The cleanliness of the villa was unacceptable on arrival. The standard was so poor that I had to ask my father's maid to come and clean the villa before we could settle in. In addition, several maintenance issues should have been identified and rectified before our arrival. The air conditioning units were clearly not properly maintained, the satellite television never worked throughout our stay, one of the door locks was broken, bin was broken and the washing machine was leaking. We had to repeatedly contact your team to have these issues addressed, which disrupted our holiday. These are basic checks that should have been completed prior to guest arrival to ensure the accommodation was in good working order. Have attached some photos showing some of the many issues. Also on the booking.com page, the photo is a generic one, the accommodation we were given was different.

Séjour catastrophique. Nous avons réservé cette villa pour nous reposer et profiter de nos vacances, mais cela a été impossible du début à la fin. Pendant tout le séjour, des chiens ont aboyé sans arrêt, y compris la nuit. Impossible de dormir correctement ou d’avoir un moment de calme. Le bruit était permanent et extrêmement stressant de ce fait nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur et de la piscine. En plus de cela, l’environnement autour de la villa est très bruyant. À l’arrière du logement, il y a une zone très précaire avec énormément de nuisances sonores, du bruit constant, des cris et de l’agitation à toute heure. Absolument rien à voir avec l’image paisible vendue dans l’annonce. Nous avons payé pour une villa censée être calme et reposante, mais nous avons vécu l’inverse total. Le manque d’honnêteté concernant l’environnement réel du logement est inacceptable. De plus le responsable de l’agence immobilière a fait l’autruche face au préjudice subi et a fuit ses responsabilités et aucune solution n’a été trouvé. Je déconseille fortement cette villa à toute personne cherchant du calme.

The whole complex and area was great. Security on gates and the villa is beautiful. Great place to stay. Cleaner was amazing and came twice during our stay.

Wouldn’t want to walk into busier parts of Grand Baie from the accommodation at night as there are some stray dogs around which get startled.

L’emplacement est idéal, la résidence est super. Mention particulière à Istefi, la demoiselle qui était en charge du ménage durant notre séjour, qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un sérieux remarquable.

Un superbe aménagement; les pièces sont spacieuses et bien agencées , une terrasse très appréciable pour la saison et une déco tendance.

Juste une douche qui n’avait tout le temps d’eau chaude.

J ai bien aimé la villa, son extérieur avec le kiosque et la piscine, le fait que ça soit climatisé dans chaque pièce et de disposer dans chaque chambre d une douche.

L éclairage extérieure, manque de lumière dans la piscine, pas pu profiter de la piscine le soir avec les enfants malheureusement dû à une ampoule grillée semble t il. Pour emplacement il vaut mieux avoir une voiture ou utiliser l application pour les taxis.

La villa est joliment décorée . Endroit très calme et proche de tout.

Un arrosage automatique défaillant avec inondation du jardin tous les matins. Pas d'accès à la salle de sport car carte défaillante, aucune solution pendant 3 jours. Spa fermé. Pas de femme de ménage comme mentionné. Un acceuil peu chaleureux car nous étions en retard à l'arrivée (... un arrêt pour déjeuner !) Vestustė des portes de placards très difficile à ouvrir ..certains ustensile de cuisine à changer !

Nice villa on a lovely complex. We were met at the villa on arrival by Julie-Anne and had everything shown to us, which was great. The villa was well appointed and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Location is good for Grand Baie (5-10 mins drive) and visiting other locations on the island, as the main highway is only 5 mins drive. A rental car is definitely required. Grand Baie has a large Super U supermarket, plus some good restaurants. Mont Choisy beach was also close by and lovely for the afternoon and evening, watching the sun go down. Highly recommend this villa.

In some places the decor of the villa could maybe benefit from some updating, but everything was still comfortable, so not really a complaint.

We stayed for six nights at 'Villa Lilou' (H18) within the gated community of 'Clos du Littoral'. The villa's location is excellent. Just a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island. There is also a large shopping center with a supermarket (SuperU) just around the corner. We saw almost everything the north has to offer and were never more than 20 minutes away from our accommodation. Communication via WhatsApp before and during our stay was good, fast & competent. The accommodation is beautiful and modern, as described in the pictures. One highlight was definitely the heated pool (which was not essential during our trip, but very welcome). Despite being a gated community, it feels very private and quiet there. A beautiful place to relax and calm down.

On the one hand, you can see that the furniture is getting a bit old. It's not dramatic, but the tables, chairs, couch, bed, etc. show certain signs of wear and tear that somewhat diminish the excellent first impression. An update would be welcome, especially in the outdoor area. The upholstery on the loungers was slightly moldy and the cushions were a bit dirty. On the other hand, the cleanliness was good, but mainly superficial. There were small stains on the bedspread, some mold, and cobwebs in the shower. These two aspects mean that you feel comfortable there, but not quite at home. Also the welcome on site (by another lady) was fine. However, we would have liked a little more warmth and a little more information about the villa.

Villa was modern with nice furniture

Location was so far away from anything. No services what so ever. Host wasnt very pleasant and was rushed so didnt give us enough info. Place was infested with stray cats (at least four kept breaking in all night). We had cockroaches, we saw a turtle in the garden not sure how it got there. The pool was freezing and not temp controlled.

Villa was fabulous, spacious and very comfortable, a well manicured landscaped garden and poolside deck perfect for parties. The conciege service was great with meen n greet plus maintenance matters promptly attended via Elliot. It is part of a large gated community of lovely villas managed centrally by Karens and her team. Perfect place to chill out, just a short drive from the main Grand Baie town and shopping areas. Couple of restaurants just outside the gated community.

Water spills out of the shower and wets rest if the bathroom. No place for toiletries near the shower.
