laut auf der Straße, sodass an viel Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Zimmer lässt sich mit den Klappladen nicht ganz abdunkeln. Zimmerreinigung erst ab sieben Tagen und mehr. Ich habe es selber geputzt 🙈

La casa è funzionale e bella, in ottima posizione. Il bagno della camera piccolo ma carino. Il letto piccolo ma comodo.

La camera era molto calda e non c'era l'aria condizionata. Se si apriva la finestra di notte arrivavano gli odori dello scarico delle cucine vicine. La vista non era granché.

Bellissima casa. Ci vivrei. Anche se non l'abbiamo usata la zona comune era molto bella. Tutto molto bello. Consigliato.

Camera carina, letto comodo, terrazzo, shelf check-in e check-out comodi, posizione molto buona, vicina al mercato ed in zona pedonale. Bella e funzionale anche l'area condivisa con gli altri ospiti (cucina/terrazza con tavoli e sedie).

La pulizia del pavimento, del terrazzo e della doccia possono essere migliorati di molto, con poco. Terrazzo carino ma tutto vetrato : se non si chiudono ante e tende l'appartamento si scalda molto durante il giorno.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und der Aufenthaltsraum super. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und die Lage war optimal.

Es ist kein negativer Punkt aber die Wohnungen liegen im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug, das sollte man wissen. Der einzige Mängel war leider der Geruch im Bad. Es hat sehr stark aus dem Ausfluss gerochen was sich bis zum 3. Tag wirklich auch auf den ganzen Raum gelegt hat.

No air conditioning in room but were provided with a fan.

Dislocatin is the best you can choose for a short stay. Staff was helpfull, room was ready and we could check in earlier.

Location is fantastic. The room was lovely and quite despite being in the heart of the busy shopping street with welcome air conditioning, just perfect. Lovely cafe just beside the entrance too. Staff were so accommodating and left luggage is a brilliant added bonus. I can't recommend Santa Caterina guest house enough, 100 out of 100 review score- just fantastic!

Mucho calor en la habitación. El ventilador no era suficiente. Estaría muy bien disponer de aire acondicionado en la habitación para poder dormir bien.

Camas muy cómodas, ubicación excelente, zona segura, insonorización de fuera, terraza agradable. Nos alojaríamos de nuevo en el mismo lugar.

No fue un problema porque mantienen comunicación a través de Booking pero lo cierto es que no hay contacto en persona. La habitación es funcional, pequeña y sin armarios, indicado para estancias alrededor de dos noches, no largas. Se oyen las habitaciones contiguas.

A quiet, peaceful oasis in the centre of Porto. Comfortable bed and great shower. We had a great stay.

Un hotel maravilloso. En pleno centro de Oporto, lo tienes todo súper cerca y la habitación es muy grande y espaciosa con una ducha increíble. Aunque no hablas con nadie físicamente, las instrucciones son muy claras y es muy fácil el proceso para hacer el check-in online. También hay una cocina muy grande con varias mesas si quieres comer en el propio hotel.

Guest house très accueillante. Beaucoup de charme. Rien ne manque dans le grand espace commun où l’on peut prendre ses repas si l’on veut. Prendre son petit déjeuner le matin sur la terrasse fait partie du charme de l’établissement. Claudia est présente tous les jours et répond à tous les besoins Les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes mais une fois les fenêtres fermées on n’entend plus rien. Pas mal d’escaliers. Y penser pour les personnes d’un certain âge

Posizione strategica, direttamente sulla via pedonale di Santa Caterina. Camera bellissima, arredata con buon gusto, bagno molto spazioso. Utile la sala in comune dove potersi fare un caffè (cialde disponibili solo x la prima notte, poi le abbiamo acquistate) o prepararsi una colazione sul terrazzino (la vista è sui tetti decadenti, ma è cmq piacevole l atmosfera. Velocissimo il self check in

Non sono previste le pulizie giornaliere e neppure il cambio degli asciugamani. Probabilmente va bene solo per brevi soggiorni. Noi ci siamo fermati 3 notti e andava bene così. Non si interloquisce con nessuno della struttura, anche se sono disponibili via wa, ma preferisco la tradizionale accoglienza umana

Wir fanden mitten im Zentrum von Porto diese wunderbare Unterkunft - zwischen Bolhao und Bahnhof in der Haupteinkaufsstrasse. Was will man mehr. Aus der Tür raus - rein mitten ins Geschehen. Da unser Zimmer nach hinten rausging war dieses sehr ruhig und wir haben vom Großstadtlärm nichts mitbekommen. Das Zimmer war darüber hinaus sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war komplett eingerichtet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der große Kühlschrank mit den zugeteilten Boxen war sehr hilfreich. Wir würden dies immer wieder buchen........

Wir hatten das Problem den Eingang zu finden da die Numerik der Hausnummern nicht so ganz eindeutig ist. Einen Hinweis, dass der Eingang gegenüber dem ZARA liegt, wäre hilfreich.

Great location, right in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of great food options and grocery store less than 5 minutes walk. The place has a well stocked kitchen and a really nice sun room to sit and drink tea/coffee in. Bed was very comfortable and shower worked great. Manager Claudia was really responsive and easy to talk to. Great place to stay.

Die Lage war optimal. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet und damit ein Pluspunkt, ebenso die Gemeinschaftsterrasse.

Kein Handtuchwechsel während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Ebenso keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest alle 2 Tage mal die Handtücher gewechselt werden.

It was in a great location, you are in the action and a walk in any direction gets you to one of the many attractions Porto has to offer.

Room door did not feel secure, when locked someone could easily push the door in. Shower was dirty and had mold build up.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Zentral zu allem, dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und heimelig eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Gemeinschaftsküche und Wintergarten. Ich würde immer wieder hierher kommen. Danke🌺

A noite há um bar que os estudantes fazem barulho até mais tarde Entretanto, já estávamos cientes.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre-ville. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et décorée avec goût, très confortable! La cuisine commune semble pratique mais nous ne l’avons pas utilisée!
