-the apartment we rented fell through and booked this for same day arrival. was given instructions to check in and showed up at the apartment in the photos. no key was available at the concierge. the concierge called the hosts number, they showed up in about 10 minutes, apologized, there was a booking error and the apartment wasn't available. they would drive us to another apartment. it was in a better/more central location and had two bedrooms.

La neteja era bastant deficient tant en vidres, com en l'interior demobles de cuina. Hi havia un calaix ple de patates d'un anterior hoste? Poca disponibilitat d'estris de cuina. Molt sorollós per la nit tot i ser un pis elevat, per tema carrer i veïns. Mal aïllat. Poca ventilació al bany.

Las fotos no son fieles a la propiedad. Tuvimos la aparición de cucarachas, además hubo un incidente ya que salían unos pinches del sofá cama.

O apartamento é excelente e atende 3 pessoas perfeitamente. A Ana foi muito flexível pois precisei incluir 1 pessoa a mais (totalizando 3 pessoas). O local é muito Ben localizado, próximo a Plaza de Armas, Casa de lá Moneda e casas de cambio.

Expérience très décevante. Le soir de mon arrivée dans l'appartement, j’ai trouvé deux cafards dans la cuisine. J'ai informé la propriétaire a reconnu que "ça pouvait arriver" et m’a proposé de changer de logement, ce que j’ai accepté. J'ai apprécié sa réactivité et cette proposition. Malheureusement, le soir de la 2ème nuit dans le 2e logement proposé, j'ai de nouveau trouvé 2 cafards dans la cuisine. Cette fois, la propriétaire m'a dit qu’il s’agissait d’un autre insecte (chinche del arce). Ce qui ne correspondait clairement pas à ce que j’ai vu. Le chinche del arco a des parties colorée (rouge orangé sur base noire) et les insectes que j'ai vu étaient marron uniforme... clairement les mêmes que j'avais vu de le 1er logement. De plus les insectes que j'ai vu sortaient la nuit, fuyaient la lumière et se baladaient dans la cuisine : des comportements typiques des cafards. Même si la propriétaire a été disponible, la présence répétée de nuisibles a rendu mon séjour inconfortable. Par conséquent, je déconseille cet hébergement.

El servicio de la anfitriona y precio

La ubicación muy muy peligrosa. La humedad en el baño y el ruido de la gente que habla abajo que se escucha arriba.

Muy buena ubicación y el departamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado además la encargada fue super amigable y paciente la verdad es que todo estuvo muy bueno lo recomiendo totalmente

Lo único malo era que el control de la televisión estaba un poco dañado y el agua caliente se iba aveces pero de demás todo muy bueno

They changed apartments on us- we did not get what was pictured. And when we brought this up to the host said that they did all they could to make the properties the same but couldn’t make the same kitchen in that apartment. If they had put the apartment we stayed in the pictures we wouldn’t have chose to stay there When we book a place with the kitchen it’s with the intent that we are going to cook at least once a day maybe two Review of Depto Metro - [ ] One roll of toilet paper for two people for five days. Had to request extra. No paper towels or napkins. - [ ] No extra trash bags. Had to request extra. - [ ] No guest book to address trash, recycle, etc. - [ ] Oven but no oven mitt. - [ ] Range hood lights don’t work. - [ ] Dull knives. - [ ] Broken patio chair. - [ ] Burned counter tops, which are covered in marble colored packing tape. - [ ] Patio door is extremely difficult to open. Dirty door, dirty glass, dirty track ,all windows dirty - [ ] Dirty pans with burnt on food. - [ ] WiFi frequently disconnects.

The price is too expensive for the level of comfort and clean Random people seem to try to enter the room using wrong keys

It is clean and well equipped .

Super comfortable bed, clean fluffy towels, very safe neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to metro. Very near to convenience stores. Plenty hot water. Estudio is on 14th floor of 32 story building bur 3 elevators make short waiting time. Check in went smoothly..No night time noise. Shampoo, soap and washing up liquid supplied. Some issues with cleaning and maintenance needs to be addressed for a perfect score.

A little TLC needed. Oven needs a deep clean, Paintwork needs freshening or wash down. Toaster does not work. It looked like the toaster tray was never cleaned. No stopper in kitchen sink. Double curtain on a very small shower tray makes it difficult to shower. A pity because with a little thorough cleaning this could be a 10.

Had a washing machine, good communication with the owner, reception 24h.

Location is sketchy. Would recommend finding a different area. It was okay clean but definitely could have been cleaner.

