Close to public transport, size of the space, very hot water

Washing machine didn’t work, freezer door didn’t close properly, no washing up soap provided, had various bug visitors

Wir fahren 5 Tage, wir waren sehr zufrieden, sehr grosse Wohnung, hell, sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht. Sehr Zentral mit dem Bus in die Stadt. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Lovely inside and beautiful garden area. good location, friendly on meeting, would definitely stay again. Also managed to get a late checkout which was such a help.

Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Couldn’t shut curtains in bedroom properly or open the patio doors in bedroom. Also when arriving the postcode given was wrong so we went to wrong house. Also we tried to get a food delivery and the driver couldn’t find the property as post code was wrong.

The apartment was very clean and tidy ; a quiet vibrant location and the famous Aviva stadium is a minute walk from the apartment plus plenty of local amenities just around the corner

No podiamos abrir ninguna ventana. La cama no es muy comoda. No funcionaba el calefactor del baño. Además, en el baño habia muy poca luz. El resto todo bien.

Een mooi, ruim appartement, dat van alle gemakken was voorzien. beide slaapkamers hadden een badkamer (1 met ligbad). Locatie was dicht bij het openbaar vervoer, waardoor je met OV makkelijk naar centrum Dublin kon gaan. Vooraf was host makkelijk bereikbaar en gaf snel een reactie op vragen.

Voor parkeren van de auto moest extra gereserveerd (en betaald) worden. Het zou fijner zijn als dit in de prijs mee berekend wordt en je gewoon kan parkeren. Uit niets bleek namelijk dat de parkeerplaats gereserveerd was.

We spent 4 nights in this facility and we felt almost at home, very comfortable, offered all the facilities that you’ll need, quiet neighbourhood, I can only say that it was a perfect stay

La amplitud del alojamiento.

Distancia al centro de Dublín y falta de material de limpieza.

La taille de l'appartement, sa propreté, sa proximité avec le Dart, à 2 stations de Dublin Centre et son emplacement dans un quartier résidentiel le long du Dodder (petite rivière).

Un seul défaut, la porte coulissante des toilettes qu'il était impossible de fermer complètement. Il serait bien d'installer un verrou.

Comfortable and spacious apartment. Located at back of building, so very quiet. Located very near to RDS, Aviva Stadium and a good selection of restaurants.

Parking is not free, charged at €10 per night, this isn't very clear from the website. Also parking is limited, there was a space available when we arrived, but we didn't move the car for the 5 days we were there, in case there would be no space when we would return. Fortunately we didn't need the car during our stay.

Our apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. It was great to have an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We could walk into town along the canal (40 mins)

It was missing a couple of minor things like potholders and washing up liquid for the sink-although it taught us that a dishwasher can wash everything!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, making it a perfect place to relax. Public transport is excellent (the DART and several bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away) and you can easily reach the city centre, including Temple Bar and O'Connell Street, in just a few minutes. A beautiful coastal walk through a natural setting is also within walking distance, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The duty manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was exceptionally well equipped - it had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very convenient to where we needed to go

The location of this property was exceptional. The facilities were excellent and being on the ground floor we had access to a garden which in the hot weather and bright sunshine was such a boon. My friend and I had everything we needed in our rooms and the size and layout of the apartment was a real plus. We had loads of space and the apartment had absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and will be rebooking in the future.

This is not a criticism as it will only be temporary but the building work going on outside was dusty and noisy. There was an alarm which went off in an upstairs apartment which rang for a few hours and the tenants were very noisy but apart from that, once we were out and about this was not an issue. It was all quiet by evening time.

Het appartement was erg groot. Elke kamer was zeer ruim. De host gaf ons voldoende informatie over het appartement en de omgeving. Ze was ook erg vrolijk.

Het appartement was wat ongezellig. Allemaal lege kasten in de woonkamer. Misschien wat boeken en een "nep" plant neerzetten. Dat kleed de kamer een beetje aan. Tevens was het ook jammer er een gat in de muur zat. Hier had blijkbaar een gordijn gehangen, maar die hing er niet meer.

It was clean and spacious and in a nice enough area. Nice view of the stadium.

I think €30 for parking was a complete rip off especially as I discovered street parking is free on the weekend and there wasn’t even a proper driveway - it was barely a dirt road. The check in process was over convoluted, inefficient and unwelcoming. It is ridiculous to have to turn the hot water system on and wait 20 mins before having a shower. The hot water system was also exceptionally loud when running. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. There was nothing provided to do the dishes or wipe up. Might be ok for one night but certainly wouldn’t recommend for longer.