The location was dangerous but close to the main touristic venues. Super basic and super simple. And they gave us another apartment. Different one, not the same as we’ve seen in the pictures

very friendly and accommodating host. helped us recover lost documents after we left and went above and beyond to take care of guests.

the outlets in the bedrooms were difficult to access making the lamps unusable.

The location was fine and the building felt secure as it was in an apartment block and you had to be buzzed through the gate. Kitchen seemed well enough equipped although we didn’t use it much. Was nice to have a smart tv to use also.

The place just felt like it could do with a deep clean. We did arrive at 3pm and the cleaners hadn’t been to clean from the last person staying (however that was no issue, the cleaner was sick, and when a cleaner did arrive they did a good job). But overall I think it would benefit from a deep clean, e.g, scrubbing the headboard of all the dust, cleaning and scrubbing the bathroom floor and under the sink etc… but it was okay for a short stay.

Plenty of storage, easy access with 24 hour front desk. Heater for cold nights. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning products. Kitchen stocked with stove, fridge, microwave, blender and kettle. Netflix service available. Excellent wifi.

Shower cubicle a bit small with a curtain, which leaked near the toilet area. Lack of hooks for towels and coats. TV remote control batteries almost dead. Kitchen sink tap exceedingly wobbly.

The studio is in a giant apartment complex, with lots of movement inside and around. There's a lineup to take the elevators, but you can use the stairs. The concierge were very welcoming and showed me the place. On Saturday night, you can hear the gettho blaster coming from the gazillions of apartments around. The bed was comfortable. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and comfortable.

The apartment is worned out but generally clean - don't look too close at the corners. There was no fan in the room. Although it is generally chilly at night, it starts to get very hot by midday, so it's time to head out.

The toilet was broken and didn't flush. The fridge wasn't turned on. After I turned it on, it leaked and the smell was horrendous. It was not safe to put food in. The pictures online do not represent the property at all. I refused to stay at the property and returned the keys on the first day. I notified the owner and he said someone was on the way to fix the toilet. But I was not notified prior to checking in. I didnt ask for a refund, and the owner didnt offer to even partially refund the money. This is not good customer service. The area also felt unsafe for a foreign female solo traveller. I do not recommend to stay here

DANGEROUS CROWDED ELEVATOR

It had all I needed. Mini markets around the corner, and an amazing Peruvian restaurant, Inagi, it was sooooo good!

As a solo traveler, I did not feel too safe walking the neighborhood at dusk. The building though was very safe.

can be cleaner. spotted one small cockroach, utensils were clearly not clean, hair in toilet when we checked in. also our check in was not god. we arrived at 3.45pm and room was still cleaning. we were not informed about it until I call and message the host. had to wait for 20 min at the concierge before we can check in.

Everything was perfect, I loved all in there ! Clean, well located, staff was amazing... For sure I would rebook there!

Kitchen and bathroom had been renovated.

Bad end of town. Taxi driver told us it is very unsafe here, to be very careful.Very high rise residential block, full of immigrants and all night noisy drug parties. Description of unit was not honest. Photo of lovely white embossed bed linen, turned out to be thin, very old pattern sheets, with 5-6 long black hairs inside the bed.Sheets may not have been washed! Some worn out bobbled blanket had cigarette burn holes on it! Have no idea how it was rated a 9, unless other owners gave a rating to each other's unit. Seemed there are several units in this block, all getting a 9!!! Worst place I have stayed. I felt very unsafe. Said it had a terrace, no terrace. Said it had a safety deposit box. ...no. Door lock flimsy, no dead bolt. Saucepans burnt inside. Bedside lights no connected. Hot but no A/C and no fan. Hotplates not working. The only reason to get an apartment, rather than a hotel room, is to use cooker... I moved out after 1 night, paid for 5 nights. Owner refused to refund me, even though 19% was City Tax. Booking.com should check these details and make sure the description is truthful and verified. This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed in.

The apartment was ideal for us - it had everything we needed and it was great that we were able to use lifts for our luggage. It is quite central so we were able to walk into the main Plaza des Armas

Shower was tiny but obviously nothing can be done about that!

It was a nice appartement with everything you need.

We arrived by bus in the morning around 6am. They told us we could check-in at 15pm which was already quite late. But when we arrived the appartement was not ready and in the end we could enter the appartement at 17pm which was quite late. Especially if your already walking through the city from 6am

The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and located in the center near to everything. The host is very kind and helpful.