Very quiet! It is near the stadium, but it is also 5 minutes from DART that takes you right into Dublin, very convenient!

Le fait de devoir payer 30€ pour le parking alors que l'extérieur était en travaux.

Lage ist ruhig, aber zu Fuß oder per Bus und Bahn (Haltestelle direkt an der Arena) ist alles super zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist groß und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wirklich eine sehr gute Option zum Hotel.

The space was amazing, the short distance we had to walk to the Aviva Stadium. The ease of arriving with arriving after check in time due to our ferry.

We loved everything about it.

Great location outside of the city centre, however within a few minutes walk of transport links into the city. Also only a 5 minute walk away from the Aviva stadium and located close to the river for a lovely walk into the town. Approximately a 15-20 minute walk to the beach/sea front. The property was clean throughout. We arrived on a late flight, so there was nobody to provide access to the property, however thorough instructions were provided prior to us arriving.

the location (near DART and bus station, 40 minutes to city center by foot) the staff was very friendly and helped me when I had trouble with my door. kitchenware, tv, spacious overall cleanliness, no spider webs or bugs :)

bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo) were of very small size, therefore I suggest bringing your own I stayed in apartment 6 - ground floor - and my windows were directly to the road. as there was a construction site the entirety of my stay, I had to keep the blinds closed for privacy. the walls are very thin, you can hear every little noise that the other guests make there is no dishsoap, so if you wish to cook your own meals and use the dishes provided, you have to buy your own

Very good communication throughout. Gorgeous building in a lovely location. Only a 30 minute walk to city centre or easy public transport links nearby. Excellent proximity to Aviva stadium. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay.

Sehr gutes und schönes Apartment

Ruime slaapkamers, badkamers, woonkamer, keuken. In nette buurt, grote supermarkt op 10 min lopen, 5 minuten lopen van de Dart trein. Zeer makkelijk kaartjes kopen, en toegankelijk, veel gebruik van gemaakt. Je kan ook lekker lopen naar het centrum, in 35 min lopen ben je diep in het centrum waar het vertier is. Let op: op 10 minuutjes lopen zijn er ook al een aantal leuke restaurants, en pubs Donal en Louise reageren zeer snel op vragen.

The host was very communicative and met us at the property, the handover of the keys was very easy and the property was well located and comfortable.

Unfortunately there were some building works nearby when we visited and they turned off the water one day. Not a huge issue and I doubt anyone else visiting will have the same issue.

Der Aufenthalt im Baggotrath House Aparment war toll. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten, hell und bietet viel Platz. Die in der Küche stehen löslicher Kaffee, Tee sowie Kakao für den ersten Morgen bereit. Alle Personen mit denen wir Kontakt hatten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Unit was clean and comfy. Kitchen/family room were large. Bike rentals were at end of drive...very convenient...bus stop also at end of driveway

Construction while we were there but absolutely no noise or disruption. Water pump was noisy, so we slept with door closed.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a calm neighbourhood just a few min walk from local DART station or 40min walk to the centre. The apartment is well equipped and has a comfortable bed. Friendly service.

The apartment requires deep cleaning (dust, dishes, shelves etc) and refebrushiment of some parts.

We had to pay £30 Euros extra for parking. This was very disappointing as we had specifically chosen this accommodation because it advertised that there was accessible parking on site.

El apartamento era cómodo, espacioso, muy luminoso. Buena calefacción (que apenas tuvimos que utilizar), buen suministro de agua caliente, limpio, cama confortable (tirando a blanda, pero bien!). El anfitrión respondió siempre rápido y nos proporcionó lo que necesitábamos. Baño reformado y muy funcional. Cocina vitrocerámica. El barrio es super tranquilo (= no pubs a la vista!), residencial, buenas casas, buen nivel. Recomendable excursión a Malahyde y luego a Howth en un solo día, por un total de 6€ por persona utilizando el DART.

Está lejos del centro como para ir andando. Sin embargo, la estación del DART (tren de cercanías) está a diez minutos caminando y por 2€ te acerca más (Tara Street, Connoly Station). A diez minutos en el sentido contrario a la estación del DART encuentras paradas de autobús, que no llegamos a utilizar. Ahí mismo hay un Tesco para proveerte de comida y artículos de limpieza (leer abajo). Detalles menores fácilmente solucionables a futuro: el menaje de limpieza de la vajilla es escaso (faltaron sencillamente un estropajo, lavavajillas líquido y un sencillo escurridor o más paños de cocina). Hay electrodoméstico lavavajillas, pero no tiene sentido si es para dos personas nada más y sólo tienes vajilla para dos personas, estando varios días.
